Shadows of the Messiah in Genesis chapters 6.9 through 11. 32. Part 3 of 4

*Key point: The concept of race is unscientifically verifiable and not biblically supported. The term race is a misnomer. What humans discriminate against should be appropriately termed skin colourism or ‘tonism’. External features (skin shade/tone especially) are really the root issue and the basis for so called classification of ‘races. Its hierarchical system meant to establish superior race vs inferior race. It’s demonic in origin and in nature.

#9. Noah’s blessings & curses upon the Semitic people (Arabs & Hebrews) & the European Jews. Kenan (Canaanites) was cursed, NOT Cush (Africans).

-The generations of Noah’s 3 sons are enumerated for a total of 70 (or 72 depending on source); founders of 70 (72) nations. In 9.26-27, Noah blesses Shem saying, ‘bless the EL of Shem’…and Japheth is enlarged and dwell in the tents of Shem’, and Ham their servants. Notice, Noah says ‘the Elohim of Shem’, later on Shem’s descendants (via Yitzchak) would be the ‘chosen’ people. It is implied; Shem is the chosen one in whom the ‘tent’ (of Yahweh) is given. This tent came to be the land of Canaan (and Jerusalem), which was given to Avraham and his descendants. Japheth was to be ‘enlarged and dwell in the tents of Shem’ (9.27). The question is: in what way did the children of Japheth ‘dwell in the tents of Shem’? Could this be interpreted as saying, Japheth shares in with Shem’s inheritance in the land of Canaan? Was it saying that Japheth will dwell with Shem in the land of Canaan? I have no doubt that historically, the descendants of Japheth lived in the land of Israel. And ample biblical passages show that when ethnic Israel was expelled from the land for disobedience, certain other non-Israelite groups occupied the area; and assimilated with Israelite worship of Yahweh albeit syncretistic (2 Kings 17).

-What if this is true today and why current inhabitants of Israel are mostly of European Jews (sons of Japheth who converted to Judaism) . Numerous historical (& biblical evidence) has shown that the current dwellers in Israel are sons of Japhet who converted to Judaism. Could this be the prophecies of Noah in play? I think so. Additionally, Noah’s prophecy could also explain why sons of Japhet, whose name means ‘expansion’, the father of Europeans had/have long history of being ‘expansionists’; in their pillaging, enslaving, dominating and overly territorial group of people; which is evident in their exploitative and hostile takeovers of various territorial lands, and most egregiously seen in history of slavery; especially of Africans and Native Americans/indigenous and aboriginal peoples.

-What of the curse on Kenan’s descendants (of Ham). It was said that Kenan, son of Ham, shall be servants to both sons of Shem and Japhet. Ham’s name supposedly means ‘dark’ and could explain his perverse behavior; but also, may imply that he was the ancestor of darker skin people groups. Ham fathered Cush (Babylonians, Ethiopians), Kenan (Canaanites), Mizrahim (Egyptians, Philistines), Phut (Libyans). The curse of Noah was upon Kenan (Canaanites) not Cush (Ethiopians/Africans), thus it should not have been used to justify the African slave trade. Canaanites were next door neighbors of ancient Israelites whose land Yahweh gave to Israelite. The curse of Canaan was the root cause of the animosity that existed between the Hebrews and Canaanites. When Israelites conquered the land of Canaan, they subjected the remnant Canaanites to servanthood (read the book of Joshua)- this was the fulfilment of Noah’s curse upon Kenan. The Canaanites would only rebel and become thorns when Israelites disobeyed Yahweh, as Yahweh allows Canaanites to be as ‘thorn in the Hebrews sides.

-Since Yahweh buries deeper revelatory knowledge and spiritual implications in these biblical events and stories, we are to extract a deeper truth in them. That is, prophetically, the inclusion of Japhet in the tents of Shem foreshadowed Yeshua’s inclusion of gentiles into the promise and inheritance of Israel (Shem). So, then while Japhet spiritually represents gentiles; Canaanites (Ham) spiritually represents unbelievers, apostate believers and all unrepentant sinners. This is the highest and purest form of spiritual truth we can extract from this story: the inclusion of gentiles into the commonwealth (tents) of Israel (Shem).

#10. There’s only ONE human origin. Genes + Environment = Physical features. The idea of different races is unscriptural and unscientific.

-Biblically, there is only ONE race: Human. Yahweh made ALL man from the same (one) content- dust of earth. Earth is brown in colour. Pre flood, all groups of humans arose from just 2 people- Adam & Eve. Post flood, all human groups arose from Noah’s 3 sons: Ham, Shem and Japhet. Race is a social construct, not scriptural and there is no scientific evidence for ‘race’. What bible affirms is ethnos (ethnicities, nationalities and languages). Biologically (genetically), all humans and people groups share 99.999% genetic content testifying to biblical creation account of being made from the same dust of earth, and from same 2 people. Even the 0.1% difference is what generates the physical characteristics that we see amongst people groups as a Racial categorization as we today are not a biblically derived concept. The shocking thing is that there is more variation in gene pool between same group of people (Africans) than there are between An African vs European. Race is a social construct entirely designed to divide and separate people; whereby certain groups view themselves at the top and superior to others.

-The phenotypical (physical) differences that we see today in various groups of people are due to environmental impact and natural selection of genotypes (genetic pool). It’s called Natural Selection. In other words, the environmental conditions interact with genes to naturally select and favour certain genes, which in turn enable certain individuals to survive in the terrain. For example: after the flood and the scattering of the tower of babel, the groups of people who migrated downwards below the equator had to survive the harsh sun. The sun enabled production of more melanin (which turned them dark) which in turn enabled them to survive that extreme sun environment. The same applies to hair texture. The people group that migrated towards the north where there was less sun, did not need melanin and so the genes to produce melanin were repressed and passed down. The same applies to other physical features seen Europeans vs Asians vs Africans vs other less common people groups. The genetic changes produced by the environment became permanent over thousands of years and are thus propagated to progenitors and thus inherited by subsequent generations. This same principle applies in gene mutations and certain genetic diseases that are inherited.

#11 Adam & Eve were brown toned. Differences in skin tones = different shades of the SAME natural brown colour spectrum. No such thing as racism, it is colourism.

- Thus, Adam and Eve were brown people with mixed physical features that blended into the various people groups. In other words, Adam & Eve were brown (not dark, not light), with hair not too straight, not wooly; and nose not elevated, not depressed. Adam & Eve’s genetic pool had to contain all the necessary information needed to give rise to various phenotypes (physical features) seen in people groups. Skin colour is due to melanin (brown) pigment that ALL humans have. The varying degrees of shades of brown (skin tones), the various spectrum of skin tones we see are based on the quantity of melanin producing cells one has, which is determined by genetics. So, the darker your skin tone, the more melanin you have; the lighter your skin tone, the less melanin you have. ALL humans are people of colour (same colour brown). Adam & Eve were brown people (NOT fair and not dark); they had to be to produce offsprings of varying shades.

- When people say racism, they mean ‘colorism’ because that’s really what’s all about- skin tone. Discrimination and prejudice are based on mere external skin tone. Yes, skin tone, not skin colour. All humans are all different shades of the same colour brown. Calling all those with superiority complex based on your physical features, you are dirt/mud too and should be naturally brown if you were to get more sun. When Christians buy into this ‘race’ based categorization, they in effect are rejecting Yahweh’s creation and buying into satan’s divisiveness and lies. Affirming ‘race’ and ‘racism’, you are also supporting the satanic idea of hierarchy in human evolution; and that certain people are superior. Feeling superior and wanting to dominate and control others is an attribute of satan; It is what got him expelled from heaven. All man is created equally and viewed equally by the Creator with no preference to any one’s physical characteristics.

-Unfortunately, the church has done more in promoting discrimination based on skin tone than even in the secular world. Or at least, they have followed the worldly pattern and have done less to ameliorate discrimination and prejudice. The evidence is found in churches of America. It is once said, Sunday is the most segregated time of the week. It is quite sad because the Kingdom of Yahweh will most likely retain its physical diversity assortments we see today. the afterlife will include diversity; and most likely we will retain our diversity in the kingdom of Yahweh. And so will kingdom of Satan retain and have diversity. It is high time Anglo-Saxon Americans (and Europeans) start accepting and celebrating diversity of human nature. Worship the LORD as One of diversity; it is HIS handiwork. Colorism is of the devil and it’s despising Yahweh’s diverse nature and hating those created in HIS image. You cannot love Yahweh whom you have not met when you hate your fellow man for their physical differences. No one who hates will enter the kingdom of Yahweh. However, the hater will still end up in a diverse hell.

Series Identifying & dissecting the last empire of the Beast. Mystery Babylon: the religion, the city & her final destruction. 1 of 2.

#Saddam Hussein’s attempt in rebuilding of Babylon

When Saddam invaded Iran in 1980, the country was still reeling from the 1979 revolution, and he believed a few weeks of fighting would solidify his position as leader of a unified pan-Arabist dream. To fuel support for the battle, Saddam turned increasingly to grand nationalist building projects. That was when he ordered the reconstruction of Babylon. In 1983, Saddam Hussein imagining himself as heir to Nebuchadnezzar ordered the rebuilding of Babylon. Saddam wanted to be like king. When Saddam heard that Nebuchadnezzar had stamped the bricks of ancient Babylon with his name and titles, he ordered that the reconstruction mimic this practice. Like Nebuchadnezzar, Hussein had his name inscribed on the bricks, which were placed directly on top of the ruins some 2,5000 years old. Sample inscriptions translate ‘in the reign of the victorious Saddam Hussein, the president of Republic, may God keep him, the guardian of the great Iraq and renovator of its renaissance and the builder of its great civilization, the rebuilding of the great city of Babylon was done in 1987”. Hussein added huge portraits of himself and Nebuchadnezzar at the entrance of the ruins. Within a few years, Iran had not only retaken its territory but also launched an offensive against Iraq. The pan-Arabist dream proved to be one of the greatest political errors of Hussein’s career. By end of 1983, the pan-Arabist dream was drawing thing. The war showed no sign of ending, and Iraqis did not understand why they were fighting in a conflict they never asked for.

Babylon is neither Islamic nor Arab. It is obviously deeply pre-Islamic, says an Iraqi author and professor Makiya. In celebrating Babylon and reconstructing the city of Babylon, what one is doing is essentially calling upon the idea of Iraq, not the idea of Arabism, or the idea of Baghdad as spearhead of new pan-Arabism in the religion, or Islamism, but Iraq. Saddam siphoned millions into the rebuilding and pushed to have the reconstruction built on the foundations of the original site. The project was not only nationalistic, but also narcissistic. There was megalomania involved in that says Makiya. Saddam wanted every Iraqi to know that he rebuilt Babylon. The point is that it’s not just an archaeological reconstruction of the city of Babylon of Babylon for the sake of science and history and the past. It’s an idealization of that history for the purposes of cementing the legitimacy of the regime’s presence.

# Modern day Babylon in history: the Iran-Iraq war, & the Persian Gulf war.

As most Iraqi men were fighting the bloody Iran-Iraq war, he brought in thousands of Sudanese workers to lay new yellow bricks over the old mud construction where Nebuchadnezzar’s palace stood. To this day, in the maze behind the southern palace, scores of bricks are stamped with a declaration ‘in the reign of victorious Saddam Hussein, president of republic, may god keep him guardian of great Iraq and renovator of its renaissance and builder of its great civilization, the rebuilding of great city Babylon was done in 1987”. The war killed hundreds of thousands of soldiers. When it ended in 1988, under ceasefire brokered by the UN. At the end of Persian Gulf war, he commissioned a palace over more Babylonian ruins, calling it Saddam Hill. The massive gaudy structure almost completely covered the original ruins. Hussein’s plans for a cable line running over the Babylon site were halted with 2003 Iraq invasion by US. Before Husseins’ reconstruction, there had been destruction from colonial powers. Germans took Ishtar gate, which is now in the Pergamon museum in berlin, while the French took ceramics, and the Turks used Babylonian bricks to build dams on Euphrates. Saddam Hussein built the monument to commemorate his very dubious ‘victory’ over united states in the 1991 Gulf war. The palace was never completed as construction and was held back by economic sanctions and further hindered by bombing of construction site.

# Modern Babylon and 2003 U.S Invasion of Iraq.

The occupation of US forces also damaged the site. When president Bush ordered US forces to invade Iraq in 2003, they occupied Babylon and turned Saddam’s castle into their command centre. After 2003 invasion of iraq, the palace complex was taken over by the US Marines and integrated into the new camp slayer. The unfinished palace served the Americans as military base. Following 2003 invasion, the UN camp was set up on the ruins. Areas were levelled to create landing pads for helicopters and parking lots for vehicles. Tanks rumbled over ancient bricks, and polish troops dug trenches thru a temple. Their graffiti on the walls; notes of longing about faraway loved ones, reminders of soldierly protocol. The military also caused immense damage to the site, looting precious artefacts and running tanks over ancient ruins. And even the military presence could not keep out looters, who ransacked Iraq’s more than 10.000 historic sites after the invasion.

# Modern Babylon after Saddam Hussein attempt at reviving the ancient ruins of Babylon.

With the end of his rule, Hussein’s ego driven reconstruction of Babylon was stopped. In 2006, UN officials and Iraqi leaders stated their intentions to restore Babylon into a cultural centre. It’s estimated that 95% of Babylon could be hidden in unexcavated mounds at the site. In 2009, the Babylonian ruins and Hussein’s palace were opened to tourists. Hubris made manifest in reinforced concrete, the victory over America palace squats by artificial lake next to Baghdad airport. As with all of saddam’s former palaces, the Victory over America Palace became something of a tourist spot for the Marines. Today, the palace complex has been handed back to the iraqi government, and the Victory over America Palace still stands what, what’s left of it. It is likely to remain forever incomplete, a lasting monument to a triumph which never was. But, is it likely to remain incomplete or will it be rebuilt?

# Another leader to continue in Saddam’s Husseins’ rebuilding of ancient ruins of Babylon.

The antichrist kingdom mimics the true kingdom of the Messiah. Even the Babylonian account began in the epic parody of the genesis creation account. Gilgamesh, the supreme god- the counter part of Yahweh; and the code of Hammurabi, the counter of part of the law of Moses. Apparently, Saddam Hussein and supporters thought of the Hammurabi as the Messiah of the Arab world. Saddam sought to reconstruct Babylon to declare self as the heir of king Nebuchadnezzar. However, his plans failed; yet he foreshadowed a future charismatic leader who would arise to be the antichrist and would successfully reconstruct, rebuild the ancient ruins of Babylon as the capital and seat of the beast kingdom. The fertility of Euphrates valley is well known. No other portion of earth excels it for possibilities.

-You may ask, why has not ancient Babylonian site not been successfully developed long ago? The answer is simple, because the antichrist and his 10-nation beast kingdom hadn’t begun yet. Saddam Hussein may have failed at rebuilding ancient ruins of Babylon in his pan-Arabist dream, but there will be a latter-day leader who will succeed where he left off. Once antichrist rises, the ancient ruins of Babylon will be rebuilt. Babylon of last days will rise to political and military dominance in the Arab world. The 10 horns/leaders/nations will give their power to this king of the North, the Assyrian/Babylonian king by force and by political dominance. This beast alliance will invade the land of Israel. The 10 nations will later hate the harlot implies a friction of sorts between the religious and the political wings of this system.

# The connection between Assyria and Babylon past and future.

It has been shown that Assyria and Babylon are used almost interchangeably in Scripture. Both Assyria and Babylon were empires formed by the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. Assur was former capital of Assyria and was 200 miles away from Babylon. Babylon is often thought to be continuation of the Assyrian empire. The land of Kasdims was not till the Assyrian founded it (Is 23.13). There are many similarities that scripture uses Assyria and Babylon interchangeably. Both nations are today identified as Arab nations. Geographically, those areas comprise of modern-day Iran, Iraq, Syria, although they operate in tandem with other Arab powers. (Is. 29:7,8; 30:28; 33:3; 34:1,2; 2 Chron. 22:22; Ps. 83). Herodotus called king Sennacherib king of Arabians and Assyrians. This last day leader will likely be ethnic Assyrian (todays, Iran, Iraq, Syria) and ethnic Hebrew, and possibly a practicing Jew; and his seat of government will be based in the revived ruins of ancient city of Babylon.

The great empire of the beast of the last days will be an aggregate of those before it. It’s possible that the whole image of Daniel 2 will be fulling standing in the latter day. All the nations which formed the former Babylonian, Medo-Persian, Greek and Roman empires will be amalgamated into the last beast empire system, under the leadership of the Assyrian/Babylonian king. The future Babylonian leader will be after the example of Saddam Hussein and will see themselves as Nebuchadnezzar. Isaiah and Micah describe this leader as the Assyrian (Is 10.5; 14.25; 30.32; Mic 5.1-6); and he too will see himself as Antiochus Epiphanes. This leader is also known by Ezekiel as Gog, the chief prince of Magog (Ezekiel 38.3). Daniel calls him vile king of fierce countenance (8.24-25).

