Government has no business in doing business. Just provide the enabling environment like ease of doing business, low taxes and provide good security to tourists.

Haven done the above that place should have been leased out to hospitality giants like Marriott, Hyatt, Four Seasons etc or even to Le Meridian like the Akwa Ibom govt did.

i live in uk too. The system is different. Here you are on your own. Also, the reason why most men have nothing to show after years in abroad is because of this. If you are not doing 50 50 with your wife my brother you would not achieve anything and the worsf you might work yourself to death. Anyone that advises you otherwise hates you. With 50 50 with my wife we built 2 properties in nigeria, we bought a house in uk, we bought cars in uk, we help people back home, we travel too. Like i said this is an advise. Many men in uk are regretring for chesting bills alone. Uk was created for household income.

They know they've lost the North, so the game plan is to capture Akwa Ibom, Delta, Edo Cross River and Rivers state. Unfortunately, they've promised these 1st time governors automatic return for 2nd term and the governors will rig their states for APC. Just like 2023 that we begged obidients not to waste their votes on Obi, we will still beg them again not to waste their votes on Obi in 2027 because Tinubu will use the media and some influencers to push Obi to contest and they've started doing it. I just hope Obi will listen to the voice of reasoning and not contest if he truly wants Tinubu out. For obidients that would want to say Atiku should step down for Obi, Tinubu will Win in a landslide if it's between him and Obi because the north would rather endure another 4 years of Tinubu than the uncertainty of Obi's presidency. But Atiku and Tinubu on the ballot, Atiku will defeat Tinubu with a landslide. If all three are on the ballot, then Tinubu will win.

You said it all...only Atiku and Obi ticket can topple Tinubu, if the Obidients can come down from their high horses...Buhari with all is fanatical support in the North couldnt win the presidency untill he aligned with a southerner Tinubu.. the North will never vote for Obi and in Nigeria nobody can win the presidency without an alliance especially involving the north. Obi should stoop to conquer but tinubu agents around him will tell him lies that he can win on his own.
