stepping on the brakes at speeds over 40miles per hour and you feel your brake pedal pulsating and your vehicle vibrating? It is usually the brake rotors aka brake disks, they have worn out unevenly and in some instances (this instance ) rusted.

The brake rotors have air vents to enable rapid cooling but when rust sets in replacement is the sure option.

In cases where the rotors are not trusted and the rotors are measured and found to be within specifications they can be resurfaced in a machine shop.