# The Assyrian king, the rebuilt Babylon and the 10 nation Arab empire.

This is Paul’s “man of sin”, Daniel’s vile king of fierce countenance, Ezekiel’s Gog, the chief prince. This character is also referred to by Micah as the Assyrian (Mic. 5:1,2). The Lord Will save His people in the latter days from an “Assyrian”. Some theorize that Gog was a Jew who apostatized and went to live in Assyria / Babylonia, according to 1 Chron. 5. This is why the antichrist will have an appearance of spirituality; and may even be an Arab Christian. Why Arab Israeli? Because there are only 2 people in scripture referred to as ‘son of perdition’: Judas and the antichrist (2 Thes 2 &…). *More on this later.

-Yahweh will cause these 10 nations to come under Babylon’s rule and agree (Rev. 17.17); The 10 nations will give their power to beast for one hour. There will be some level of unity and Pan-Arabism will triumph in the latter end. This unity will lead to economic prosperity for the region (Rev 18.3); given the oil rich wealth in those areas. These nations include Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Portugal, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan- as well as Iraq.
There will be a period of stable economic stability and false peace even temporary for when they say peace and safety, destruction befalls them. According to Daniel, this latter-day vile leader reneges on certain agreement or pact made with the nation of Israel. This is likely an agreement to co-share the temple mount and allow Israelis to rebuild the temple/altar and restart the sacrifices and oblation.

-At some point, the contract is annulled, and the antichrist and his armies invade Israel sits in the rebuilt temple and proclaim self as God and demand worship as God. Daniel 8.13;9.27, 2 Thes 2.3, Matt 24, Mark 13 speaks of ‘the desolation of Jerusalem’ and the abomination set up where it ought not. This initiates the great tribulation that lasts 3.5 years. Yeshua returns sometimes within the 3.5 years of Great tribulation. Another place we see similar image of one proclaiming to be God is in Ezekiel 28.2, the king of Tyre, who was also prototype for antichrist. Daniel 8.26-27, 12.6 says the visions are sealed until the end of time. We will not be able to figure it all out until it starts happening or after it has happened. However, it is possible to foresee certain events by studying this scripture and be able to watch it unfold.

# Final Destruction of Babylon & Assyria.

In Jer 50,18, Yahweh says ‘I will punish king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria’. Note that the northern kingdom of Israel fell to Assyria and were taken into exile in Assyria; the southern kingdom of Judah fell to Babylon. The book of Nahum was primarily prophecy of destruction of Assyria (Nah. 3:13 = Jer. 50:37; Nah. 3:1 = Rev. 18:24; Nah.3:4 = Rev. 17:5; Nah. 3:11 = Rev. 17:6); both were to be made desolate (Zeph 2.13, Jer 50.3). Note that the northern kingdom of Israel fell to Assyria and were taken into exile in Assyria; the southern kingdom of Judah fell to Babylon. The book of Nahum was primarily prophecy of destruction of Assyria (Nah. 3:13 = Jer. 50:37; Nah. 3:1 = Rev. 18:24; Nah. 3:4 = Rev. 17:5; Nah. 3:11 = Rev. 17:6); both were to be made desolate (Zeph 2.13, Jer 50.3). Romanism and all its allies is to perish at the hands of men (Rev 17.16). Her destruction is to come at the hands of the last great power of whom we read in Rev 13. The babylon of Rev 18 comes to an end by divine judgement (Rev 18.21). Her doom, like that of Sodom and Gomorrah is to come in one day and from heaven.

The similarity of their judgments seems to suggest that they both represent the latter-day enemies of Israel and the church, who will be destroyed at the second coming of Christ. Her fall at the hands of Yahweh ends man’s dominion on this earth. “Woe, woe, the great city, babylon, the strong city; for in one hour is your judgment come”. Rev. 18.10. The accounts of the latter-day invasion of Israel all feature a single charismatic individual, who will be destroyed Yeshua in His coming. The dominion shall then be the Lord’s forever and ever. And another city will come into prominence; the city whose designer and builder are Yahweh (Rev 21.19-27).

Christianity EtcRe: False Prophet or Conditional Prophecy? Reconciling Deuteronomy 18 & Jeremiah 18 by SeraphEl(op): 1:25pm On Jul 12, 2025
# On the series Prophets & Prophecy: The nature of prophecies. Part 5 of 5: Conditionality of prophecies in the apostolic epistles and writings.

Key points: Contrary to what’s being falsely taught today): any given word of the LORD is conditional until proven otherwise. Biblical prophecy is primarily an invitation and a call to action. Consider that even Yeshua prayed concerning HIS own prophesied death: ‘take this cup (=HIS death) away from me IF it be your will….’, such is a great epitome of the inherent conditionality of biblical prophecies. Imagine if Yahweh had ‘taken the cup of Christ’s death’, then all the prophets of old would be deemed false by today’s (unbiblical) standards.

# The following are biblical examples of conditional nature of prophecies in the New Testament scriptures, which are by no means exhaustive. Grab your bible, pen/paper, think, meditate, reflect and keep an open mind.

-Acts 20, 21. Philip prophesied by the Holy Spirit about Paul: “So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owns this girdle and shall deliver him into the hand of the Gentiles”. They “shall” do this, he said. And many other prophets said the same (Acts 20:23). “And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem” (Acts 21:11,12). They understood the word of prophecy as conditional- its’ fulfilment could be avoided by Paul not going to Jerusalem. Indeed, there were prophecies that said he should not go up to Jerusalem (Acts 21:4). Yet Paul went, knowing that if he died at Jerusalem then the will of God would be done (Acts 21:14). All this surely shows that prophecies are open to human free will; and ultimately HaShem’s will.

-Acts 20:29,30. This prophecy, its fulfilment as it sounded, didn’t ‘have’ to come true IF they take heed. Likewise, the Lord categorically foretold Peter’s denials; and yet tells him therefore to watch and pray; and not fall into the temptation that was looming. Peter didn’t have to fulfil the prophecy, and the Lord encouraged him to leave it as an unfulfilled, conditional prophecy. He warns him to pray “lest ye enter into temptation” (Mk. 14:38)- even though He had prophesied that Peter would fail under temptation.

-Acts 27.10. Thus, Paul was instructed by the LORD to go to Jerusalem. The sea journey to Rome was going to result in loss of life, yet later on Paul was assured that there would be no loss of life if certain conditions were followed (Acts 27:24,31,34). Consider that if the men in the ship had not followed the conditions, that there would loss of life. And if the loss of life had occurred, would that have made Paul a false prophet? No, it would not because the conditions for keeping ones' life was predicated upon meeting the conditions specified.

-1Tim 1.18. There were prophecies about Timothy concerning his missions, but Paul encouraged Timothy to fulfil them, to make them come real and true for him. This is the same way that the fearful and timid Jeremiah was told “I have made thee this day a defensed city…be not dismayed” (Jer. 1:17,18). He had to be bold and brave personality which God had enabled him to have. Others whom similar prophetic encouragements were given include Joshua who was anointed to replace Moses in leading Israel. Ezekiel in his calling to go prophesy to sinful Judah. Similarly, believers are both given prophecies of hope, faith, and glorious eternal life upon salvation. HOWEVER, all these promises can only be attained if one keeps the condition for obtaining eternal life: repentance, holiness, enduring to the end. Salvation is free, however obtaining eternal rewards of salvation (eternal life) is conditional.

Heb. 13:18: this seems to imply that the more prayer is offered, and the more Paul persisted, the sooner he would be released from prison: “Pray for us: for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honestly in all things. And I exhort you the more exceedingly to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.” Thus, prayer can hasten things, given certain preconditions are fulfilled.

1 Thes 4.3. The will of Yahweh is not always determining of human behavior in absolute terms; otherwise, the will of Yahweh would exclude human freewill. “This is the will of Yahweh, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication”. But Thessalonians still had the freedom to commit fornication. The will of Yahweh here refers to the desire of the LORD. but the fulfilment of HIS will is of course up to the freewill of the individual. . This is why we pray for HIS will to be done in our lives. However, it does not mean to do whatever you fancy, the will of the LORD will happen anyway. One is seeking to do HIS wishes in one's lives. And as we gain spiritual maturity, our will and the Father’s are aligned. When we ask what we will, and it is done, because it is the Father's will.

# The visions and writings of Jeremiah the prophet and Yochanan in Revelation itself appear as if when "Babylon" or Roman empire in Yochanan’s time was judged and destroyed by the day of the Lord, then the Kingdom would be established on earth. However, in the fall of Babylon and Roman empire, the Kingdom didn’t come. The Babylon must re-apply to some latter-day system as its final fulfilment. This is that Babylon spoken of in the book of Revelation having its ultimate and final destruction at the 2nd coming of Christ.

# In reading prophetic and apostolic writings, there’s suggestion that the actual date of the Lord’s return is conditional on various things such as the repentance of Israel (note: Israel the Church, not the ‘nation’ per se), the spread of the Gospel into all the world, and certain level of spiritual maturity achieved within the Christian brotherhood. It is possible then that the Lord’s return can be conditional, and a function of human freewill; that is how quickened the people are to the preaching, hearing, responding and repenting towards the gospel. and therefore, the prophecies relating to end time events may be delayed or post-phoned in fulfilments.

-It would be wise then not to predict dates of Christ return; this is why ‘prophecy’ in the sense of predicting end time events was not the feature in the apostle’s missionary work. . Yeshua, when inquired when HE will restore the kingdom of Israel, said to the disciples ‘it is not for you to know the times and seasons that Hashem has placed in HIS power’ Act 1.7. Put simply, there are many moving parts to when the LORD returns to predict a date that is definitive. We are given and can discern the signs of the times, but the actual hour/date, we do not know.

On the series Prophets & Prophesy: The nature of prophesies. Few examples of prophecies that turned out ‘unconditional’- only because they came to pass as initially given.

A historical account on the decline of paganism and the rise of Christianity in Roman Empire. Part 1 of 3.

New Testament believers- a small, persecuted sect of Judaism called Nazarenes (Acts 24.5).

Before delving into how Christianity was corrupted by paganism, let us rewind to the history of persecution of early, New Testament and first century believers by the Roman state and her various emperors. This will give some background for understanding how this severely persecuted small sect of Judaism became Christianity, then paganized, nationalized, institutionalized, gained power and subsequently controlled by the state. Ah. Reminds me of certain brand of evangelical (political and nationalism) Christian movement in America. History repeats when humans don't learn from the past.

# Paul’s mission in Rome. Early believers (1st century) a sect of Judaism who kept the Torah. Then came later exclusion of gentile believers.

The book of Acts chapter 27 gives the account of Paul’s descent to Rome in 62 CE (or AD) as a prisoner to ‘appeal to Cesar’ which was really an ordained missionary expedition to Rome as Yeshua instructed him ‘you shall testify in front of Caesar and all of Rome’. The entirely of the gospel accounts and the apostolic epistles left us with an impression that the Jew’s newly found faith in Yeshua as Messiah along with the gentile converts were a sect of Judaism (the ‘Nazarene’ sect) rather than a separate religion called Christianity. Early believers kept much of the Torah, kept the biblical festivities, met in Temple on Sabbath and in house churches. . However, later on, inclusion of gentile believers deteriorated as gentile believers no longer felt welcomed by their Jewish brethren. This friction coupled with the proceeding persecutions which began with the Roman emperor Nero, paved the way for antisemitism. Anti-Jewish sentiments led to gentile believers further alienating and divorcing Christianity from the Jewish roots of the faith; this in turn was followed by Christianity’s syncretism with paganism. Even the early church fathers had a heavy hand in cementing this anti-Jewishness, the subsequent successful separation of Christianity from its the Jewish roots, and the syncretistic fusion of Christianity with pagan elements. The role of church fathers in corrupting Christianity is an entirely separate book discussion, which perhaps I might explore later.

# The Great Persecution of Christians by Roman Emperors from Nero to Marcus Aurelius.

As aforementioned, early believers had always been a persecuted group. However, there were times when persecution was especially ordered by the emperors and from the state. What was known as era or periods of greatest persecution of early believers were most notable in the following reign of Roman Emperors beginning with Emperor Nero. Note before: the following historical data provide only brief and condensed information gathered from online Britannica encyclopedia.

1. Emperor Nero’s Reign (AD 54–68). Nero became emperor in AD 54, aged 16. In AD 64 came the great fire of Rome that burnt for 10 days destroying several Roman districts. Nero accused Christians of starting the fire. Many Christians were arrested and brutally executed by ‘being thrown to the beasts, crucified and burnt alive’. Historian Tacitus details Nero's extensive torture and execution of Christians after the Great Fire of Rome in 64 AD. Nero also punished Christians for their "new and mischievous superstition”. Christian theologian Tertullian (c. 155–230) was the first to call Nero the great persecutor of Christians and the servants of the LORD’. Earliest evidence suggested that Nero ordered the execution of the apostle Peter and Paul in Rome. Paul the apostle was beheaded, and Peter was crucified upside down in Rome.

-Nero was dubbed as the embodiment of the Antichrist. The Sibylline Oracles written in the second century, spoke of Nero returning and bringing destruction. These writings enabled the belief within Christian communities that Nero was the antichrist spoken of by Paul in his epistles to the Thessalonica. Legend had it that Nero disappeared and with no burial place; thus, the belief that he will return. Even some modern biblical scholars contend that the number of the beast in the book of Revelation is code word for Nero; and that Babylon as mentioned in Revelation referred to Rome (1 Peter 5.13).

2. Vespasian was Roman emperor from 69 to 79. The last emperor to reign in the Year of the Four Emperors, he founded the Flavian dynasty, which ruled the Empire for 27 years. In 66 AD, Vespasian sought to suppress the Jewish revolt in Judea. The campaign came to a brief halt with the death of emperor Nero in 68, launching Vespasian's bid for the imperial power. When Vespasian was declared Emperor on 1 July 69, Titus was left in charge of ending the Jewish rebellion. Ultimately, thousands of Jews (and Christians) were killed, and the Romans destroyed many towns and re-established control over Judea and Jerusalem in AD 70.

3.Titus Caesar Vespasianus was Roman emperor from 79 to 81. Titus succeeded his father Vespasian upon his death, becoming the first Roman emperor ever to succeed his biological father. Before becoming emperor, Titus gained notoriety as top military commander, serving under his father in Judea during the First Jewish–Roman War. In AD 70, he besieged and captured Jerusalem and destroyed the city and the Second Temple. *This period of persecution and destruction of 2nd temple fulfilled Yeshua’s Mt. Olivet prophecy concerning the Jerusalem.

4. Domitian was Roman emperor from 81 to 96. The son of Vespasian and the younger brother of Titus described as "a ruthless but efficient autocrat". His authoritarian style of ruling put him at sharp odds with the Senate, whose powers he drastically curtailed. Domitian firmly believed in the traditional Roman religion and personally saw to it that ancient customs and morals were observed throughout his reign. Foreign religions were tolerated insofar as they did not interfere with public order or could be assimilated with the traditional Roman religion. Fourth century writings by Eusebius maintain that Jews and Christians were heavily persecuted toward the end of Domitian's reign. The Book of Revelation was written during this period of his reign.

5. Marcus Aurelius Antoninus was Roman emperor from 161 to 180 and a Stoic philosopher. He was the last of the Five Good Emperors and the last emperor of the Pax Romana, an age of relative peace, calm, and stability for the Roman Empire lasting from 27 BC to 180 AD. In the first two centuries of the Christian era, local Roman officials were largely responsible for the persecution of Christians. In the second century, the emperors treated Christianity as a local problem to be dealt with by the local Roman officials. The number and severity of persecutions of Christians in various locations of the empire seemingly increased during the reign of Marcus Aurelius. The extent to which the emperor himself directed, encouraged, or was aware of these persecutions is unclear and much debated by historians. The early Christian apologist Justin Martyr noted that from Marcus Aurelius to the Roman Senate (prior to his reign) a letter describing a battlefield incident in which Marcus Aurelius believed Christian prayer had saved his army from thirst when "water poured from heaven" after which, "immediately we recognized the presence of God." Emperor Marcus Aurelius goes on to request that the Senate desist from Christian persecution by Rome.

