Today I'm going to talk about colour selection for your bridal party. Often times, brides to be will tell me, I have decided on my wedding colours but I don't know what colour to use for my bridesmaids. Here are some points to keep in mind and have your bridesmaids looking dashing.

** follow bridesmaid wedding colour trends: It's no longer news that white and black dresses for your bridesmaids have come to stay and if you haven't joined the bandwagon, it's time to do so. White is no longer reserved for the bride and yes black dresses are very chic and elegant. So if you are confused about a colour, follow this trend

** A complementary colour: I often advice brides to be to download a colour wheel, it is very useful in #weddingplanning a complementary colour to your wedding colour often comes out beautiful. For example, on the colour wheel, colours opposite each other are complementary.

** Colours from primary colours. Everyone who passed through elementary school sang about the three primary colours (red, yellow, blue). Opting for any of these colours come out bright and bubbly.

** If you are like me, then using your favourite colour will be fine, as long as it complements your wedding colour(s)

** When in doubt, just use one of the colours from your wedding colour, especially if you want everything to look monochrome.
