[b]Dear Nairalanders am fed up! Am a man and a man is supposed to take a lot of things but people have decided to continuously stop and make sure they destroy my efforts to win the Mr Nairaland contest!

If you are not aware about the thread opened by "Frozeen" and "he" claimed I have been banned from further contesting in Mr Nairaland or my moniker was banned for 2 weeks. That is just one of the numerous attacks by haters and devils that don't want me to win this contest! But I have to tell you.. Anybody that tries me again will face my wrath. They tried to get me banned from the contest, but they don't know my weight, they don't know what I'm capable of. I have told them that they will be surprised when I win this compitition and they will know that it is not by this shallow things and hates thrown at me that will stop me! I got to know about the thread they opened for me from my guy. I carefully enquired and opened a thread to debunk the wrong information, which is on my profile in my other account 'KINGinVAHALA'

Other times people has created different accounts to insult me and make sure my faithful supporters don't support me. Let me tell you very clearly! Any more messages you sent to my whatsapp trying to threaten me or discourage me from this contest, make sure you are not anywhere in benin otherwise I will make you pick pieces of your body on the streets! KINGinVAHALA is a movement! We will crush our way to victory!

I hereby call on my faithful supporters and sympathizers, words alone can't describe how appreciative I'm to you all, you all have continously supported me nothwithstanding, hence, without you there wouldn't have been kinginvahala right now. I urge you all to continue supporting me to this course for I'm so sure victory would be ours at the end whether they like it or not. FROM MY HEART, I LOVE YOU ALL![/b]

During the interview session proper on the pageant thread, I was opportune to conduct voice interview for 3 of the contestants.

I could feel the emotion in their voices when they expressed appreciation to those who stood by them when the whole of Nairaland came for their heads.

You see, when you invest a lot of emotion and sacrifice in a cause, no matter how small, and all you get are insults and snide remarks on your person, people digging up old posts (that you made in sheer innocence) just to discredit you, it hurts.
Worse still, the people who perpetrate this are usually good friends who create alt accounts and come after you.

I followed most of the controversies then, but I refrained from commenting because the compassion I felt for them would have caused more violence from my reaction.

I would have said, "let's even scrap miss NL so people will not have to go through harrowing moments just because they signed up for a contest"

But then what is life, and how are we forged to become better individuals if attacks and hate from foes and loved ones do not come up?

I would advise anyone who signs up for this online contest (pre pageant interview inclusive or not) to brace up and take every challenge that comes in good faith. Whether they win or not, they should know that they would be better for it in the end.