6. Diocletian nicknamed Jovius, was Roman emperor from 284 until his abdication in 305. Began the last great persecution of Christianity. At some time in 299, the emperors took part in a ceremony of sacrifice and divination in an attempt to predict the future. The haruspices were unable to read the entrails of the sacrificed animals and blamed Christians in the Imperial household. The emperors ordered all members of the court to perform a sacrifice to purify the palace. Diocletian was faithful to the traditional Roman pantheon and for religious purification. He ordered that the deacon Romanus have his tongue removed for defying the order of the courts; and was then executed in prison. Diocletian and Galerius argued over imperial policy towards Christians. Diocletian believed that forbidding Christians from certain Roman civil duties would suffice to appease the gods, but Galerius pushed for extermination. The two men sought the advice of the oracle. The oracle responded that the impious on Earth hindered Apollo's ability to provide advice. Diocletian was informed by members of the court, that these impious could only refer to the Christians of the empire. At the behest of his court, Diocletian acceded to demands for universal persecution of Christians.

On 23 February 303, Diocletian ordered that the newly built church at Nicomedia be razed. He demanded that its scriptures be burned, and seized its precious stores for the treasury. The next day, Diocletian's first "Edict against the Christians" was published. The edict ordered the destruction of Christian scriptures and places of worship across the empire, and prohibited Christians from assembling for worship. Before the end of February, a fire destroyed part of the Imperial palace. Galerius convinced Diocletian that the culprits were Christians. Executions followed and continued until at least 24 April 303. A second fire occurred sixteen days after the first and further persecutory edicts followed, with the arrest of the Christian clergies. The martyrs' sufferings strengthened the resolve in the faith and Galerius rescinded the edict in 311, announcing that the persecution had failed to bring Christians back to traditional religion.

-The next 2 reigning emperors, Constantius 1 and Maximian did not apply the Galerius edicts and left the Christians of the West unharmed. The temporary apostasy of some Christians, and the surrendering of scriptures, during the persecution played a major role in the subsequent Donatist controversy. Within twenty-five years of the persecutions, the first Christian emperor Constantine would rule the empire alone. Constantine reversed the consequences of the edicts and returned all confiscated property to Christians. Under Constantine's rule, Christianity would become the empire's state religion.

Yohanan’s vision of world empires: Revelation 12, 13, 17. Part 3 of 3.

“I saw a woman….and upon her forehead a name written, Mystery, Babylon the Great…..”. Rev. 17.3-5.

*Key points: The mystery Babylon of Revelation (1) has a both spiritual (chapter 17) and a physical component (chapter 18) ; (2) mystery Babylon is a multi-system networks composed of global economic, socio-political, & religious integration. Mystery Babylon the spiritual component will be headed by the Roman church (*watch the new American pope unifying religions-it seems Americans/USA will play a religious role/influence in the end times); and the physical city will be headquartered in a rebuilt city of Babylon (city of Hillah in modern day Iraq) to become the capital and the seat of the beasts’ government.

# Concerning Revelation 17’s mystery woman of Babylon riding on the 7 headed 10 horned beast.

-The woman of Babylon sits on a red beast with 7 heads and 10 horns. Being woman symbolizes the ‘life bearing vessel or vehicle’ of this system; that is the deceptive power of influence (whoredom) of the beast system which births various children (=antichrist systems) which are mountains (nations) she rules from and influences. Clearly, she being drunk of martyr and saints blood means that it is of the beast empire and its antichrist systems which has martyred saints in the past and will work in the great tribulation to persecute and murder saints. In the time of Yochanan, he didn’t specify that the 7 kings are from 7 empires. However, common logic tells us 7 kings must rule or come from 7 nations. Some say the 7 kings represent 7 kings of Roman empire only. But it makes more sense to see the 7 kings coming from 7 different empires. Why? Because the 10 horns growing out of 7 heads is symbolic of 10 (kings of 10 nations) arising out of 7 distinct empires. It makes less sense to say 10 kings (nations) are arising out of 7 kings of 1 empire; it does make better logic to say 10 kings (of 10 nations) arising from 7 empires; which will make up the beast empire of the last days.

-Since the mystery Babylon is spoken in relation to the beast empire, it is most likely a part of the beast empire. Babylon is both physical and spiritual systems. The physical component will be the actual capital city of the beast empire and will include the economic & political seat of the beast kingdom. The spiritual component is the idolatrousness (=harlot, LovePeddler, fornication) of false religious and spiritual systems. Basically, these systems are “antichrist” in nature, character and essence. The LovePeddler of Babylon sits on “many waters” (=people, nations). In this then, any city, country, religion (yes, even certain brands of Christianity), or region that participates in and embraces this new Babylonian systems partakes in the “wine of her cup” (=idolatry, fornication and other abominable sins).

-But why is this Babylonian system considered a mystery? My best theoretical deduction is that it is a mystery because to Yochanan then, as was revealed to him, it was not really a well-defined system. Today, even, this ‘mysterious’ last days Babylon both physical and spiritual are still not yet clearly defined, apparent or even in operation as a congealed distinct entity. We can deduce by the biblical description given that it will most likely include a physical city that will be control centre for the economic, political aspect of the beast system. It was a mystery to Yochanan and remains a mystery for now until the beast empire itself is revealed along with his 10-nation beast empire. The spiritual component of this mystery Babylon is also not clearly defined nor apparent today, though we can see some skeletons of it in the current organized church systems. However, but the spiritual component too will much more distinct and fully operational at the rise of antichrist and his 10 nation armies. Today, these Babylonian systems exist on some level but are scattered, uncoordinated, unrefined; yet they will become unified, universal one global religious, economic and political entities eventually at the zenith of antichrist’s reign.

# Papal Rome (Roman Catholicism) and the woman of Babylon.

-According to some theories, the mystery Babylon of Revelation 17 is primarily Rome. That Rome and Babylon were related seems to have been well known in earlier days. Even Roman catholic past clergies admitted that description of mystery Babylon fits Rome. Cardinal Bellarine stated ‘St. John in the Apocalypse calls Rome Babylon; for no other city besides Rome reigned in his age over the kings of the earth, and it is well known that Rome was seated upon 7 hills’. The features are so remarkable that it is easy to see Rome under the figure of Babylon. If this is presumed true, what is the historic relation of Babylon to Rome, that Rome was comparable to mystery Babylon? St. Augustine in ‘city of God’ calls Rome, the second Babylon. He said, ‘Babylon is former Rome and Rome a future Babylon. Rome is daughter of Babylon. In Rev 17, we have a religious system & in Revelation 18, we see Babylon the physical city. Roman Catholicism is the chief representative and the bulwark of Babylonians, its religious doctrines and practices. Babylon is said to be mother of harlots, which means that Rome is not alone in her abominations. The spirit of Babylon is in every church that exalts pagan (Babylonian) festivals and rites; to that extent, these churches are daughters of the harlot. According to the book of Revelation that system is to increase in power in the coming days (17.8.).

# Comparing John’s mystery Babylon and Papal Rome.

-The place in which Yochanan saw the woman describes Rome. “He carried me away in the spirit into wilderness”. Rome stands in the midst of wilderness. Even before you leave the gates of Rome, you find yourself in desert (Rome in XIX century, pg. 421). The greater part of Campgna of Rome was desolate wilderness.

-“The 7 heads are 7 mountains on which the woman sits”. Rome was city of the 7 hills. In John’s day, Rome was called the 7 hilled city, and was celebrated as such in annual festival called the Septimontium. On the imperial medals, which were preserved, we see Rome figured as woman on 7 hills. These seven hills are: Palatine, Aventine, Capitoline, Quirinal, Viminal, Esquiline, and Caelian. The description John gives of the woman connects her with Rome.

-“The woman whom you saw is the great city which holds the dominion over the kings of the earth”. Rome was the ruling empire when John wrote Revelation.

-“The woman was arrayed in scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls”. Scarlet was the color of Rome. It is reserved to the pontiff and cardinals of the Roman church. The inner color of the cloak of the Pope is scarlet, his carriage is scarlet, the carpet on which he treads is scarlet. The hats, cloaks, stockings of the cardinals are scarlet. The pope’s vest at enthronement is encrusted with pearls, and his Mitre is heavy with gold and precious stones. It was known that papal crown bore the world ‘Mystery’ on its front for centuries until it was removed by emperor Julius the 3rd; after having had his attention drawn to the descriptions of mystery Babylon in 17th chapter of Revelation.

# The connection between ancient city of Babylon & Roman emperors.

To trace the connection it will be necessary to look at ancient Babylon. Babylon was city on the banks of Euphrates founded by Nimrod, who was described as ‘mighty hunter’ (Gen 10.8-10). Nimrod was a rebel against Yahweh; and the city Babylon was the seat of the first great apostasy. In 487 BC, the city Babylon was taken by Xerxes (when Persian became empire) and the inhabitants were slaughtered. The Babylonian priesthood being forced to leave Babylon sought refuge in Pergamos, a Roman province (modern day Turkey); which became for sometime their headquarters. This is the basis for the LORD remarks in Revelation 3.13 “I know were you dwell, even where satan’s throne is”. Pergamos was the headquarters of this apostasy in John’s day. When Attalus, the pontiff and king of Pergamos died (133 BC), he bequeathed the headship of Babylon priesthood to Rome. Emperor Julius Caesar was made supreme pontiff of Ftruscan Babylonian order in 63 BC. Thus, the first roman emperor was the head of the Babylonian priesthood and so Rome became the successor of Babylon. Henceforth Rome’s religion was that of Babylon. The emperors for 400 years (63 BC to 376 AD) were Babylonian high priests. The Emperors of Rome continued to exercise this office of supreme pontiff till the year 376 AD, when the Emperor Gratian refused to attire himself in the high priest robes. He justly observed that as its whole nature was idolatrous, it became not a Christian to assume it. He, therefore, refused the habit, though the pagans gave him the title’.

# Babylonian paganism and the church of Rome united

In 378 AD, during emperor Constantine’s reign, the head of Babylonian order was transferred to the leader of the Christian church: making the head of the church of Christ in Rome the place of supreme pontiff. Thus, Satan united Babylon and Rome in one religious system. This explains Rev 17, ‘mystery Babylon’. All the teachings of old Babylon went to Rome. Thus, Romanism incarnates Babylon; her worship is idolatrous, and her ceremonies and observances are Babylonish. Her doctrines are not from Yahweh. Soon after, the worship of virgin Mary was set up in the year 381 AD. Mary was everywhere worshipped as the mother of Yahweh, the queen of heaven- the same that Jeremiah the prophet denounced centuries before (Jer. 7.18; 44.17-25). At the close of the 4th century, this worship was mandated worldwide church- “the worship of the queen of heaven had superseded the worship of Christ”. The heathen temples were restored and beautified and repurposed as Christian churches; and the pagan Babylonian rituals reestablished only Christianized (by the order of Constantine). Thus the queen of heaven, fuses with Babylonian cult practices, and occupied the place of the LORD Christ in the professedly Christian church of Rome.

-Church fathers Nestorious in 428 AD, and others raised their voices to declare the virgin was not of Yahweh, but the protest was unsuccessful. Solemn curses were pronounced upon all who refused to worship Mary, and the worship and festivals dedicated to Mary was imposed upon the church to be observed throughout the empire. In the Hebrew scriptures, the foe to Yahweh the true El, and Jerusalem, HIS holy place, was Babylon. Yahweh gave Babylon civil power, and with this power she carried away Yahweh’s people into captivity. When Babylon literal was no more, Rome came into power and has continued the antagonism to Yahweh. Rome crucified the LORD, burnt Jerusalem, and carried away the sacred vessels of the temple. Moreover, she has ever since corrupted the truth. In relation to Yahweh’s work, Rome is Babylon. But it is Babylon away from her physical location. It is mystery Babylon, not literal Babylon. The moral characteristics are the same, only the physical location changed.

# Babylonian Pagan festivals adopted as Roman Church ‘festivals.

-All of the festivals of the church of Rome, such as Christmas, Easter, St. John’s day, Lady’s day etc, can be traced to the Babylonian in origin. They have no relation to Christ. No such festivals were celebrated in the Church for 200 years after Christ. There are no biblical support nor foundations for these festivals. Long before the first coming of the LORD, a festival was held on December 24th and 25th by pagan heathens. It was held in honour of birth of the son of Babylonian queen Astarte. The Chaldeans called it Yule day; Yule being in Chaldee, child. The Christmas tree was equally common to pagan Rome and heathen Egypt. Christmas day and Easter are purely Babylonian. What does the word Easter mean? Easter is Ishtar (Ashtoreth), one of the titles of Babylonian queen of heaven. It was the worship of this woman by the people of Israel that the prophets condemned as an abomination in the sight of Yahweh (1 Sam 7.3; Jer 44.18. Round cakes to this goddess were made at this festival; the same that Jeremiah’s condemned (Jer 7.18). On these cakes, was the sign of a cross, which in Babylonian mysteries, was symbol of life. This festival was observed 1.500 years before Christ was born, and here we see the true origin of Easter celebration along with its paraphernalia- the hot cross buns. (See Mosheim’s history of church 1, page 370).

-The easter eggs which now figure in connection with Easter were common to all heathen nations. The fable of the egg, in a word, is this ‘an egg of wondrous size fell from heaven into river Euphrates; the fishes rolled it back to the bank, where doves having settled on it, hatched it, and out came Astarte, the goddess of Easter. The 40 days lent was taken from worshippers at Babylon. It is observed today by devil worshippers of Kurdistan who got it from the same source. One is in good heathen company when one keeps lent. It is the devil’s order of worship. It was his invention. There is nothing as to it in Yahweh’s Word. Easter and Lent were introduced into the church in the 5th century. The decree of observance was made in 519 AD. A writer of 5th century says ‘the observance of Lent had no existence so long as primitive church remained inviolate’. All these indicate that Christianity’s religious forms and practices past and today are Babylonian in origin, and are part of satan’s schemes to ruin the church that Christ and the apostles founded.

#The city and the religion of Babylon past and future.

While Revelation 17 indicates a religious system of Babylon, in Rev 18, we see a commercial city of Babylon. We read: ‘Babylon, the glory of kingdom, the beauty of Kasdims, excellency shall be as when Yahweh overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation….’ (Isa 13.19). Yet, in the time of Alexander the great (BC 331), it was an important commercial city situated in the valley of Euphrates River. In 1585, bishop Otto wrote ‘the portion of Babylon, which is still occupied, is styled Baldach…it is large and populous’. Today, Babylon is situated in Hillah, in modern day Iraq. 2018 Census indicates the city Hillah) of 456,000 and is located in the midst of the ruins of ancient Babylon. Therefore, in light of both scripture and current history, we can come to the conclusion that Babylon the actual city still exists and still has a future. Now, if Babylon has a future and if human civilization still exist in the valley of Euphrates, Scriptures would somewhere give clues to the future Babylon. Zechariah (5.11) seem to suggest that the ‘woman in basket’ (=the woman of Babylon) will be built a place in Shinar (Babylon). Notice it says in ‘when it is ready, the basket will be set there on its base’.

-Question is, "when what is ready"? It sounds as if Babylon the city will be rebuilt, and when the city is rebuilt, the woman in basket who clearly represent abomination (similar to LovePeddler of Babylon) will be sent there. The woman in basket will have her headquarter in Shinar. What if this passage is key to understanding Revelation’s LovePeddler of Babylon of last days. That is, here instead of Revelation's ‘woman who rides the beast’, Zechariah sees ‘woman in basket’, but they are one and the same thing. The measurement of ephah was the symbol of trade in those days; and this vision of Zechariah suggests the restoration of commercial trade in the Euphrates valley (city of Babylon). Rev 18 confirms this, here in the last days, we have a commercial city on the Euphrates bank.

-The Hebrew scriptures lead us to expect that Babylon is to be rebuilt. A large and important city is to rise on the site of ancient Babylon and become a political and commercial centre in the last days. Why haven’t Babylon being developed long ago? The answer is rather simple; because the rulership of the last empire of the beast is not yet active. When the anti-Christ rises to power along with his 10 nations, Babylon will rise to high degree of religious (albeit syncretistic), political and commercial centre. Babylon, the commercial and political seat of the beast empire will be rebuilt by the revived Ottoman-Turks empire. Time is fast approaching in which to usher in the rebuilding of Babylon, the world’s last great city, in which wealth will be combined with luxury and wickedness. All great cities have been antichrist and godless, but according to John’s prophecy in Revelation, this mystery Babylon, the mother of all abominations, will exceed them all. John in his account gives an account of Babylon’s overthrow. These predictions have not been fulfilled. the ancient city of Babylon may be gone, but the land has never been uninhabited. Its history may have been laid to rest and forgotten, yet it has not ceased to exist. It will rise again to become the economic, political and commercial capital as well as the hub centre, and the seat of government of antichrist of the last days.

