Foods have now become diverse..so diverse to the point that you can buy just protein Previously you would eat only maize Now have different products from Maize e.g golden morn These products with their nutritional content when processed are mixed with other products with high nutritional content that if the kids are fed they will start looking like Agric I remember when I made a gruel mix product from the mixture of fonio ,acha and protein concentrate The nutritional composition or physiochemical properties of fonio, acha and protein concentrate individually is good now mixing these good foods together would blow up any child healthier definitely that the one you give pap or custard Too bad that project didn’t fly Another factor is genetics But the diversity of food products is the main factor Now putting it in human terms We are all diverse imagine if we all understood our strengths and brought it to the surface for the bettermen instead of looking for which is superior to which and which is better than which If fonio was thinking that it was superior than acha They won’t come together to make a super food Everything you see around you is put for you to understand and see how you can influence it for good not evil Udo🤍 |

novia22:Sorry,my reply is coming late. I first washed my bones,season and boiled. Then in went my tomatoes, onions, pepper and garden egg(the small ones,bitter ones). Let it boil then add the yakuwa. Seyitosino: Seyitosino: With due respect, it is not. acha/fonio/Hungry rice is grown in Nigeria specifically Plateau, Southern Kaduna and Southern Bauchi and some parts of West Africa. My mother has cultivated it in the past and I've worked on the farm. So please I'm talking about what I know personally, and I always have it in my house. The picture of the acha/fonio crop is the grassy plant below On the other hand Quinoa is a plant that is not grown in any part of Nigeria and research shows it can not be cultivated as the climate here is not favourable to its cultivation. "...quinoa cannot be grown in Nigeria since the country's climate and soil are insufficient for quinoa production. Typically, quinoa is grown at altitudes of 8,000 to 10,000 feet in South America's Andean highlands." the quote above is extract from a site I researched The picture of the Quinoa crop is the herbal/shrub plant below.
