for me ooo i think dstv mpeg 2 is more clearer with good picture quality than multi-tv mpeg 4. if you look at it very very well you will see that multi-tv mpeg 4 is not as good as dstv mpeg 2. just try and see what am saying and you will see the different.

it is a terrestrial tv card "DVB T" it will only work for startime but you no startime is a paytv so you will get the signal but you will not be able to watch them only NTA 24 news that is free,

do you have dvb-s box? dvb-s box is a decoder for pc in which you can watch both pay and free to air on your pc and you will need dish just like the other decoder but for pc.

For those that have DVB-S for PC, DVB-S FOR PC NOW WORKS LIKE DREAMBOX all you need is a software which i have and your internet connection. that's what am using for the past 8 days now.