#Final destruction of Babylon, the city and the religion.

-“Woe, woe, the great city, Babylon, the strong city; for in one hour is your judgment come”. Rev. 18.10. Her destruction is to come at the hands of the last great power of whom we read in Rev 13. The Babylon of Rev 18 comes to an end by divine judgement (Rev 18.21; Jer. 51.63, 64). Just like the tower of Babel, in ancient Babylon was destroyed. Hashem shall once again destroy the future rebuilt Babylon. Her doom, like that of tower of babel is to come in one day and from heaven. As it is written, ‘Hashem declares the end from the beginning’. Right from the start, the end has been written; if you want to know how it all ends, get your insights and clues from the beginning events. Tower of Babel foreshadowed the latter days Babylon. Tower of Babel was destroyed in one day; the ancient city of Babylon’s destruction and inhabitable was prophesied by the prophets. Yet, the city remains inhabited today; therefore, her destruction remains unfulfilled. This means, Babylon will be rebuilt in the latter end, but her fall at the hands of Yahweh ends man’s dominion on this earth. The dominion shall then be the Lord’s forever and ever. And another city will come into prominence, the city whose designer and builder is Yahweh (Rev 21.19-27).

#5. The first post flood Altar (=temple). The first ‘universal’ moral law: do not eat blood; do not murder another man (=no shedding innocent blood).

-Noah builds an altar and brings offerings “of every pure beast and of every pure bird” (of which he had been commanded to bring 7 of pure birds into the ark). It is purported that the site of this altar was also the site where Avraham almost offered Issac as Sacrifice at Mt. Moriah; and coincidentally, also the site of the physical of temple of Solomon was built in Jerusalem (the temple mount). Today, we, the collective global church, each individual believers are the temple of the Spirit, and our individual hearts as the altar of YHVH, and our lives as the sacrifice of sweet-smelling savor. Today, we do not seek to build physical altars, but Hashem seeks those who worship in spirit and in truth and whose hearts are pure towards HIM; and are as altars of a temple, HIS dwelling place.

-HaShem vows never to totally destroy all flesh by flood again. For as long as the earth remains, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night shall not cease. YHVH blesses Noah and his sons that they “be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth” along with instructions on how to live morally and ethically. Man is allowed to kill animals and plants for food. Man is however forbidden to eat blood; for life is in the blood (Leviticus 17.11). It is interesting that in Genesis 1.29, man is instructed to eat plant, but no mention of meat. However as result of the fall, and post flood, now flesh (meat) is included in foods man can consume. Does this mean we were all created as vegetarians, and that eating meat was not the original intention just as man’s subjugation of woman was never the original intention but as direct consequence of the curse of the fall? It certainly appears we were meant to be vegetarians and not meat eaters. Why? Because in the millennial reign of Christ, we will return to vegetarianism as there will be no more destruction in HIS holy mountain and man will rest alongside ferocious beasts (Isa 11.6-9). But for now, meat is sanctioned and permitted by YHVH and in fact, 1 Tim 4 tells us that in the end days, some will be preaching return to vegetarianism as a form of spirituality and holiness, or as if eating meat is a grievous sin which of course is heresy; at least for now.

-Though it is allowed for man to kill other beasts for food, HaShem declares all human life is sacred, and taking of another life (shedding blood) in premeditated fashion is murder and punishable by death. And if a human court fails to punish the murderer, YHVH will establish justice. “At the hand of every man’s brother, will I demand the life of man. Who so sheds man’s blood by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of G-d made He man.” This here tells us murder, or taking of another life is forbidden by the Divine universal law; that is, it is inherent in our conscience along with other universal laws of morality/ethics that even atheists and evolutionists are unable to explain away. To date there will never been a satisfactory answer to why humans evolved a conscience with a moral and ethical code of conduct. Just as Hashem asked in the garden, who told you were naked’? No one told Adam and Eve that they were naked, but they instinctively knew. In the same token ‘who told humans murder is wrong’? The simplest answer using the language familiar to this technologically advanced age, if humans were machines built by an engineer, moral and ethical conscience is a factory default setting. Pure and simple. The end. Now, some people have learnt to override and ignore this ‘default setting’, to their own eventual demise; nevertheless, that inbuilt programmed default setting is there.

#6. The first covenant established with Noach and signed (sealed) with a rainbow.

HaShem establishes covenant with Noah and every living creature and ‘all that came out of the ark . . . that never shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of the flood; neither shall there ever again be a flood to destroy the earth. . . . I have set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of a covenant between me and the earth. It shall come to pass, I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant..” Here we see the first of covenants HaShem makes with man. HaShem is a covenant making (and keeping) Being; really, it’s a way of establishing a relationship with HIS creation; which HE did not have to do. HE is a relational being, and when YHVH makes a pact, HE often signs (seals) it. The giving of a rainbow is a sign for all mankind, both of good sign but also that of warning. First, rainbow serves as remembrance of the wickedness of man, the judgement of the flood, as well as the mercy, redeeming nature, sovereignty and the glory of YHVH (Ezekiel 1.28; Rev 4.3).

-The appearance of rainbows in the sky attests to Yahweh’s faithfulness in preserving a righteous remnant and in promise of rebuilding after destruction. And ultimately, the rainbow points to the atoning work of Christ on the cross, whom in HIS death and resurrection becomes a ‘new covenant’ sign in the heavenlies that HaShem will never destroy a soul who is redeemed in Christ. Yet, on the other hand, the rainbow serves to remind and to warn us that though Yahweh will never destroy earth again with water, yet HE would bring about destruction by scorching fire and brimstone both the earth and all living soul who do not believe in Christ; whom HE sent as sign of new covenant (2 Pet. 3-4).

#7. Noah, the first recorded drunk. The works of the flesh vs. the spirit. A word to “ministry” of exposing church corruption.

-Noah became ‘man of the earth’, plants a vineyard, becomes drunk of the wine of the vine and his carelessness exposes his unclothedness. Ham (in his perversion) sees his father’s unclothedness and calls on his brothers to join him look; but his brothers Shem and Japheth cover their father instead being careful not to look at their father’s unclothedness. Post flood, Noah quickly produces vineyards, symbolic of works of carnality (flesh). And the result? Noah gets drunk and exposes his unclothedness. Spiritually this warns us that works of flesh and of carnal mind will always lead astray by spirit of drunkenness which quickly leaves one vulnerable, exposes one’s unclothedness (vulnerabilities and weakness); which the enemy could quickly take advantage of as Ham did. Canaan’s, son of Ham is cursed by Noah. It’s interesting how Canaan became the thorn in the flesh for Hebrews, which was really YHVH exposing Isreal’s weakness and vulnerabilities when they deviated from HIS perfect laws (today laws of the Spirit). The prophets spoke of false prophets being as drunk in their vomit as they deceive and mislead the people. Paul and the apostles speak greatly about fleeing from works of flesh, and drunkenness but to be sober in the spirit to avoid being a victim of the adversary, the devil.

-What can we learn from this story? When you see your brethren’s shame and unclothedness or vulnerabilities exposed as a result of their own sins, assist in covering them not in further exposing or gloating over their shame and downfall lest you too incur the wrath (the curse) of EL and great misfortune come upon you. NO, I am not saying to not expose sins; however, it is in the spirit (the heart), the manner and frequency upon which such so called 'exposing falsehoods in the church' occur. Certainly, do not make a ministry out of exposing faults and sins of others. This is a key warning especially for those in so called ministries who specialize in exposing corruption in the church and her leaders. I understand that there’s a place for exposing sins, however, there is a way that seems right (exposing corruption and sin), yet the end is death and destruction. The end does not always justify the means. Ultimately, it is the heart that EL looks upon. Don’t be like Ham who stared gleefully at his father’s shame and incurred a curse Some of these church critics, doctrinal watchdogs, and heresy hunters, especially those who find some type of sick twisted ‘fun’ in exposing church leaders who fall into disrepute etc. These sadistic characters, like Ham, are incurring the curse of Yahweh. I reckon if you closely examine their personal lives, they are living under some type of curses (which may manifest in various ways) and worse part of it, they do not realize the root of their problems- that they are under a divine curse.

#8. Noah’s blessings of the sons of Japheth and Shem; and the curse of children of Canaan. Yes, generational blessings and curses are real & biblical. However, generational curses need not apply to you individually with the power of choice

-Noah blesses his 2 sons, Shem and Japheth; but seems to pronounce ‘curse’ on Canaan, son of Ham. The order of birth: Japhet is oldest, Shem middle child and Cham the youngest. Shem means ‘name’; Japheth means expansion; and apparently ‘Ham’ means dark. Take a read at the blessings of Noah upon his 3 sons. Along with the names of Noah’s sons, the blessings of Noah were prophetic. Here me out. Could the blessings of Noach upon Shem and Japheth be prophetic and foreshadows of Yahweh’s covenant with Israel? Could this be why Shem was chosen as Avraham’s antecedent? And why sons of Japhet (Europeans) are currently dwelling in the land of Israel? . Clearly blessings are serious and effective through generations as are curses. But why were the descendants of Canaan cursed rather than Ham? As scripture interprets scripture, I suspect that this is the saying ‘The sins of the father visited on the son’ being carried out here. In the sense that, as Ham may have erred out of immaturity and likely repented, his very sins of perversion may be familial and passed down much like certain disease, mental illness, lifestyle issues (addiction, violence, divorce) can become generational. Yahweh then gives descendants chances to make different choices and not follow their antecedent’s footsteps. This implies generational blessings and curses are real, but they are not necessarily inevitable, especially if they are factors within one’s power of control and choices.. This is where the power of individual choice comes into play. Just because your familial pattern is to certain maladies does not mean you are powerless to stop it or follow an alternative path.

Christianity EtcRe: False Prophet or Conditional Prophecy? Reconciling Deuteronomy 18 & Jeremiah 18 by SeraphEl(op): 1:22pm On Jul 05, 2025
On the series Prophets & Prophesy. The conditional nature of prophecies. Part 4 of 5 . Evidence of conditional nature of prophecies in the synoptic gospel account.

Key points: Here’s a principle in biblical prophecies (which is contrary to what’s being taught today): any given word of the LORD is conditional until proven otherwise. Biblical prophecy is primarily an invitation and a call to action. Consider that even Yeshua prayed concerning HIS own prophesied death: ‘take this cup away from me IF it be your will….’, such is a great epitome of the inherent conditionality of biblical prophecies.

# The following are continuation of biblical examples of conditional nature of prophecies in the New Testament scriptures, which are by no means exhaustive. Grab your bible, pen/paper, think, meditate and reflect and keep an open mind.

Matthew 11.11-14. John the Baptist was the Elijah prophet spoke of, IF Jews accepted him. The fulfilment of this prophecy was conditional upon whether John succeeded in turning the hearts of Israel back to the fathers or not in preparing them for the great and terrible day of the Lord according to prophesy of Malachi 4.4-6. Consider that Yeshua’s Kingdom could have come in the 1st century in HIS 1st coming had Israel received John as Elijah. But they did not just as they rejected Yeshua as Messiah. And so, the fulfilment is postponed to another future Elijah prophet that is to come in the last days and to prepare Israel (now including the church) for the Messiah. Since Israel didn’t receive the Messiah in HIS 1st coming, establishing HIS kingdom was post-phoned to the 2nd coming of Yeshua. And thus, just as John the Baptist came in the spirit of Eliyahu to prepare the people, there’s yet to be another type of Elijah who will come then to prepare all peoples for the 2nd coming before the terrible day of the Lord. Yeshua confirms this another Elijah In Matt 17.10-13, that firstly, John is a type of Elijah; and that secondly, there’s indeed another Elijah coming. Malachi’s prophecy speaks of the coming of Elijah as the ‘great and dreadful day of the LORD’ thereby placing this at the last days.

Matthew 24.22. The Olivet prophecy spoke of the time being shortened for the elect’s sake. They were to pray that their flight be not on the Sabbath or in the Winter. Clearly prayer had potential of affecting the exact severity and/or timing of events of Christ’s 2nd coming and thereby ultimately impacting the fulfilment of prophecy.

Mark 13.20. For the elects sake the days of great tribulation are shortened. And yet things can also be delayed as the bridegroom tarries / delays, to the point that many begin to err in their ways as Yeshua mentioned in one of his parables. Concerning the last days, some prophecies are speeded up in their fulfilment (like thief in the night) and yet other prophecies seem to be delayed in fulfilment because of lack of preparedness of many. There is sufficient biblical evidence to suppose that Yeshua’s first coming was post-phoned as majority of Jews rejected HIM. But, because of Jews’ rejection of the Messiah, Yahweh opened the door to gentiles; Paul the apostle speaks in depth on this in his epistles to the Romans. And yet even then, it is quite possible that HIS return has been delayed for paucity of human response to the gospel message.

Mark 14.36. Yeshua prays for this ‘cup to be taken away’ IF it is in Father’s will. Even Yeshua Himself prays for the possibility of not undergoing crucifixion knowing the age-old prophecy of HIS crucifixion. Again, this goes to show, prayer does matter and can change EL’s mind. If Yeshua prayed for this crucifixion to be accomplished some other way if possible, it implies even HIS death by crucifixion could be avoided or altered somehow. But of course, we know, HIS death had to be and was unconditional. Yet, in the LORD praying here, there is a great lesson being taught- that prayer matters, that EL can change HIS mind; and most importantly we are being shown a principle that ‘a prophecy from the LORD is considered unconditional until prove otherwise’.

-How do you know whether conditional or unconditional? If the prophecy comes to pass despite human actions (or lack thereof), then it is unconditional prophecy. Consider that In the Lord’s ministry, so much depended upon Him. Christ had to be obedient to the mission to the end and unto death. If HE had at any time ceased, much of His mission, death and resurrection would not have come to pass. The same with the apostles also in their missionary endeavors, a lot depended on the free choice to carry on with the apostolic work despite persecution even unto death. Judas defected, did he not? Scripture makes it clear that apostasy can occur in those who were once in faith and tasted the goodness of the LORD.

Luke 1.45: Mary was blessed for believing and there was fulfilment of the prophecies of giving birth to Messiah. Without her faith, would the Messiah’s birth into the world have been fulfilled through her? She had to play her part for complete fulfilment of prophecies concerning the birth of Messiah and even in raising up Yeshua as a young lad. In fact, Mary and Joseph both had to play their roles and in cooperating with YHVH in the birth of Christ and Christ’s survival as infant. Consider that Joseph could have rejected the dream to not ‘put away’ Mary for being pregnant out of wedlock. Consider that Joseph had to obey the voice of the angel to flee to Egypt with the Child, and to return when it was safe to do so. What if both Joseph and Mary hadn’t been obedient all the way? Of course, the birth of Christ was unconditional and if Mary and Joseph failed in their part, Yeshua would have been born via other vessel, and through another couple of Judean family. However, consider that finding and raising up another couple to fulfil the plan of Yahweh would have necessarily delayed Yeshua’s 1st coming by who knows how long? Another hundred, thousand years?

Luke. 13:34. Yeshua tells Jews “…. I would have gathered you, but you would not’. What if that meant that Yeshua would have brought the kingdom in HIS 1st coming IF the Jews received HIM then? But Yeshua saw this prophecy as unable to be fulfilled because the outcast children refused to be gathered (did not repent and believe in their Messiah/saviour). Likewise, the statement that the Lord will build up Jerusalem was made in a restoration context; but again, it was dependent upon the Jews’ obedience for its fulfilment. Similarly, in Luke 19:41-44, the days of destruction of Jerusalem did come upon her in AD70. *The implication surely is that had Jerusalem accepted the Messiah, the events of AD70 need not have happened, and His first coming could have been the day of "visitation" to establish God's Kingdom; but instead, the day of destruction by the Romans was allowed in AD70.

Luke. 21.32; Phil 4.5; 1 Pet 4.7; Rev. 1.3. In Luke 21.32, Yeshua spoke as if HIS 2nd coming was in the generation after HIS death. And The disciples spoke about LORD’s coming being at hand, indicating that they somewhat expected the second coming within a generation of the Lord’s death. Could it not be that if Israel had accepted Yeshua as the Messiah in HIS 1st coming, the Kingdom could have come then within that generation?

