Incentives 2 Meals a day and Accommodation


Salary to be increased as project grows and expands


Salary Growth Structure :

Month 1 - 3 : 25,000 Naira + Two Meals

Month 4 - 7 : 50,000 Naira + 1 Meal

Month 8 - 10 : 80,000 Naira + 1 Meal

Month 11 - 14 : 100,000 Naira + 1 Meal ( Supervisory/Managerial Level )







Your roles and responsibilities includes :

Planting Crops

Managing Poultry Farm

Applying Herbicides

Applying Fertilizers

Watering Crops

Coordinating Water distribution and making arrangements all farm activities are followed through according to plan

Purchasing Farm Implements and Raw Materials for the project
