1 - Toss the Senate arm of the Nigerian legislative system. Keep the House of Representatives and make lawmaking a part-time endeavour.

Youthful exuberance is the opium of the masses. This 'digital age' has messed us up.

I have become addicted to soft drinks. There is no day I don't take a minimum of four. I take one after my day-break sex in the wee hours of the morning. I take another one when I am about to take breakfast. During my stressful marketing task, I take one bottle to cool off. Then one bottle for evening meal, and seldomly one or two more in the night during sex romp and hanging out in a bar. To aid 'the excitement,' I do add junk from road side. Unclean meat like suya, chicken, pork and gizzard sold by aboki. Even though I have seen how flies perch on the spices the people use in the abbatoir. I always feel the repercussion in the morning.

I do have steady stomach upset. I am now addicted to diaflush as a result to regulate my stomach. I overdose about eight tablet instead of two before my stomach regulates. When I carry out mouth action, I take two tablets of amoxycilin. When I have raw sex, I take Beecham Ampliclox. Panadol extra daily too after work stress or fvck pain the next day. I am now living on drugs.

At times, I feel pain at the right or left side of my lower abdomen. I know I am compounding issues for myself but what more can I do to uplift my spirit. I know I risk STD or AIDS. Even kidney or liver problems. The only good thing is I don't smoke, so my lungs are safe
