Covenant University postgraduate admission screening schedule for 2017/2018 academic session has been released. The management of the institution has released dates for the postgraduate screening exercise for the session.



Screening/Interview of applicants for admission into for Covenant University Postgraduate Programmes has been scheduled to take place on 25th May, 2017 and 30th May, 2017. Candidates are advised to check for the date scheduled to do the screening for the 2017/2018 academic session.

Screening and Selection Criteria
All applicants shall undergo a screening exercise, involving written and oral tests in the desired programme. A minimum score of 50% in each of the categories is required for a candidate to be considered eligible for admission. Candidate’s academic transcript(s) must be received before the final admission could be processed.
Screening Dates
Prospective candidates should take note of the screening dates for the conduct of the Computer Based Test (CBT) as listed below:
• College of Science and Technology & College of Engineering: May 25, 2017
• College of Business and Social Sciences & College of Leadership Development Studies: May 30, 2017

This is a very tragic story.

Three students of Baze University Abuja, Umar Rahamaniya, Sadiq and Mashkur Tambuwal, have died in a motor accident which occured on their way to school.


The car in which they were in when the sad event occurred, is totally disfigured.


The cause of the accident is yet to be known.

May their souls rest in peace!.

Mrs Elizabeth Orefuwa, Lagos State University best graduating student in 2015/2016 says she wrote the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UMTE) popularly themed JAMB seven times before she gained admission.

Elizabeth Orefuwa who graduated with a Cumulative Grade Point Average of 4.74 in Accounting Education said during the institution’s 21st convocation on Wednesday in Lagos that the journey through the institution did not come easy but with determination and motivation, she had success a story to tell.
