what's the test format like?

The assessment comprises numerical and logical reasoning, you'll have some practice questions before taking the assessment itself, although you may skip it if you are very sure of yourself. Perhaps the questions appear difficult to me because its been long I took similar test.

I got my personality test link 2 days after taking the psychometric. There is nothing to worry about regarding what the personality test is like since what they wanted to know is your kind of person, situation as it applies to you which I believe would be matched with the requirements of the position they are considering you for. You also have the privilege to download the analyzed report after the assessment which will also give you understanding of who you are.

The test assesses numerical, figural and logical reasoning and takes about 20 minutes to complete. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to sit online Personality Tests which help us identify the candidates which best fit The Concept Group culture. You will need to complete each test within 3 days of receiving the test invitations – please do not apply until you have sufficient time to take the test within the specified time limit.
