Nairaland GeneralNigerian Passports Renewal/application And Others Marred By Corruption by Secureaidtv(op): 8:17pm On Feb 12, 2023
As the country heads to elect a new government on Feb 25th this year, It is only hoped that the people make the right choice.

Every aspect of the country is drowned in controversy and failures, and even Nigerians in Diaspora ain't immune to this.

My Personal Experience with the Passport Application is evidence to this.

My Passport Application is basically spanning over 8 months and yet unresolved. I had conversations with African Brothers from Gambia, Kenya and a few other Neighboring West African Countries who mentioned that it is impossible to have passport Application span over 1 week.

Everything with Nigerians is about religion even when it is obvious that failures stems from negligence, nonchalance and in-depth corruption. [/color][b]

Its even worse to experience this in foreign countries where punctuality is a factor of existence. Right from the moment applications are submitted it will take you forever to obtain the passport and even the staff are extremely rude like they are doing you a favour. The same attitude they portray in Nigeria with all corrupt practices.

Even under PDP, Government inefficiency was never this bad. I can't believe we have many Nigerians still willing to extend APCs rule on the Federal level.

This is the reason the country remains the way it is. Things are in shambles and you are here talking 2023. Your leaders will continue to toss you around due to this high level of foolishness
