Payoneer has stopped the direct bank withdrawal service in Nigeria. What I described was ATM withdrawal. I can't remember the amount for procuring a P.O.box but I know the yearly renewal is N3200.
If you know anyone who has a p.o.box you can ask to use theirs.

There are two parts to it, the first part is where you enter your bank details - bank name, acct number, bank ADDRESS, swift code etc. The second part is where you enter your own personal details - name, ADDRESS etc.

From my end, in the first part, only America is listed in the selection for countries, while in the second part all countries are listed. This means that no matter your country of residence, if your bank is not in America, you can't execute express withdrawal from freelancer

wow this is a terible situation, what is our way forward guru in the house?

another question is can i possibly use the money i made in freelancer and fiverr to purchase goods online to nigeria? because withdrawing not working.

we have to find a way to spend the money.

Please note that as of now Paypal only allows withdrawal to VISA card. Mastercard is supported only for payments but not withdrawal as on today

Paypal only lets you withdraw money by sending you a check or through a us bank account. if you dont have a us bank account You can use payoneer. They provide you with a us bank account so that you can withdraw your money from paypal to your payoneer account and thus through your payoneer prepaid mastercard (which they will send to you when you sign up). your mastercard can be used at ATMs worldwide. You can also verify your paypal with payoneer. additional details like the payoneer sign up process, how to add the bank account to your paypal, how to verify paypal with payoneer and more are given on my blog
