If you are in Lagos, don’t stress, they are done with medical invites for Lagos. I called someone who works in HR and the person told me that.

Please what did the mail look like. I got a mail that I can’t explain. I was told that I was successful in the test but also that if I didn’t get an interview notification, then they won’t be moving forward with my application.

I received an email and a text message for a logical reasoning based test stated for 17th July 2018. Who has any idea of what the logical test is like.

Fidelity has started inviting people for aptitude test. I am in Lagos and I just got mine for the 14th

Its not a very good opportunity to be honest. I was on the verge of signing their training bond, and would be starting training school on the 25th of May, their requirements are outrageous. U have to get two sureties who would sign, that the bank can make reference to their accounts, and they would be able to pay 2m if u leave the bank before two years, and also they have to submit a 6months bank statement, and not just any surety or guarantor, they must be managers or directors in a finacial institution or blue chip multinational. And u are bonded for two years and if u breach the contract you will pay 2million. Finally u cannot operate any other account with another bank. And at the end of the training school u probably end up in marketing. Having thought about this, i wont be joining them in the training school.Better opportunities with less stress and better recruitment process, and pay are coming.
