Israeli Annexation of the Golan Heights was an illegal, unilateral act of imperialism and is not recognized Internationally.
Syria and Israel are officially at war, and Israel shot down a Syrian Aircraft over occupied territory, which is also considered an act of war, however
this doesn't change the legal status of the Golan heights.

In essence the legality of it is irrelevant because the situation is apparent, the Fighter wasn't going to attack Israeli positions, it was attacking western-funded ISIS positions, and Israel shooting it down just proves they are in cahoots with ISIS in the region.

The very first Congress of the United States met in 1790. The Constitution had just been ratified. It was a brand new country and Congress had to decide what kind of country it was going to be. And that year they passed the very first naturalization law that restricted citizenship to free white person's the founders wanted a white country. Later on immigration did pick up and it was immigration from Europe.

United States was never a nation of immigrants. It is a strange talking point from the right and mostly the left. After 1965 - However, soon it'll be a shithole unless wy pepo fix themselves.