John 2.1-11. Yeshua’s first miracle in Cana. They run out wine in the wedding feast, Yeshua’s mother request that Yeshua does something. Yeshua replies, ‘My time is not yet here’. Yet, HE listens to HIS mother’s petition (=prayer) and thus turns water into wine even though ‘HIS time was not yet here’. Wow. Ponder what just happened here and the great lesson there. By request, petition, prayer, and supplication, one can, not only change the LORD’s mind, but hasten HIS plans. Of course, the opposite then is valid. Man’s lack of action (prayer etc.) can delay the LORD’s action. So, you see friends, prophecy is not written in stone. HaShem is versatile, flexible and cooperative. HE is not a dictator, but HE operates democratically. That is, HE gave man freedom of choice and implores man to exercise that freedom of choice. Let it be known that all forms of dictatorship, coercion and domination by force are tools of the devil NOT of Yahweh. However, lawlessness and disorder are not of Yahweh either. There’s a balance. Laws are given for the good of a person and of others; yet the freedom and power of choice remains to follow laws. Of course, when one makes a choice to break a law, they are by default and inherent in their choices, is the accepting of consequences of one’s liberty and choices.

John 11.4. The Lord stated that the sickness of Lazarus “is not unto death, but for the glory of God”. That sounds like a predictive prophetic statement, but it appears it was rather conditional upon belief. The Lord’s said Martha “did I not say that if you would believe, you would see the glory of God?” (v 40). Though the condition of ‘believing’ was not initially stated, Yeshua conveyed later to Martha in the following conversation that in actuality, faith and believing mattered. For Yeshua was essentially saying ‘If you can believe Martha, Lazarus would be resurrected and thus give HaShem glory.’ Faith, belief, prayer, repentance, obedience: these are conditions for prophecy fulfilment.

*There is a lot more about the aforementioned dreams that I withheld.

But suffice to say: storm cloud is nigh. A deluge is coming. A lot of Christians will suffer including their pastors (or whatever title they go by) who will be left stunned 'for the fear of what's coming, many hearts will faint'. Luke 21.26.

Oh....pet doctrines will be brought down from lofty heights. One such pet doctrine in 'pre-tribulation rapture'. People who hold to this delusion will be hit the hardest for lack of preparation.
Christianity EtcRe: The Church at Crossroads: The Call to Restore Purity of Biblical Christianity by SeraphEl(op):
Beginning today: a book discussion. A historical account concerning how Babylonian Paganism survived and thrives in Christianity of today.

The Ruach inspired selected excerpts from Book “Paganism in Christianity” by Herbert Abraham Lewis, DD (Doctor of Divinity).

# Introductory excerpts of the book.

This book delves into fascinating and often overlooked influence of paganism on early Christianity. Through meticulous historical analysis, the author reveals how ancient beliefs and practices from the East and the Roman world seeped into Christian traditions, shaping its development in profound ways. From the adoption of pagan holidays and rituals to the transformation of biblical interpretation thru allegorical methods borrowed from Greek and Roman thought, the book unveils a complex and nuanced picture of how Christianity interacted with surrounding cultural landscape. By exploring these historical connections, the author sheds light on the origins of many practices and beliefs that continue to resonate within Christianity. This thought-provoking exploration invites readers to re-examine their understanding of Christian history and engage in deeper reflection on the enduring influence of ancient paganism on the faith.

He who judges 1st century by 19th century will fall into errors. He who thinks Christianity of the 4th century was identical to that of New Testament period is led astray. He who does not look carefully into history of religions before time of Christ, and into pagan influences which surrounded infant Christianity, cannot understand its subsequent history. He who cannot rise above denominations limitations and creed restrictions cannot becomes successful student of early church history, nor of present tendencies, nor of future developments.

The effects of partisans to manipulate early history in the interest of special views and narrow conceptions, have been a fruitful source of error. Equally dangerous has been the assumption that Christianity of the 3rd, 4th and 5th centuries was identical with that of NT or was fair representative of it. The constant development of new facts shows that at the point where the average student takes up history of western Christianity, it was already fundamentally corrupted by pagan theories and practices. Its unfolding, from that time to the present, must be studied in the light of this fact.

The fundamental principles and underlying Philosophy of these divisions of Christendom originated in the paganizing of early Christianity. The pagan systems which ante-dated Christ, exercised a controlling influence on the development of the first centuries of Western Christianity and hence of all subsequent times. Early Christianity cannot be understood except in the light of these powerful pre-Christian currents of influence; and present history cannot be separated from them.

The influence of pagan thought upon the bible, and its interpretation; upon organized church, thru pagan water worship cult; upon practices of spiritual life of the church by substituting pagan holidayism for Christian Sabbathism, thru the sun worship cult; and the spiritual life and subsequent character and state, and subjugation of Christianity to the civil power, according to pagan model. Facts do not cease to be facts, though denied and ignored. The supreme source of authority in religion is directly at issue in the questions here treated.

# Take Home points.

-Christianity of New Testament period (apostles and early believers) is dramatically different from Christianity of later time periods.

-The corruption of infant Christianity by pagan influences began during emperor Constantine's reign.

-Today’s Christianity cannot be separated nor understood apart from pagan history, origin and influence.

-Pagan systems which ante-dated Christ exerted controlling influence on the evolving Christianity.

-Paganism exerts its influence on all areas from exegetical interpretation of scripture, translation of some bible versions; the organized church (church as building and institution); thru water baptisms, adopting pagan holidays and re-packaging and repurposing paganism them with Christian labels. Replacing 7th day Sabbath with a pagan sun god worship day (Sunday).

Next: Chapter 0: first we examine background, factors and historical context on the decline of paganism, and the rise of (pseudo) Christianity in Rome. Part 1 of 3.

# Concerning the most recent middle east drama.

The latest politico-war theatrics with Israel and Iran, with US in the middle are all smokescreen. The one who screams ‘peace’ after striking another has just recognized its limitations. US cannot win a war against Iran- believe this. It is so destined by the powers of heaven. #47 knows this too; but he cannot admit it to Americans because of pride and arrogance. So, he seems to take the intelligent calculated choice out in the way of appearing as a peace maker (or is it broker).

However………

The cease fire talks, negotiations and peace talks will not last. They are merely designed to trick and lure people into complacency and false sense of peace and safety. However, what just transpired in the last 12 days, (the so called '12 days of war') are signs of the times. A foretaste of things to come. The stage being set for the grand finale. Remember, the antichrist comes first by way of ‘peace’. The pursuit of peace by current POTUS is analogously close to tactics of antichrist.

# False peace and safety often precedes sudden destruction. It is the quiet moment before the storm- the eye of the storm. It may take months to manifest, but the storm cloud is nigh.

They are declaring ‘peace, peace’ when there’s no peace for the wicked saith the LORD. Jeremiah 6.14, Isaiah 48.22.

…..and, when the say peace and safety, sudden destruction strikes them… 1 Thessalonica 5.3.

As a fish caught in the net; and bird caught in a snare, so are sons of man when evil suddenly overtakes them unawares. Eccl 9.12.

Prophetic Teaching.

# All these signs are but beginning of labour pains…….

This is what was meant by the signs of times being as ‘beginning of labour pains’ . What does this really mean? It means, just as child birth, you will see false labors (=signs of times) for even up to 35 weeks before 40 weeks term. However, between 35 weeks and 40 weeks amidst the false labour, the true labour could suddenly come at any moment; and suddenly the baby is crowning (=the great tribulation hits).

The false labour signs are pointing that the birth of baby is nearing; and the pain will increase in frequency, intensity and duration.
However, the “hour” or “time” when the true labour occurs, you do not know.
Even science cannot predict this either. THIS is what Yeshua was referring to, ‘the time’ or the ‘hour’ of HIS coming, you do not know.

Get this critical bit down: THE TIME WHEN GREAT TRIBULATION BEGINS IS THE UNKOWN HOUR. YESHUA EQUATED HIS 2ND COMING WITH GREAT TRIBULATION. THEY ARE ONE AND THE SAME. HIS COMING IS JUST CULMINATION OF EVENTS OF GREAT TRIBULATION.

This ‘unknown’ hour is actually the time when all these signs converge, and the great tribulation suddenly begins. And in the midst of the great tribulation, sometime within 3.5 years, Yeshua returns. .

# Two dreams as of late (and previous ones) seem to suggest a great deluge is coming upon earth. It's a matter of 'when'.

One dream, I was in a passenger bus on a journey with many people when a great violent whirlwind (+ rainstorm) overtook us. I cried to the LORD, and HE answered and rescued everyone on the bus with me. The other dream just a few days later, I was in a sedan with 4 other people travelling on a road when suddenly a sudden rush of deluge swept through like as if a dam broke and water flooded through; and the car was carried along. This time, 2 of the people were ‘taken away’ by the flood waters. 1 made it out alive, the other on life support.

The interpretation? Something is coming. Then haShem will preserve some. Others will barely make it; yet others will be buried in the thing that is coming. The question is: who are you travelling with?! Because that will determine whether you make it out alive, barely make it or be caught up in it and end up brain dead or on life support.

# Deliverance against the spirit of bullying and suicide. Bullying is a weapon of the devil launched especially against this latest generations.

I saw 2 young people; likely adolescents who are victims of bullying and bullies. One is male, the other female and they are adolescents or young adults. Both are forced into mental cave due to bully-ish environment from peers, society for being different and not fit in. One has resorted to reclusive lifestyle and the other sought refuge and escape in online virtual reality world because of the pain and trauma associated with the real world.

Listen, oppression is not of the LORD but of the adversary. It is of the devil meant to rob people of joy of life. It's a symptom of identity crises. . The LORD has come to give life and to give more abundantly. There is liberty, joy and sound mind. For the LORD has not given us spirit of timidity, but of power, of love and of sound mind. I pray that that you be delivered from the chains that bind…mental stronghold, the lies of the enemy that you may be free to be you and to enjoy life unafraid, unencumbered.

Self-hatred is murder and is from satan. No one who hates shall inherit the kingdom. Christ has come to set free, bind up the broken hearted, the poor in spirit and destitute, to give joy to those who mourn and lift up those forsaken; light to shadows that hunt. Get up and walk out of that cave, declare your freedom. May you be delivered from fear and snares of men. Live free. Whom the son sets free IS free. You are who the LORD says you are NOT people. Get your identity in Christ.

# Let go of the heavy yoke. Stop worrying about your enemies.

Amelia. I saw someone carrying a heavy plank on your shoulder. You are carrying a heavy yoke as if carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. You also seem to have a martyr complex or a saviour complex. You are literally taking the admonition to help bear each other’s burden far too literally even to your own detriment. You are fighting all kinds of battle, and some are not even yours. You have taken on too much. Depression has even set in. Sometimes it feels as if you are under spiritual attack. You are up all night fighting demons in prayer, decreeing and declaring up and down. Demons and enemies everywhere. Yeah, there's spiritual warfare, yet there's such a thing as overdoing it. There's such a thing as prayer of unbelief.

Daughter, the LORD is saying, it is really not your burden to carry; nor your portion to constantly contend with demons. Focus on what the LORD has called you to. Shed some that load. You aren’t called to shoulder others problem especially to your own mental, spiritual and physical harm. Let go and let the LORD deal with them. Don’t carry yours, don’t carry others. It is the LORD that fights the battles. You have victory already, you need to believe it, and act it. For if you keep on bearing load too heavy, and you will eventually collapse under it. “Come to me all you weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take up My yoke for it is light….”. Matt 11.28-30.

# Leave your father's house to a place I will show you.

Giovanni. I saw a branch of a tree…or rather a small tree plucked out. It has no roots, and the tree branches look withered, lifeless and without leaves. The LORD is calling you to separate from your ‘roots’. You are being called out of your comfort zone; to leave your mother and fathers house to where the LORD is taking you on your next journey in life. For where you are is become as a desert, arid, dry ground. The LORD has shown me also that you are in counselling either in the church setting or with some type of professional counsellor/setting. You have been given some wise directions by this counsel; however you are not sure. The LORD is saying for you to heed their counsel, it is the LORD speaking through them. Where I am taking you is a place where you will flourish once again; you will once again produce roots, produce green leaves and fruitful. Faith and obedience are imperative- they are your power move. The LORD will direct your steps once you make the move. “By faith, Avraham when he was told to go a place he did not know; obeyed and left for a place he didn’t know…..he looked for a city with foundations whose builder was Yahweh”. Hebrews 11.8-10.

Amen. Amen. May all be blessed to whom the words may minister to.
Christianity EtcRe: False Prophet or Conditional Prophecy? Reconciling Deuteronomy 18 & Jeremiah 18 by SeraphEl(op):
On the series Prophets & Prophesy. Continuation vs. Cessation-ism of gifts, the power and the activities of the Spirit.

I hereby take a break on the series to address these two extreme sides of heretical teaching in the church: Continuation vs. Cessation of the gift of prophecy and the prophetic office because both sides enable deep destructive schisms in the church.

*Key point*: There is no biblical gift of 'heresy hunting'; no bible book devoted to 'heresy hunting'; no imperative call to engage in 'heresy hunting' as a sole ministry. No prophet, apostle; Christ included devoted an entire ministry calling out 'false teachers' nor 'patrolling church doctrine for errors'. Point out errors and move on. Don't be parasitic- latch on and continuously harp other ministries perceived heresies (='make money off critiquing other ministries' in the name of 'discernment ministry'). You too, heresy hunter are a business man out for quick cash. Don't fool yourself.

-On the charismania side: there’s abuse, misuse, overuse of the gifts of the Spirit. On the cessation- side, you have denial, rejection & unbelief concerning the gift and power of the Spirit even though there’s clearly no biblical evidence to suppose ‘cessation’ doctrine. Both sides are demonic to the core. Both sides unscriptural. Both sides are destructive to the Church. Both sides blaspheme the Name and the cause of Yeshua. And both sides grieve the Spirit and pain the heart of the Father. Both sides are wolves albeit of separate packs.

-Charismatics lack critical thinking, discernment and plain common sense; and they seem to appeal to the gullible and the simple-minded. They seek experience over the enduring Word of the LORD; often delve into the occultic and Gnosticism. They are all too lax; attribute and accept any spiritual thing to Yahweh’s Spirit without a healthy fear and reverence of Yahweh and the things of the Spirit. Cessation crew operate from a critical spirit, the ‘know it all’, rigid, strict adherence and literal interpretation of scripture and view of Yahweh; thereby often tend to ‘box’ (limit) GOD’s power and ability to what’s only written in the ink in the pages of the bible. They leave little to no room to Yahweh’s complex, creative, multidimensional, multifaceted nature; ignore or downplay the role of esoteric or ‘hidden’ knowledge; and dismiss that the Spirit could bring such enlightenment of scripture.

-Woe to them both. Both sides are modern day Pharisees and Sadducees. None the better. Both sides end up creating a god of their own making; a god they can ‘explain’ easily; which is no god at all. It takes certain type of unholy spirit to spend your precious time digging for ‘dirt’ on other ministries in the name of ‘heresy hunting’, ‘discernment ministry’ and other such pretentious unscriptural ministry. Is that not a hypocrisy when you ‘hunt for unbiblical things’ meanwhile, your own ‘ministry’ is unbiblical? Where in the bible is ‘heresy hunting’ or ‘discernment ministry’ a gift or practiced or encouraged as a gift of service unto the LORD and the people? Which part of bible was devoted solely on calling out other ministries fault? Which prophet, apostle focused solely on heresy hunting? Even the Messiah only told you to beware of false prophets. The rest of the scripture was about HIM, and HIS kingdom. Would it not be better thusly, the spend your precious time on earth focusing on the Messiah’s teachings (which majority of Christians are ignorant of and seem to perform dismally in)?

-Why don’t you devote more energy focused on serving the body in other more constructive ways. Point out heretics as an incident and then move on. Do not latch on ‘ministries and personalities’ like parasites attach themselves to host organism and feed off from them. Yes. That’s what heresy and discernment ministries are. They too are making a business and amassing worldly treasures. How then are they any better than the people they criticize such as the prosperity domain? Is it because you aren’t a millionaire, suddenly you are a ‘better sinner’ or ‘less of a sinner’? Meanwhile, even those doctrinal watchdogs also have faulty theologies of their own; they can’t even see their own blind spot in what they are doing. Like the blind calling out the blind.

-On top of that, both sides are playing games meant to deceive and trap their customers (I mean ‘followers and subscribers’). Charismania prophetic teachers won’t teach you that prophets are just spokesperson of Yahweh not prognosticators or future tellers, because that means no more money-making opportunities for them. People love to hear about the ‘future’ so they can feel in control; the reason why psychics readings are lucrative business. They won’t tell you that much of biblical prophecy is about preaching righteousness of the law of Yahweh, repentance from sin and obedience towards the Law of the LORD. No, repentance does not gather crowd, nor make money.

-Cessation won’t teach you that prophecies are mostly conditional upon various things (see list on previous posts); and that prophecies aren’t necessarily set in stone, and Yahweh can change HIS mind. Because if they tell you the truth, they wouldn’t have much to ‘heresy hunt’ when Charismania prophets prophecies fail. They won’t have much to report; and they can’t capitalize on charismatic prophetic failures. So, they keep telling you prophecies must come to pass 100% to be true prophets. And they too teach as if prophets are prognosticators. This is of the devil and is meant to keep both sides in grand delusion, detoured and destructive to the true gifts of the Spirit.

