Hi guys, I am very interested in learning and understanding the tailoring processes in Nigeria. Particularly, I want to understand what the major challenges are in terms of how tailors serve their customers, why there are a lot of disappointments with tailors and if they use or have any managerial structures in place. It seems clear that from the customers perspective, the key problems is that tailors rarely deliver. Any input or feedback would be highly appreciated and I respect what you are doing to give back Madam Evosa. Thank you.
