Guys am contemplating on getting landed property at two different locations in Lagos and honestly I be jjc when it comes to land measurements and stuffs like that. I nor know anything about the documents and all.

So am asking what should i look forward to? What kinds of documents must I get or request for as a sole ownership.

Both PMP and ITIL serve different purposes. ITIL is not created for project management but simply for IT service management using the best practices. Both PMP and ITIL are good certifications . If your goal is to be a good Project manager in the field of Information Technology, engineering, architecture and practically any fields you can imagine, simply go for PMP. However , if your goal is to be an IT Manager , Chief Technology Officer, Head of IT etc , then go for ITIL starting with the foundational certification before proceeding to the more advanced stages. The Toyota Corolla is 2.5M. Trust me, you will really thank me if you bought it because it is still very clean . This is because I don't drive it all the time . I also bought it as Tokunbo. I am currently a software programmer/developer who works at home. Hence, the car is driven out occasionally just to buy groceries in the nearby supermarket and market in my neighbourhood. If I remove the Nigerian plate number, you would assume it was just recently imported from the US. Mind you, newly imported Toyota Corolla 2009/2010 is sold around 3.5 M to 4 M now in Nigeria. U can confirm in Jiji too. So you are saving about 1.5M if you buy from me .
