Hi guyz, i need to know how to go about getting a new birth certificate from the Oredo local government council in Benin, Edo state. so if anyone has any information about it, please let me know, it's really important. thanks

Well I would recommend an oil that you can use in the shower if you have dry skin, like the Cocoa Butter one from Palmers, and then if need be the St. Ives Dry skin formula lotion, or anything with cocoa butter (again I recomment Palmers).
