If you could remember very well, during the time of Obasanjo and the onshore offshore dichotomy issue. Victor Attah of Akwa Ibom and James Ibori of Delta were at the forefront of the battle, because they know they stand to gain more.


Note that in Delta there are onshore wells as well. Eg those in the Isoko, Kwale, and Burutu areas.

Actual crude oil on land is mainly in Rivers and Bayelsa.
That of Delta is both on land and offshore, but more offshore.
For Akwa Ibom it's almost 100% offshore.

Not only did the insufferable 0koro oppose the motion alongside with the north that staged a walkout, Zik even wrote an OPED in his New Nigerian Newspaper calling for all those involved in the motion on the floor of the Federal Parliament to be arrested and tried for high treason against His Majesty's government.

I can understand the position of the north for opposing the motion as they neither wanted to be yoked with the infidel south and saw the great partitioning of India at independence along sectional lines as the way to go.

But why did Zik - a supposed pro independence figure oppose and condemn the motion raised by Enaharo ?

Enaharo was forced to flee to independent Ghana fearing British clampdown from Zik's open betrayal to the Independence movement .

The reasons for Zik's apparent and obvious duplicity in the struggle for independence hinged on the fact that Zik wanted his now 0koro hijacked NCNC to be the only movement in the independence struggle so as to dominate post colonial Nigeria.

Zik , is an insufferable 0koro who will cut his nose to spite his face. But there is more to Zik's duplicity as Zik was a Marxist that was being teleguided by MI6 like every 0koro worth his winter suit.

Zik's vision for an independent Nigeria was one where his 0koro Marxists rule Nigeria under an absolute Marxist centrist arrangement and for this, every other parallel pro independence movement was seen as a potential threat to his Marxist ambitions .

I have always maintained that the Igbo has always been the greatest enemy of the SS and no other Igbo politician confirms this like Orji Uzor Kalu who in his inordinate ambition to emerge as DSP has aligned with the northern hawks standing firmly against Akpabio emerging as SP.

Orji Uzor Kalu knows he stands no chance emerging as SP so he has now pitched himself to the Yari campaign team in hopes of being rewarded with the DSP position.

This isn't new to Igbo politics as the north always sees the Igbo as willing allies to thwart southern interests since the inglorious days of Zik.

Now it is not enough for this Congo Judas to openly come out to oppose a Southern SP campaign for his own inordinate ambitions but Orji Uzor Kalu made pronouncements against the Ministry of Niger Delta which he said must be scrapped. Orji made that statement as part of his pledge and allegiance to northern hawks who opposed then President Yaradua's amnesty program and creation of Niger Delta ministry. It is important to highlight here that Igbo legislators aligned with the north against what they said was pandering to Niger Delta demands.

Out of all the moribund and cash sink MDAs , why was it that Orji Kalu singled out only the Ministry of Niger Delta affairs ? That alone should be confirmation of what I have been screaming my head off here for the past 5ys that the Igbo remain the greatest enemy of the SS since 1953!

My opposition to Peter Obi was hinged on this Igbo meddlesome and constant attempt to act as the spoiler of the SS .

I was damn right in my own submission to reject Obi (and every other Igbo politician and people at large) owing to their Zikist ambitions to corral and steal the resources of the Niger Delta under the banner of either a Central govt or their dead Biafra project.

If you are from SS and still some how have pity or political support for the Igbo, you need your brains examined.
