I will to highlighten u guys about this case.first of all the traders declared their money at the airport and the custom officers arrested them and said they have unknown source of fund.and that day twelve (12)people were arrested and the same custom people freed three women and two men because they could speak hausa and handed the remaining 7 traders money and their passports to efcc.and also nobody among the traders was carrying above $60,000.u may ask why are they carry cash,because presently u cannot deposit or transfer foreign currency from bank.they are genuine buisness men with shops in the market.is it a crime to declare ur money
