Both sides are liable and ignorant of the law. You can't claim to have sent money to a certain account 3 times under duress when you're still mentally ok.

On the other side, it's part of the risk of not separating your business from personal life. Business account is business account. You have ignorantly committed a crime by being an accomplice to a crime you seems to know nothing about.

But unfortunately the law will take its cause. The only way for you is to pay back the money cos you're the receiver of the proceed of fraudulent activities. If you don't want to go jail as a suspect and eventually an accomplice to the crime , you better do the needful at the police level before they jail you.