-Many of these so-called bible teachers on both sides only know bible by mere head knowledge, but without heart knowledge of Yahweh. And many know just enough to be dangerous; and without deeper understanding and certainly do not know the LORD that they teach about. But they proudly teach presumptuously in their error; worse yet, most will not seek to change, and refuse to take correction. These people do not seem to have the fear of the LORD knowing they will be judged much more harshly for promoting themselves as ‘teachers of the word’ or ‘heresy hunters’ or whatever label they assume. These days, social media has enabled so much of this; and has really gotten out of hand. There’s no regulation, no accountability either and deceit flourishes like weed. And people now with AI algorithm can easily accumulate what their itchy ears want to hear. Do this people not know that scripture says that supporting such falsehoods and deception makes you a partaker of same judgement to be meted out.

If you are a regular customer or patron to any of these 2 bands of wolves, please reconsider because you will be judged for your part in supporting and partaking of their mischief and waywardness. . Rather than get drawn in to the addictive entertaining christian drama and gossip channels disguised as ministries, spend time studying the scripture and praying for them and yourself, for you too can fall into deception. And oh, get out in the real world; evangelize and get into more enriching and deeper discussions with real people.

Outlined below here, are the 10 Key imperative points summarized from the series on prophets & prophecies. These are lesson neither charismania nor cessation wolves teach but are nonetheless the biblical truth concerning the matter. These points are unbiased and extracted from my years of studying the Torah, the books of the prophet, the writings, the gospels, and the apostolic epistles. I have no reason to present biased conclusion from my study seeing I have nothing to sell, and I do not belong to any categorical denominations or theological leanings existing in Christendom.

If you keep these 10 points in mind, you will do well to arm yourself with knowledge in judging and discerning amidst the cacophony of so called prophetic voices and their opposite but equally damaging critics (“heresy hunters”).

1. A biblical prophet is a mouthpiece (spokesperson) of Yahweh NOT prognosticators or future tellers.

2. Biblical prophecy is speaking forth the word of the LORD by the Spirit of the LORD and NOT predicting or ‘fore’ telling of random future.

3. Despite common misconception, accuracy is not an infallible (or error proof) method or test of biblical prophet.

4. Accuracy is NOT the end goal of biblical prophecy, but human response is the ultimate goal.

5. A false prophet is simply one who speaks for oneself, another human or by spirit of demons; and NOT for YHVH.

6. False prophets can prophecy accurately (especially if by demons).

7. A true (biblical) prophet prophecy can go unfulfilled or not come to pass.

8. For the most part, fulfilment of true prophecies is conditional & dependent upon freewill of man; though the conditions may not always be stated or apparent within the actual prophecy.

9. Biblical prophecy is primarily a call to action.

10. Yahweh can indeed change HIS mind, rescind HIS word if one is in unrepentant sin and disobedience and/or pending change in conditions and/or in response to prayer, repentance and obedience.

Christianity EtcRe: The Incoming False Peace Coalition and the Deception of Peace by SeraphEl(op):
Series Identifying & dissecting the last empire of the Beast. Section A: Study of the apocalyptic visions of the books of Daniel and Revelation.

Today, dissecting Yohanan’s vision of world empires: Revelation 11, 12, 13, 17. Part 2 of 3.

*Key point*: Contrary to popular eschatological ideas, The last empire (=antiChrist beast reign) is NOT British nor American. Neither empires persecuted the Jews nor occupied Jerusalem. Quite the contrary. Apply some common sense and basic logic here. . Also apply common historical knowledge past and present to arrive at most logical conclusion.

Previously posted on this series, Revelation 12’s dragon with 7 head and 10 horns = Satan. Revelation 13’s first beast arising out of the sea with 7 heads and 10 horns= the antichrist. The 2nd beast with 2 horns = the false prophet. These 7 heads are best thought to represent 7 empires of Yohanan’s vision: (1) Egyptian. (2) Assyrian. (3) Babylonian. (4) Medes-Persian. (5) Grecian. (6) Roman. (7)Ottoman-Turks. The 8th is the beast empire = revived 7th empire. Revived 7th empire of Revelation = 10 nations. The 10 horns + the little horn = 8th empire, the beast empire. In Daniel, the antichrist (little horn) arises from one of the 10 horns (10 nations).

# The first beast and the red dragon. The first beast is the antichrist; given power by the red dragon who is Satan. 7 heads= 7 past antichrist empires that harassed Israel. 5 of them were before Yochanan’s time; the 6th is the Roman empire at the time of Yochanan; the 7th still to come and will give rise to the 8th. And the 10 horns being the 10 kings of 10 nations of the beast (also seen in the book of Daniel). One of the heads wounded healed implies that one of the empires that had fallen would rise again. If the heads represent the 7 empires, then the healed head wound indicate 1 of the 7 empires that fell when defeated (wounded), will be revived (healed) and give rise to the beast kingdom in the last days.

-# Note here again, the events prior to and surrounding the great tribulation is expanded. So basically this 2nd beast is the antichrist right hand man (THE false prophet) who will be executing and enforcing his agenda. If the object to be worshipped is the head with a deadly wound that was healed, it follows then, that same head is the beast empire. The deadly head wound implies the fallen state of this empire, which means it was an empire that existed in the past (1 of the 7 heads that had fallen). The beast empire occupies temple mount and Jerusalem and will place image that causes desecration and demand worship as god (Daniel 9.27, 2 Thes 2).

# Revelation’s 8th empire of the beast. Yochanan states that the beast kingdom is the 8th empire and part of the 7th empire. If the 7th empire historically was Ottoman Turks empire, then, it follows, it is most likely the empire to be “healed” or revived and will give rise to the beast (8th) empire. Historically, the Roman empire was succeeded by the Ottoman-Turks. And the British empire succeeded Ottoman-Turks. Yochanan seems to have stopped at 7th empire, with the 8th empire being the final (beast) empire. Some say this 8th empire would be British/American. He could not have counted British empire as the 8th empire primarily because the British did not occupy the territory of Jerusalem nor dominate the Jews there. . And Yochanan calls the beast empire itself the 8th empire, which will be part of the 7th empire. But the 7th empire was Ottoman-Turks, thus we can logically conclude, British and American empire do not factor in this equation.

# Characteristics of the beast. Note that the beast being given description of several animals represent the nature of the beast and the characteristics of the antichrist. This is important for us to pay attention to what’s being revealed here. Being like leopard means antichrist’s actions will be swift, sudden, stealthy, and deadly as a leopard; and feet like bear denotes its powerful domineering control (by force) of nations; and lion’s mouth is its ability to communicate loudly, forcefully, and with such charismatic energy, influential voice that demands or commands attention and obedience. Together: the beast of antichrist will present itself at first stealthily (by peace treaty), but suddenly brings destruction; as he swiftly executes world domination and control of nations, his plans and agenda; and in its enforcing of the mark of the beast; and with its roaring captivating force of speech will command and demand attention & worship of the nations.

# Alternative theories propose that the 7 heads are 7 distinct kings or emperors of ancient Rome. But it makes little sense that Yochanan would be referring solely to 7 kings of 1 empire. For example, the healed deadly head wound would imply this individual king who has been dead for thousand years would then be resurrected which does not make much sense. Thus, what does makes better sense is the 7 heads speaks of 7 separate empires or world powers and 1 of these fallen (wounded) empires (the 7th one) will be reconstructed somehow (healed); and thus, is coming back. Also, at the time of Yochanan, 5 had fallen already, the 6th was current empire, and the 7th yet to come. Today though, all 7 empires clearly are non-existent, yet one will be healed (revived), the 7th empire is revived, which then becomes 8th empire as the antichrist takes over. Yochanan speaks of the 8th as the beast kingdom/empire, and not an individual person ( the beast). Therefore, it makes sense that the other 7 would be empires too and not individual kings. Also, if it were persons, how then can 8th be part of 7th ?.

-If the 7 heads represent 7 kings of Roman empire, then that means 7th king is somehow reincarnated to be the 8th. And even if the 8th king is direct descendant of 7th king, how will anyone recognize/confirm this after thousands of years? This explanation of 7 heads representing 7 kings of Roman empire is highly unlikely. It makes much better sense if speaking of empires. Historically, we know an empire rises by conquering nations of previous empire. Thus, previous empire lives on in the next ruling empire-This would explain the 8th being part of 7th. What this means is that 10 of the countries that made up the 7th empire, which for the most part still exist separately will reassemble to form 8th empire.

# The beast that “was, is not and yet is” means several things: (1) the spirit of antichrist (was) and has always existed in the various past 5 empires; (2) and antichrist spirit (is)/was in the time of 6th empire of Rome during the days of John the apostle. (3) And though the 8th beast empire did not exist then; yet still (is)/exists currently in the countries of the past fallen empires. The antichrist systems comprises of religious, political, socio cultural or economic domains. Yochanan recognizes that the spirit of THE beast has existed in various past empires (was), and yet THE beast empire does not exist (is not); and yet, the spirit of the antichrist that will animate THE beast currently exists (in the Roman empire of his time and today). Today, The beast that was (=7th empire), and is not (fall of the 7th empire), and yet is (antichrist spirit in remnant countries of these fallen empires/ systems). Basically, the spirit of the antichrist remains in various world governments thru every generation thru the years is the same antichrist spirit in the beast ( =was and is, and still yet to come).

# Reconciling Revelation and Daniel. The 8th king (= the antichrist) of the beast empire is same as the little horn in Daniel’s vision. Daniel’s 10 toes of image, and 10 horns of 4th beast are the same as Revelation’s beast with 7 head and 10 horns. Save concerning the empires, Daniel listed only 4 while John listed 7. The beast empire, the 8th empire is part of the 7th empire; and from this 8th empire, will emerge the little horn (8th king). The 7th head that was wounded and healed is the 7th empire of Ottoman Turks, an Islamic empire, that fell after WW1 (wounded); which will be revived (healed). Though, the Ottoman Turks is fallen, still, the remnant nations still exist today. If the Ottoman Turks was an Islamic empire and the religion of Islam still exist today, then the “yet is” part of Yochana’s prophecy is the antichrist spirit in the religion of Islam. And also, the Islamic countries that composed the Ottoman Turks empire are still very much alive and well today. Therefore, the head (empire) wound ( empire’s fall) being healed (revived) is just really those the Ottoman (Osman's) Islamic countries reassembling itself.

-The 10 horns are the 10 nations constituting the revived empire. These 10 nations will initially pledge allegiance to the beast, carry out his operation for some time, then turn on the woman of the beast even to destroy her with fire. Curious thing. I wonder why. If the LovePeddler is the life or driving force or power of influence of the beast and its systems, then, it means these 10 nations will rebel against the very beast system they help propagate. The LORD will cause them to turn against each other, I suppose. HE’s done it in the past where nations or peoples once allies turn against each other. No reason why HE couldn’t repeat this in the last days.

Christianity EtcRe: How An 11 Day Journey Became 40 Years of Circling the Arid Wilderness. by SeraphEl(op):
Midrash: Shadows of the Messiah in Genesis chapters 6.9 thru 11. 32. Part 1 of 4.

*Key point*: contrary to common pre-rapture supporters, In the days of Noah’s great flood: the Ark was refuge for the righteous; the righteous were “left behind” in the ark. It was the wicked who were 'taken out' by the great flood.

#1. The great wickedness and evil of man brings the great flood.

-In the antediluvian times, there were non-human ‘god-like’ entities (angelic beings; aka ‘sons of EL’), who exercised their free will; descended on earth in human form and corrupted themselves by interacting inappropriately with humans. They mated with human females giving rise to defiled offsprings called Nephilim. According to the book of Jasher, these corrupted angelic beings also revealed all sorts of forbidden information to man which spurred great evil, wickedness & violence. HaShem saw all the great evil and decided enough is enough. HaShem seeing only the righteous Noach decides to preserve a remnant by saving Noah and his family. But first, Noach is given task to build a great Ark, which is a message of warning and repentance to those who heed. The Hebrew word for Ark is Tevah; however the deeper (‘nistar’- hidden/esoteric) meaning of Tevah is also ‘Word’. In this Yahweh was revealing Yeshua as the Ark -the Word and our salvation. When the flood waters of life overflow, enter into the Ark of HIS Word; hide yourself in HIS Word for safety and refuge. How brilliant. How marvelous the genius of YHVH.

#2. The great deluge (great flood) is a type of last days judgement. The ark = type of Christ (salvation). The raven= demonic spirit. The dove = the Holy Spirit.

-Notice how Yahweh first warned Noach of the deluge that is coming, yet HE didn’t tell Noah specifics such as when. Notice, how Yahweh did not say ‘in 120 years, I shall send the great flood of judgement. However, note also that HaShem did tell Noah 1 week before the flood with specific instruction to begin to enter into the ark. The lesson here is that Prophecies need not be specific or detailed. Same with Avraham when he was promised a son. HaShem did not tell him ‘in 25 years, I shall give you a son’. No wonder why both Noah and Avraham were listed in Paul the apostle’s great hall of faith in Hebrews 11. haShem is not in the details and specifics, though sometimes HE chooses to be specific, but these are rather rare contrary to popular beliefs that prophecy must be specific and detailed. haShem magnifies faith and obedience; this is that which is written ‘obedience is better than sacrifice…..and without faith, it is impossible to please Yahweh….’. The same faith principle is applicable in uttering and grasping uttered prophecies. The purpose of prophecies isn’t just to predict, but to declare the Words of the LORD with the intent that people might have the chance and the choice to respond appropriately.

-Noach was 500 years when he gave birth to 3 sons plus commanded to build ark. Noach was 600 or so years when the great flood came. First, his 3 sons would have been in their 100s or thereabouts. Wow. And roughly took 100-120 years to build ark before the great flood. But imagine that Noach sustained efforts to build and warn people of the coming flood for over 100 years. Can you imagine the ridicule when it rained after rain, and yet there wasn’t this ‘great flood’ that would supposedly be terrible and deadly. And yet year and year, not a single convert. Wow. One wonders if at some point, Noah ever thought he was delusional and silly in what he was doing. No wonder why Noah was counted in the great hall of heroes of faith by Paul in the book of Hebrews. And while they had more of a tangible evidence of EL’s voice (and surer word of His instructions), it is not recorded that EL told Noach how long before the great flood. So a great amount of faith was still required. Then 7 days prior to the great flood, EL warns Noah to start entering the Ark. Notice how the pair of animals came to the ark by themselves. If you build it, the LORD will bring them. Amen.

-It rained heavily nonstop for 40 days (1 month 10 days). It then continued raining for total of 150 days (~ 5 months= 6 months thus far). Ark must have floated on water looking for landing terrain for another 40 days (1 month 10 days=7.5 months thus far). Then, finally on the 7th month (~7.5), the ark rests on Mt. Ararat. For the next 3 months, the water starts receding up till the 10th month (~10.5 months). Then, Noach sends ravens, then doves to check for dry ground and that took another 40 days (+ another 1 month 10 days =11.5 months thus far). Then in the approximately 12th month (not a precise science), Noach and family left the ark. Other extrabiblical sources’ calculations have the entire great flood lasting for 1 year and 10 days.

- Noah sends out raven which circles the surface of waters and does not return to ark. The raven represents the evil spirit, the god of this age that broods over the earth’s terrain (waters of earth = peoples of earth). As satan was cast down from heavens and traverses this earthly plain unable to return to his former abode now prowls about on earth as the god of this world and prince of the power of air seeking whom to devour (Job 1.6-7; 1 Pet 5.8. The dove is of the Holy Spirit. The same Spirit that hovered above earth on creation week; and the same dove that descended upon Yeshua’s head at His baptism. The dove hovered and returned twice finding no rest on account of flood of waters; signifying the Spirit and the glory of EL being unable to find rest on sons of man on account of our evil and wickedness and so returns to HIS throne. The dove however brought olive branch in his 2nd return back to ark indicating Christ mission on earth and making peace between man and HaShem and the olive leaf (peace offering) was received by Yahweh. On the 3rd time, the dove does not return indicating when in the millennial reign of Christ, HE shall finally establish HIS throne among men, brings peace on earth and return no more to heaven.

