This person is obviously Notorious Mr aerolagos.
He has just 9 posts since he created this account and his last posts was in 2020, the present post is in this thread and it was the week he know he won't win because he has already won the previous week so he used this account to post.

Notorious100 have always been consistent very 2 weeks in posting by 12am to win but on Saturday last week he didn't instead a random account suddenly posted because you said you were going to do random selection so he decide to use a new account.

All in all the decisions is yours

To me personally I feel its unfair for someone to not give others a chance
