CAN ANYONE WITH A REGISTERED CLUB ON PremiershipManagerOnline    help me  with relevant information as as to how to get PMO Scratch Cards or how to use my ATM Card to make transfers, pls, I am yearning to make transfers of new players  to my team.

COULD U BELIEVE DAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 FULL WEEKS TO MAKE TRANSFERS OF NEW PLAYERS TO MY TEAM SUPERSTRIKERS   AND YET I STILL CANNOT? My problem is that I find it difficult to make transfers of new players to my team using my ATM Debit card on their website.  Although they say that others have done likewise, I need help from anyone who might be of help to me.