-Notice the first mention of number 40 which seems a pattern in scripture. Moshe was 40 when he fled after killing Egyptians. Moshe also spent 40 days and nights in the mount Sinai receiving and penning the law. Yeshua in the desert for 40 days and nights. The Hebrew’s time in Egypt was in the span of 400s; their journey in wilderness after exodus of Egypt is 40 years; the judges of Israel spanned 400 years before the establishing of the monarchs. Both kings Saul and David each ruled for 40 years. The monarchs of Israel ruled about 400+ years before the final destruction and dispersion of both kingdoms of Israel. Jonah gave Nineveh 40 days to repent or be destroyed. There were 400+ years between the last biblical writings of the prophets (Malachi) and the birth of John the Baptist in the New Testament. Yeshua also after the resurrection, HE spent 40 days on earth before the ascension. The number 40 obviously signifies transition period of sorts marking both end or completion of one stage and beginning of another stage of life, purpose etc. Other numbers repeated frequently in scripture were numbers 7, 10 and 12 which also hold similar symbolic meanings. haShem certainly does have preferences even in persons, just as we humans created in HIS image have favorites. However, being perfect and righteous, EL is entirely justified in HIS favorites and preferences; but we wicked, and evil are another matter altogether.

#3. Noah & the ark as types & shadows of Christ. Noah redeemer; Christ the redeemer.

- HaShem chose Noach as a remnant to preserve mankind. Noach would then be a type and shadow of a redeemer, foreshadowing Christ. Enoch was also one of the few righteous (disciplined) men in his day whom the people went to hear the judgements of EL. Just as ark saved Noah and family from destruction, the Ark stood for a type of Christ who saves from judgement to come. “Come to me all burdened and wearied, you will find rest’. Noah’s name means ‘comfort’ alluding to the Messiah Yeshua who is our comforter & salvation. Noach really acted as prophet, as he preached repentance & righteousness to the people for over 100 years before the great flood of judgement (2 Peter 2 .4-5). We know now, the next end of the world will not come as flood but as scorching fire (2 Peter 3. 6-7). The Hebrew word for ark, teivah, also means “word”. “Come into the word”, says haShem, enter with prayer and studying the Word. Here you will find a sanctuary, wisdom, safety, refuge amidst the raging seas and waves and flood waters of life.

#4. As in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the last days: Business as usual & the return of the Nephilims. The righteous are those ‘left behind’.

-Yeshua said in latter times, it will be “as in the days of Noach”. In alluding to the days of Noah, Yeshua was signaling that the conditions and events that existed just before the great flood in the days of Noah will recur just before HIS 2nd coming and judgment of the end of days. What were the conditions? We know from scripture that there was rampant evil, wickedness, violence and such. People ignored signs and warnings and were going about business as usual: marrying, eating, drinking etc., yet trouble was afoot. What of the existence of Nephilim like creatures?. Perhaps this explains Daniel’s “they will intermingle with seed of man” as the return of spirits of ancient Nephilim breeds with humans. It is entirely possible since Nephilims are likely fallen angels who still roam around earth as epistle of Jude alludes to. And with all these alien tales abounding, genetic engineering, AI technological and scientific breakthroughs, perhaps it is not farfetched an idea of alien (demonic) life forms breeding with man to give rise to certain super humans with super human traits in the latter end of time.

-Concerning those ‘left behind’ in the days of Noah as Yeshua alludes to in Matt 24:40-41. This is often used to support the pre-tribulation rapture. But if you examine carefully, you will notice that those left behind on earth were Noah and his family refuging in the ark. The wicked were taken away by the great flood.. Thus contrary to popular teaching, those taken away (“rapture”) are the wicked; the righteous are left behind in the ark. The disciples ask, ‘taken where’, and Yeshua responds, ‘where vultures gather, there the corpses are’. In other words, the bodies of those taken away are deposited in a location where birds feed on them; invoking a prophetic apocalyptic writing of the prophets such as Isaiah and John the revelator (Eze 29.5; 39.17, Jer 7.33, Isa 56.9, Rev. 19.17-18, 21) Somehow, someone dangerously misinterpreted this to justify pretribulation rapture; thus misleading many. No wonder why EL tells us for Lack of knowledge, many will perish.

-Notice how in the toledot (genealogies), they had longer life spans in those days, which got significantly cut short after the flood (maximum of 120 years). In the millennial reign, all resurrected saints who survive great tribulation will have modified bodies and will coexist with regular remnant humans who survived the battle of Megiddo. The book of Revelation shows that there will be remnant nations (unbelievers) especially of the beast armies who will survive the Great Tribulation. Post millennial reign, satan is unleashed again to deceive these remnant nations that survived great tribulation once more; and then will their final destruction take place (Rev. 20.7-10)

# Question & Answer.

-Who are these ‘sons of god’ who mated with earth women? They are likely same as mentioned in (Job 1.6); and are likely fallen angels; that is, when Lucifer rebelled against Elohim and was expelled from heaven, he took 1/3rd of angels with him, who are now known as demons as Lucifer became ‘satan’. So, it is not far-fetched that fallen angels (demons) would seek to corrupt EL’s creation as another act of rebellion especially after having being expelled from heaven. There’s also a theory that some of the esoteric knowledge especially of weapons were knowledge revealed by these fallen angels. This the basis of ‘EL made man upright but he has sought many evil inventions’ in Eccl 7.29. An example: the sophisticated technologies such as atomic bombs, nuclear bombs, and many weaponry in man’s arsenal that can literally obliterate humanity by fire within seconds just as EL would. What if such knowledge came from other worldly sources like fallen angels? Yes, this does mean satan can impart wisdom and knowledge. Satan who was once an enlightened cherub encircling Yahweh’s throne possessed not only power, but was given a measure of intelligence; which he retained upon his expulsion from Yahweh’s abode.

-For over 100 years Noach preached repentance, and none other than 7 of his family members entered ark and were spared? Correct. It seems incredulous, but remember that in those days the population was not more than a million if not less than that. But, yet still incredible that not one nonfamily member converted upon Noah’s preaching. It is still not that farfetched to believe when you consider the cold heartedness of today’s generation towards the gospel that has gone out for 2000 years and yet too many still do not believe. Thus, today’s unbelievers are not all too different than in Noah’s days.

-How is it the beasts in Noah’s ark didn’t devour themselves? How did they even survive for whole year without access to food and water? Honestly, the whole story was miraculous- and such is the nature of many biblical stories. I will take the Occam’s razor to explain this. In that, the simple answer suffices. The whole story was an miraculous feat. HaShem preserved these creatures. Anyone who believes in a Being that created out of nothing in 6 days ought to have no difficulty accepting the story of Noah, the ark and the great flood.

-Noah sends out both raven and dove which represents activities of the evil spirits and the Holy Spirit respectively. If Noach was a type of Christ, does this mean haShem sends out evil spirits? Precisely, albeit many times indirectly as satan must obtain permission from EL on certain occasions and EL allows evil as HE deems fit. Isaiah the prophet wrote: “I AM the LORD, I create the light, and make darkness….I create both evil and good”. Was not the lying spirit in Ahab’s prophets not sent by Yahweh?

Only Greek and Romans mythology have that kind of stories, not the Jews. So Jesus is a Greek/Roman creation. He never existed in this physical realm......

Today’s Christianity & church systems are steeped in paganism of Babylon and the current church goers are Babylonians worshiping pagan gods most unknowingly. Here’s a shocking truth.

Majority of Christians today are worshiping wrong god, and the false Christ and unholy spirit. Most are clueless, ignorant and blinded.
Majority of church leaders whatever tittle they wear are leading them astray and into slaughter; some of them aware of it; but most are deceived and cooperating vessels and tools of the devil. Put plainly, most pastors or whatever title/label they take on are doing the work of the devil. The people perish for lack of correct knowledge, says the LORD.

Today, The Ruach the spirit calls ‘ flee from Babylon lest you partake of her plagues. Today, if you hear HIS voice; whilst it is called today, do not harden your heart. Do not delay. Hear & Obey’.

What makes today’s church system, building and Christianity Babylonian? Let’s take a look see in this enriching book discussion on how paganism seeped its way into Christianity per numerous evidence in historical records and accounts, and how paganism still lives on in Christianity TODAY.

-Protestants must return to the biblical sabbath, the 7th day as instituted by Yahweh
-All union of Christianity with the state must yield before the normal development of true Protestantism.

Re: sonmvayina, the poster above.

All of scripture makes it clear that satan was the same serpent present from of old.

ALL of scripture makes it clear Yeshua was there in the beginning and HE was really the basis of the Law and was revealed in various characters through out Israel's history. "....and HE began from the Torah and the prophets and the Psalms showing the disciples all things written concerning HIM". Luke 24.27.

I do not really consider myself 'Christian' by today's semantics, understanding and practices.

I follow THE WAY. Yeshua is the WAY. Yeshua is the living TORAH. Yeshua said so HIMSELF.

The adversarial nature of Israel and her natural enemies was foreshadowing the spiritual Israel (the church) and her spiritual enemies (the devil). The 1st covenant initiated by Moses foreshadowed Christ and was entirely physical rituals, animal sacrifices and laws written on stone. The 2nd covenant initiated by Christ brought better covenant of HIS own blood, with modified laws, yet the same laws now being written in hearts of flesh.

Even now, much of prophetic scriptures wrote about two main things: 1. the 1st coming of Christ as ethnic Israel's deliverer. 2. the 2nd coming of Christ as ALL Israel's deliverer (all believers in Christ are today's Israel).

I do not blame you for NOT seeing Christ in these types and shadows. THIS is only something the Spirit of Yahweh reveals and illuminates.

I pray that Yahweh touch your heart and that you return to the right path in HIM.
Christianity EtcRe: False Prophet or Conditional Prophecy? Reconciling Deuteronomy 18 & Jeremiah 18 by SeraphEl(op):
On the series Prophets & Prophesy. The conditional nature of prophecies. Part 3 of 5 . Evidence of conditional nature of prophecies from the books of the prophets.

# Accuracy of prognosticating ability and number of followers gathered are NOT biblical way to determine true spokesperson (=prophets) of Yahweh.

Dear brethren in Christ, refrain from judging ‘prophets’ biblical authenticity and accreditation by their accurate prognosticating abilities or their ability to draw and mesmerize large crowd following. We are in the time of rapid proliferation of falsehoods and lying voices spoken of in the scripture concerning end days. Judge a prophet by enduring works of the Spirit, by their exhibiting of fruit of the Spirit, by their holiness and righteousness in lifestyle, by their adherence to proper and correct biblical doctrine. Yes, it means you have to be a student of scripture or at least be a good Berean (Acts 17.11). You must grow up and be wise now. Time of feeding on milk and being fattened and sweetened by liquid fat and sweets are over.

# Charismania is excessive/abuse/misuse of the gifts of the Spirit; & Cessation-ism is unbelief and rejection of the gifts (=power) of the Spirit. Both are ultra demonic, unscriptural and wrong.

-On one extreme spectrum, you have the evangelical charismania prophetic circus in their confusions and cacophony of false prophecies. These charismanic sort make Yahweh sound schizophrenic and delusional; and while at it, they make loads of money from the gullible, the ignorant and the perpetually immature Christians.

-On the other hand is the cessation crew, the witch hunters ( I mean heresy hunters), the doctrinal watchdogs & church critics. These cessation-ists crew make Yahweh seem mute, impotent and powerless. Yet in their critique of the charismania, they too are themselves same but littler wolves feeding off scraps (money!) that fall off the table of bigger wolves of Charismania.

-At the end of the day, both extreme sides are rags cut from same soiled clothe. Both sides the works of the devil, both unscriptural and both destructive to the church of Christ, making a powerless and ineffective church. Both sides have crafted out a corner market niche whereby they draw their own crowd, feed them their own version, collect followers, fame and fortune, all in the Name of ‘ministry’. At the end of the day, both sides embarrass and blaspheme the Name and the cause of the LORD among unbelievers.

# 10 Key imperative points on the nature of biblical prophets and prophecies.

To summarize key lessons from previous posts: 1. a biblical prophet is a mouthpiece (spokesperson) of Yahweh NOT prognosticators or future tellers. 2. Biblical prophecy is speaking forth the word of the LORD and NOT predicting or ‘fore’ telling of random future. 3. Despite common misconception, accuracy is not an infallible (or error proof) method or test of biblical prophet. 4. Accuracy is NOT the end goal of biblical prophecy, but is human response. 5. A false prophet is one who speaks for oneself, another human or by spirit of demons; and NOT for YHVH. 6. False prophets can prophesy accurately (especially if by demons). 7. A true (biblical) prophet prophecy can go unfulfilled or not come to pass. 8. For the most part, fulfilment of true prophecies is conditional & dependent upon the freewill; though the conditions may not always be stated or apparent within the actual prophecy. 9. Biblical prophecy is primarily a call to action. 10. Yahweh can indeed change HIS mind, rescind HIS word if one is in unrepentant sin and disobedience and/or if conditions change and/or lack of appropriate human response.

# The following are continuation of biblical examples of conditional nature of prophecies; which are by no means exhaustive. Grab bible, pen/paper, and an open mind.

23. 2nd Samuel 12.14-24. David after his iniquity with Bathsheba and murder of husband was given a prophecy of death of the son that resulted from the affair by Natan. Yet, what did David do? Despite Natan's prophecy, David still fasted, prayed and cried out to Yahweh in hope that Yahweh would change HIS mind. IN effect David realized that Natan’s prophecy of sons’ death was not ‘set in stone’ nor final, this is why he prayed and sought the LORD. David knew there was real possibility that Yahweh could spare his son’s life. However, as we know, Yahweh did not relent, and the prophecy came true. Imagine if this prophecy did not come to pass and it were today, most would dub Natan false prophet; thereby grieving (blaspheming) the Spirit; a potential unforgivable sin.

24. In Amos 7.1-9, Amos prophesies of series of destruction that went unfulfilled because the prophet’s intercession averted the judgements. This is quite common that often times, prophets made prophecies that seem final, but would later become apparent that the prophecies were conditional. Compare Amos 7 to Amos 5.2 vs 5.4, 6, 14.

25. Amos 9.11: “In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof, and I will raise up his ruins.” This is an example of prophecy having an intended fulfilment that was post-phoned or changed in its application: “That day” refers to the time of Judah’s destruction by Babylonians and were scattered among the nations. The prophecy states how the temple of Jerusalem was to be rebuilt and the gaps in the wall closed: “They shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof” (v. 14), which could have come true at their return from Babylonian captivity as it was intended to. But the Jews who returned reverted back to apostasy; and so they did not completely fulfil the prophecies. The fulfilment was postponed to a later date which had its partial fulfillment in Acts 15:16 except rather than physical temple, its fulfillment was altered to spiritual temple, that is the church. This is evidence in Acts 15.16 referring back to Amos 9.11 as now being its spiritual fulfilment- in the raising up of gentiles church in Christ. Thus Yahweh’s word is not false even if the initial intended fulfilment does not come to pass due to human failure. Yet, the ultimate fulfilment will come in the Messianic reign when ALL of Israel is restored, and the fallen tents of David raised once again.

26. Micah 3:12, Jeremiah 26.19: “did he (king Hezekiah) not fear the Lord, and besought the Lord, and the Lord repented him of the evil which he had pronounced against him” (Jer. 26:19). Mic. 3:12, Micah's prophecies had their fulfilment post-phoned or delayed due to Hezekiah’s prayer and repentance.

27. Jonah 1.2; 3.1-5: ‘in 40 days and Nineveh is overthrown’. The initial prophecy did not include conditions. But as the king and the people humbled selves and repented, Yahweh relented of destruction; and the judgement was just post-phoned. Note though Jonah preaching, and Nineveh’s subsequent repentance caused deferment of judgement. For biblical account as well historical record show, Nineveh, capital of Assyrian later eventually fell to Babylonians and was utterly destroyed. Thus their destruction was post-phoned to later time because of repentance at Jonah's preaching.

28. Isaiah 1.18-20: “IF you are good, you eat good of land, else…..IF you refuse, you will be devoured by sword.” Isreal’s prosperity in the land dependent on them keeping the covenant (law) of Yahweh.

29. Isaiah 9:6-7: as in many prophetical utterances, this verse speaks as if the birth of Messiah would be at a time of deliverance from Israel’s invaders during their time. But the deliverance was incomplete and not fully realized in Yeshua’s 1st coming. In the 2nd coming, it would then be fully realized. However, just as the prophet spoke of HIS 1st coming, this prophecy about deliverance from invaders would ultimately be fully realized in Messiah’s 2nd coming. Save that in the 2nd coming, Israel would include ALL Israel- ethnic and spiritual. And the invaders would be all the Beast, the false prophet and the 10 nation army.

