SOLITARY measn one who lives alone. It doesn't mean furnished apartment.

Bobrisky lived alone in his own cell and that doesn't mean he wont see other inmates kept in solitary in the same prison.

There are many cells in prison, you can't put the ones serving life/death sentences with those serving years imprisonment.

You cant put a crossdresser with all features of male and female with other inmates.
