I mean If you hear an Andre Bocelli, rkelly, Adele or even timi dakolo kinda voice on the streets even those who aren't musically inclined would stop to clap even in Lagos.

Nah..that is not how the world works...you are in the streets then nobody really cares that much. I saw a video of CR7 when he disguised himself and went to the street to display hiis skills, nobody really cared that much to come close to him or clap for him even though he was displaying his wonder skills. Until he finally revealed his identity to the public and everyone shouted in surprise and came close to him and started clapping for him. The world BARELY wants to associate with the streets
