How can a man decide to defend himself in a capital offence and the judge will allow that, that's against the law. The said that in a capital offence trial,a man must be represented by a lawyer, it is a must, if he does not have a lawyer, the state will provide him with one. An accused person in a capital offence trial can not represent himself in the trial, its against the law, what kind of procedure is that!
