IyaTola: Allmof a sudden I am a stingy woman because I didn't give you want you want. Nigeria and their penchant for begging with entitlement mentality.
so you can help your brother with millions but u can't help a poor stranger with little to
eejo: Nigeria is the richest country on Earth but many live in poverty. How can anyone explain this but finally I have the answer. I will start by this question as a Nigerian are you a black person. 50k for the best answer today.
this is a useless question, where is the 100k you promised me?
Emeskhalifa: Indeed Africans only care about themselves not about the populace. Anything to make sure poverty is a thing of the past in your family, pls do it.
We4all: To those saying her story is fabricated, you don't know what you are saying. I was at the market the other day, and one keke rider ran away with cartons of goods that was loaded into his keke.
He took the woman unawares, such that she didn't even scream. Within seconds, he just rode off.
this is is exactly what happened to me. He caught me unaware never thought this could happen I couldn't even utter a word
It was a bright and bustling afternoon in the heart of the city of kano. I had just finished shopping for some important items for an upcoming event.
I decided to take a Keke to avoid the hassle of carrying the goods on foot. I spotted a Keke rider waiting nearby and approached him. I loaded my bags carefully into the back of the Keke, making sure nothing was left but then, something strange happened. Instead of him to make U-turn and took me he sped away, leaving me stranded and shocked.
I called out to him, but he was already gone, disappearing with my goods my hard-earned purchases were gone in an instant.
I reported the incident to the keke local union and shared the rider’s description with the Keke operators union. Though I never got my goods back up till now. The experience taught me a valuable lesson about trusting strangers, even in familiar places.
From that day on, I always made sure to verify the identity of any rider and never left my belongings unattended. It was a harsh reminder that sometimes, even the most ordinary errands can take an unexpected turn.

We want to formally inform the community that we are permanently stopping the weekly giveaway on Nairaland.
We originally chose Nairaland to build in public, share progress, and engage in meaningful conversations around what we are building. The giveaway was never the core objective, it was only a secondary effort to support engagement, not the foundation of our presence here.
Due to the direction things have taken, we’ve decided that: • All giveaways will no longer happen on Nairaland, permanently. • We will continue giveaways on other platforms such as Instagram and X, where participation is tied to real, identifiable accounts rather than faceless profiles. • A clear structure for how rewards will be earned and distributed will be announced on those platforms. • We are also handing over all PR and community engagement to a dedicated team, allowing us to focus fully on building and execution.
We appreciate those who contributed constructively and followed the journey for the right reasons. Updates may still be shared here from time to time, but giveaways on Nairaland have ended permanently.
Thank you for the understanding.
I will not follow you anywhere oga if you can't do it here just forget
The video demonstrates how to track both C-band and KU-band signals from the Intelsat 20 satellite at 68E using a dual-band LNB (Low Noise Block downconverter) (0:00). The coverage of this satellite extends across Asia, Africa, and Europe (0:10).
The video covers: KU Band Tracking: The presenter initially tracks the KU band using the frequency 12722 vertical and a symbol rate of 30000 (1:06). They explain that if it's difficult to combine both, one can track with the KU band first, then remove its holder and place the C-band holder (1:35). Dual LNB for Combined Signals: The main aim is to use a single dual LNB that has both KU and C bands to combine both signals, allowing access to more channels across Africa, Europe, and Asia without needing two separate dishes (2:12, 3:10, 3:35). C Band Tracking: The C band is tracked using a frequency of 4064 horizontal and a symbol rate of 19850 (5:34). Dish Setup and Adjustment: The video shows the physical setup of a 2.4-meter dish (9:24) and highlights the importance of the LNB holder's position for optimal signal reception (8:01). Fine-tuning adjustments are crucial for getting more channels (3:55, 4:07). Connecting Dual LNB Output: After the final setup, two chords emerge from the dual LNB—one for the C band and one for the KU band. These are then connected to a diseqc switch (4:55) which then goes to the receiver (5:28). Channel Search: The video demonstrates a blind search for channels on both KU and C bands, showcasing some channels like Eye Dost and Al Jazeera (3:02, 6:54, 11:02, 12:12).

APOPTOSIS: 🤣🤣🤣 Them never see anything yet Black Africans and Black Arabs go later beg the whites to come back to recolonize them. Check White Arabs....they have all gone far. They don't even conduct open prayers on the roads in Dubai, Qatar and many more. But GUMIII a medical doctor, retired military colonel is more concerned about the welfare of cows over his wellbeing and peace of mind.
The worst thing early Nigerian Fathers did was to think they had known it all, to the point that they sat down and watched the whites leave. South Africans are very lucky. They should remain grateful to the whites periodically else that place would have been worse than Congo DR. If not for them, how would they have hosted the senior world cup successfully?
APOPTOSIS: It should go both ways. Nonentity should marry Nonentity. Liability should kindly marry Liability. Those who strive to recycle poverty through poor decisions should also marry their kind.
As for me and my household, we shall continue to serve the Lord. Simple !
