was trying to upgrade my Q10 using an autoloader. After the autoloader finished processing the phone just went blank and the red light blinks twice after like 2secs continuously like that. i have being trying to use blackberry link to restore it back to factory settings...
the network is not helping matter at all, it is taking like forever to download. is there anyone that was faced with similar problem and was able to fix it... pls help
