you are right. A girl in my set, who spilled and graduated with a third class got Nimasa, and she is living very fine now.
But if you are sitting in a church/mosque and the imam/pastor makes a prophecy like "a new job that you're not qualified for will get to you this week" , you'll shout amen.

It has played out in her case, now it's a problem.

Look, if you understand how Nigeria work, you'll join a political party. You're not joining to contest elections, you're joining to stay in touch with happenings, if not no matter how qualified, you'll be schemed out of things. Not because they want to scheme you out deliberately, but there are just so many people vying for the same position. And only those who have someone to speak for them will scale through.

It has being like this since 1960, and it won't stop.

Personally, I've stopped expecting miracles and I don't even put my mind in all these government jobs.

Like subsidy, Nigeria is gone!

Politics › Re: Rivers: Moment Wike Warned APC National Secretary, Others (Video) by Seeplusplus:
The funny thing is, it is only people with this type of mentality that win elections in Nigeria. Our politics is more of fight and thuggery.

Atiku and Obi will lose 50xs against Tinubu because they don't have boots on ground for that kind of politics. Tinubu and Wike live for moments like this.

El rufai is an evil gentleman. You don't see him coming to talk anyhow in the public but that man can wipe an entire local government if that will mean him winning his election.

Aregbeshola is also that type. After all, he learnt from the master himself.

Now that we have thugs on both sides of the ballot, let's see how they perform.

I know for sure Tinubu will win his reelection but it won't be that easy like it happened in 2023. These guys are out to shed blood if they don't get what they want.

I can't think of any desperate, violent or thuggish heavyweight that was behind Atiku in the last eleven.

Now he has some on his side. Let the games begin

Many people here do not know the depth of the relationship between Wike, Abe and Jagaban. They also do not understand position of Senator Abe when it comes to power play in Rivers State. When it comes to Tinubu's afair, you can not separate Wike & Abe.
Oga, Wike and Magnus Abe are not political allies.

That they both support Tinubu doesn't mean they have any "deep relationship"

I don't mean to be insensitive but all this just to bury someone? I've always liked the Muslims stance on the dead. They just do a simple burial and then move on.

Atiku go still lose next year. E sure me die.

Atiku is a Fulani but he's politically shortsighted like the average igbo politician. May be it's because he's friends with them.

In 2015, instead of Atiku to queue behind Goodluck and support his reelection with an agreement that Goodluck will support him when he finishes his tenure, naive Atiku allowed Tinubu used his dumb head to go form APC, not knowing that Tinubu and Buhari already had an agreement.

In 2023, instead of Atiku to do everything possible to have Obi on his side, again, he allowed the useless man to split votes and allowed Tinubu easy access to the presidential villa

Obi, on the other hand, instead of him to maintain his position as a running mate to Atiku and build his network if he gets to Aso Rock, he foolishly allowed the social media hype get to him. Both men lost, even though their votes combined could have been enough to make them win.

All of a sudden, the two shortsighted folks now want to work together to defeat a sitting president, something they know is nearly impossible, especially because of how desperate the person they are up against is

If igbos don't rule Nigeria in the next 30 years, blame it on Obi. He's too shortsighted politically, same as Atiku.

And that is where Tinubu has an edge over them. He carefully calculates his move before he makes them, unlike Atiku and Obi that just jump at anything out of desperation for power.

Useless men

You guys should go and vote, anything you give us, we will enjoy it together.

Good governance cannot and will never get to "everybody" going by the current structure.

For you to benefit a little, you need to have direct or indirect links to people in charge.

Have you ever heard of the word "my connect?"
Politics › Re: No Polling Units On Social Media — Deputy Speaker Fires Back At Critics (Video) by Seeplusplus: 7:16pm On Dec 31, 2025
It's only a fool that will queue up to vote a Nigerian politician whom he doesn't know personally, or knows someone that knows him

Even if your god Obi becomes president, nothing will reach you if you don't know someone that has links to him

That is how the country is structured.

For me, I rather die than vote in a Nigerian election

Peter Obi will still defect from the ADC before the 2027 elections.

E sure me die

It's either he has shamelessly agreed to be Atiku's running mate, or he has his eyes on another party once he loses the primaries, which will definitely be the case.