30. Isaiah 40:2 speaks of how Jerusalem’s “punishment is ended for her sins are forgiven,” referring to Leviticus. 26:43 that the land would lie desolate until her punishment was fulfilled. This passage could have had its ultimate fulfilment when Judah returned from Babylonian captivity. But it didn’t. It could have also been fulfilled at the preaching of John the Baptist in the 1st century; and at the 1st coming of Christ. Yet once again, Judah would not hear as they rejected Christ. Hence Yeshua’s lament ‘O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, how I wish to gather you as hen, but you would not. Now see to your house that shall lay desolate’ (Matt 23.37-39). And so once again the land lay desolate again (Roman destruction of the temple at Jerusalem and subsequent dispersion). Therefore the prophecies of their deliverance remain open, or delayed in their fulfilment. And the ultimate fulfilment would occur in 2nd coming of Christ.

31. Isaiah. 62:1: “For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness. The prophecy that “I will not rest” was dependent for fulfilment upon the faithful not resting, but continuing to intercede on behalf of Jerusalem. The statement “I will not rest” speaks as if Jerusalem’s deliverance is conditional on prayers. It is well known that prayer changes things, and can move the mind and the heart of Yahweh. Moshe and the prophet interceded on behalf of Israel thereby sparing them of premature destruction at various times in Israelite history.

32. Jeremiah 6:2-6: "The lovely and delicate one, the daughter of Zion, will I cut off". This sounds like a specific prophecy of future destruction in Jerusalem. But it further down the preceding chapters, it becomes apparent that the prophecies of disasters are effectively calls to repentance. The prophecies of destruction within Jerusalem had and will yet have an element of conditionality about them. Hence the appeal in Jer. 6:8, 26 to Jerusalem to mourn in repentance. If the people had repented thoroughly in the prophets’ time, there would not have been Babylonian invasion and subsequent destruction of the temple and the city of Jerusalem.

33. Jeremiah 7.16; 11.14 and 14.11: “….do not pray for the welfare of the people; though they fast, I will not hear…”. Jeremiah was instructed not to pray for the people. However, when the prophets prayed for directions on behalf of the people, Yahweh did answer (Jeremiah 42.1-7).

34. Jeremiah 12:14-17: “Thus saith the Lord against all mine evil neighbors [e.g. Babylon], that touch the inheritance…. Behold I will pluck them up from off their land, and will pluck up the house of Judah from among them. And it shall come to pass, that after I have plucked them up, I will return and have compassion on them: and I will bring them again, every man to his heritage, and every man to his land (this occurred in the time of Ezra and Nehemiah). And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my Name…then shall they be built up in the midst of my people.” But the Jews mixed with the people of the land, they didn’t teach them the law, and so the prophecy didn’t come true- they weren’t built up in the midst of Israel as intended. Instead the Jews were led astray by their wives foreign gods as king Solomon was. The books of Ezra and Nehemiah mentions how the people had intermarried and had children with the heathens and were reckoned with to ‘put away their heathen wives’ (Ezra 9.1, 12; 10.3, 19; Nehemiah 13.23-31).

35. Jeremiah 16.6: “both great and small dies and not buried, neither shall men lament for them” sounds like a predictive prophecy. However, Jeremiah did lament for the people after the Babylonian invasion, destruction of the city and exile of Judah as recorded in the book of Lamentations!

36. Jeremiah 18. 5-10: “when good is prophesied toward a nation and they disobey, Yahweh relents of good promised (or prophesied); but when an evil is devised and that nation repents, Yahweh relents of evil”. This passage sums up the principle of the nature of conditional prophecies. Hence Israel would have been spared of destruction had they fully repented and followed the law of the LORD.

37. Jeremiah 22.18, 19: 36.29-31. “Jehoiakim would have burial of a donkey, not lamented for, but his body dragged out, brutalized and maimed; and none of his son to inherit the throne of David”. This prophecy implies that King Jehoiakim would not have a peaceful death nor a normal burial. However, in 2 Kings 24.6, it was recorded of Jehoiakim “he slept with his fathers” (2 Kings 24:6) which is an ancient Hebraic idiom that typically means that one died in peace and with a normal burial (Jer. 34.4-5). So, what happened? It could either mean that Jehoiakim repented in his captivity and was granted reprieve in having a normal death and burial. Or the statement in 2 kings account simply meant that he died and was buried just as his predecessors.

38. In Jer. 27.22, the temple vessels “shall be carried to Babylon, and there shall they be until the day that I visit them”. Yet, Jer. 27:18 sounds as if prayers of true prophets are offered, the vessels would not be taken to Babylon. In a way, there was a chance that Yahweh would change HIS mind if fervent prayers are offered. Yet, few verses down, the prophets also made a definitive prophecy that the vessels would indeed be taken to Babylon.

39. In Jeremiah 34.2-5; 38.14-21: “….hear o Zedekiah, king of Judah….you shall be delivered to king of Babylon…for thus saith the LORD, you shall not die by sword, but shall die in peace…and people shall lament for you as your fathers”. Zedekiah was given chance to peacefully surrender to king of Babylon and go to captivity, and a chance to save Jerusalem from destruction by fire. Yet, he rebelled and fled when Babylonian armies came. He was apprehended, tortured and killed along with his sons, and because of this, Jerusalem was burnt down by fire (Jer. 39.6-10; 52.10-11). See also Eze. 12.13: both Jeremiah and Ezekiel give same prophecy of how Zedekiah was captured whilst fleeing from Jerusalem. Clearly, the ‘prophecy’ that Zedekiah would die in peace was conditional upon his obedience to the word of Jeremiah. The conditions were not exactly clearly stated, nonetheless it was implied in Zedekiah surrendering and dying in peace.

40. Jeremiah 34:2 . “I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.” No condition is given at this time. But the Jews repented in releasing their slaves…and the Babylonian armies retreated (Jer. 37.1-5). Then they enslaved their brethren again- and then the Babylonian armies return again and burnt Jerusalem with fire (37.6-11).

41. Daniel 4.13-19: “…let his portion be with the beasts and beast’s mind given to him. Let the sentence pass over him 7 times…”. Yet, after wards, Daniel pleads with Nebuchadnezzar ‘break off your sins by righteousness, and mercy….’ (4.27). Though no explicit conditions given, but even Daniel understood the prophecies were not set in stone and is amendable by repentance.

42. Daniel 9.1-19: Daniel realizes that it’s close to 70 years end of captivity of Judah according to record of Jeremiah’s prophecies. Yet Daniel did not presume on this prophecy of their return coming to pass, he still prayed every so fervently as if realizing that haShem might change HIS mind and extend their exile. Could it not be said that Daniel even realized that the 70 year captivity was in itself conditional and therefore there was a real possibility that Yahweh could post-phone their return from captivity.

43. Ezra 3; 6.13-16; Nehemiah 2.9 thru 4. The returned exilic community in Ezra and Nehemiah were much encouraged in rebuilding Jerusalem and the temple at the prophesying of the prophets’ and according to the prophecies of Daniel (Daniel 9:27). Yet the people realized that for this prophecy to come to pass, the people still had to defy numerous oppositions, participate and do their part in labor of rebuilding the temple. The people understood they too had part for them to would succeed in rebuilding the temple. And while the LORD was aiding them and turning their opposition into naught, they still prepared (armed) themselves and persisted thru towards rebuilding. For how would the prophesy come to pass had they folded hands as was the case before the word of the LORD came to Haggai? It is therefore no mere coincidence that we read that the prophets who ‘prophesied’ of the rebuilding of the temple encouraged the people to rebuild the temple (Ezra 5:1). The people then worked for the fulfilment of their prophecies.

44. Zech. 8:12 (also Malachi 3.10-11), prophesied: “For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase…”. However, Judah was not fully obedient, and therefore Judah’s agriculture was not blessed as prophesied. The reason was that Zech. 8:12 was conditional- upon Zech. 8:16,17. But Judah didn’t fulfil the conditions for the prophecy. And thus the land was cursed (Hag. 1:5-11)

45. Malachi. 2:2: “If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name… then will I send the curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings; yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.” Note that God isn’t saying: ‘If you don’t repent, beware, I will curse you.’ He had already cursed them, but even then, He was willing to change His word- if they repented. That judgment is decreed, but even so, Yahweh is receptive to genuine repentance or even some level of remorse that He is willing to go back on His own word.
46. Malachi 4.3-6: “…behold I will send Eliyahu the prophet before that great day of the LORD; to turn hearts…lest I come and strike with utter destruction”. This prophecy had its partial fulfilment in Yochanan the Baptist. Yet, as Yeshua alluded, there’s yet another type of Eliyahu coming in the latter end of day. It seems then, prophecies can have multiple fulfilments across different generations and manifest in slightly different ways. . As we have seen thus far, not all prophecies has its original fulfilment exactly as initially prophesied. It seems prophecies can have partial fulfilments and then a completion post-phone at a later day or meant to have ultimate fulfilment at a later time.

-It is also evident that any given prophecy can have both a conditional and unconditional element imbedded in the prophecy. An example of this idea is seen in the eternal priesthood of Levites, yet only those of Zadok were found righteous and allowed to minister in the millennial reign of Christ. The perpetual priesthood of tribe of Levi was unconditional on one hand, yet there was in implied condition of obedience per each family of the tribe of Levites. The many complex facets encompassing prophets, prophecy and prophetic experience. Not so black and white as hugely misunderstood in mainstream evangelical prophetic circuses and their counterpart cessationism witch hunters.

Next: we look at Prophets and Prophecies in the new covenant (new testament scriptures) beginning with conditional prophecies therein.
Christianity EtcRe: The Incoming False Peace Coalition and the Deception of Peace by SeraphEl(op):
Series Identifying & dissecting the last empire of the Beast. Section A: Study of the apocalyptic visions of the books of Daniel and Revelation.

Yohanan’s vision of world empires: Revelation 11, 12, 13, 17. Part 1 of 3.

# High yield chapter summaries.

-Rev. 11. John the apostle has vision in which a rod is given to measure the temple, altar and the outer court of temple. This temple is to be given to gentiles to trample down for 42 months (=1260 days= 3.5 years). Also describes 2 witnesses (Enoch and Elijah or Moses) with power to kill and with signs and wonder.

-Rev. 12. John is shown a great wonder from heaven: A woman clothed with sun, moon under her feet, crown of 12 stars upon head (=12 tribes of Israel). A great red dragon (satan) with 7 heads, 7 crowns and 10 horns out of the heads. Tail draws 1/3rd of stars of heaven and cast them down. Woman births a man child (Christ) to rule nations with iron rod; child caught up to heaven to throne of Yahweh. Micheal and angelic hosts fights the red dragon, and red dragon and his angels cast out who is the serpent, the deceiver, the devil and satan. Woman given wings of eagle, protected and nourished in desert for 1260 days. The red dragon could not overcome woman and so goes to make war with rest of her children (believers in Christ + keep HIS commandments)

-Rev. 13. Then another beast (=antichrist) with 7 head, 10 horn out of sea with name of blasphemy written upon heads. Looks like leopard, has
feet of bear, with mouth of lion (=composite of former empires of Daniel). The dragon gives the beast power and authority. 1 of 7 heads wounded to death; but deadly wound healed. A 2nd beast (=false prophet) with 2 horns arise out of sea; speaks as dragon. Exercises power of 1st beast and cause all to worship the 1st beast whose deadly wound is healed (revived empire). He has power to give life to the image of the beast with the healed deadly wound; and the image should speak and that any who does not worship the image is killed. And no man is able to buy or sell, save he has the mark or the number of beast.

-Rev 17. The great LovePeddler riding on scarlet beast with 7 head and 10 horns with golden cup. Full of name of blasphemy, full of abominations and filthiness and on her forehead is written: mystery Babylon the great, mother of harlot and abominations of earth. The woman is drunk in blood of saints and of martyrs of Yeshua. The beast was (past), is not (present), and shall ascend out of bottomless pit and go into perdition (future). Many shall wonder at beast that was, is not, yet is (=today exists in various remnant nations). The 7 heads (7 kings/empires) are the 7 mountains that woman sits on. First 5 kings are fallen, the 6th is, and the other is yet to come. When the 7th comes, it continues in short time. The beast is the 8th and is of the 7th. The 10 horns are 10 kings who shall receive power with the beast (at time of antichrist) and shall give their power to the beast. These 10 kings will make war with the Lamb and the Lamb shall overcome for HE is King of kings and lord of lords and they with HIM called chosen and faithful. The 10 horns shall later hate the LovePeddler of Babylon, turn against her and burn her with fire.

# Dissecting John’s visions in the book of Revelation.

-Rev. 11. John the apostle is given to measure the temple and gentiles to trample down for 42 months (3.5 years or 1260 days). Also see Luke 21.24. This temple most likely refers to a 3rd temple to be built at later end; which is the temple the antichrist will desecrate, and erect an image to be worshipped. Note that the 1st and 2nd temples were destroyed by Babylonians and by Romans respectively. As of late, there is no temple atop the temple mount in Jerusalem. Instead in its place or near by the temple mount, there’s the Islamic Al Aqsa mosque. Many propose that the covenant of death spoken of in Daniel in the beginning of 70th week involves a deal allowing both the Arab Muslims and the Jewish faithful to build an altar of sacrifice at the site; and as such co-share the temple mount worship with the Arab Muslims. It is worth noting that according to Daniel 9.27, 2 Thes 2 and other similar passages, the Jews will restart sacrifice in a make shift altar, perhaps in a wholly rebuilt temple, which the antichrist will put a stop to and erect an image that causes desolation.

-Rev. 12. here the events of 5th seal of great tribulation in Rev. 6 are expanded. But before going further, Yochanan zooms out and gives background info; the ancient history of battle between angelic hosts; and how satan fell thereby taking 1/3rd angels with him. Basically, how satan came to be the adversary of mankind. Then, he also gives historical background of Israel and the messiah Yeshua. The woman represents Israel specifically Judah who births the Messiah (man-child); but we know it represents also all 12 tribes Israel ( the 12 stars/crowns). Then, Yochanan fast forwards to future events of great tribulation (GT), when the woman who represent 144k Israel is protected during great tribulation for 1260 days (=42 months = 3.5 years).

- There are double applications here as are many examples of biblical prophecy. Clearly, there’s a future fulfilment still pending. What if the remnant of this Israel is presently in wilderness (as in dispersed in unknown nations today)? Yet also in GT, they will be gathered in a place where YHVH protects them for 1260 days. Question is: how will YHVH bring these remnants of Israel together to be protected? Where are they protected? And who are the ‘wings of eagles’ given to the woman (vs. 14). Here is where some pencil in United States of America as allies to Israel during this GT. This is highly doubtful though as the interpretation of US as eagle here does not fit other biblical references of eagle in relation to Israel. Wing of eagle then could represent metaphoric or symbolic of Yahweh’s deliverance (Exodus 19.4).

-Rev. 12.3, 13.1 & 17.3: all describe same ancient demon present in Genesis 3 as the serpent; now here is the red dragon, with its 7 heads and 10 horns representing the various antichrist empires and its kings that have persecuted Israel throughout history. This indicates antichrist spirits have always been since creation in various human systems to certain degree beginning with Nimrod’s city of babel. This ancient antichrist spirit will ultimately inhabit THE antichrist of the last days. The 10 horns of beast of Revelation are same as the 10 mixed toes and the 10 horns of Daniel which represent the 10 kings/nations of beast empire. In Daniel’s account, the 4th beast with 10 horns, and one little horn arises to overthrow 3 horns leaving 7 horns remaining. In Revelation, the 7 heads represent the 7 gentile empires that dominated, occupied Jerusalem and oppressed Israel. . *More on these 7 gentile empires later, which are 3 additional empire to Daniel's account*

- Some say though that the events described by John has passed and occurred in the time of Roman persecution of Jews by their 7 wicked emperors and their 10 branches of governance. Some postulate this vision to refer to Paganization of Christianity by papal Roman Catholicism. But as we shall see in the coming analysis, this is erroneous interpretation as well; or rather, neglecting the rule of multiple fulfilments. While it is likely that it could be true the visions were partially fulfilled in various Roman emperors who persecuted Jews, and the corrupting of biblical Christianity by papal Roman Catholicism, however, correct exegesis indicate John’s visions are yet to meet complete fulfilment in the future. And that the most logical explanations for the 7 heads of beasts represent 7 world empires rather than 7 individual kings of Roman empire. *More on this later*.

-Rev. 13. The 7 head represent the 7 antichrist empires thru history beginning with Egyptian, then Assyrian, Babylonians, Medes/Persian, Grecia, and ending with Roman empire which was at time of John the apostle. The 10 horns represent the 10 kings/nations that will make up the beast empire. Look at the characteristics of the beast, which is similar to Daniel’s: looks like leopard (Macedonia/Grecia), feet of bear (Medo-Persian) and mouth of lion (Babylon). This means that this beast that Revelation described arising out of sea with 7 head, 10 horns will be composite of all the previous (antichrist) empires before it in strength and brutality of lion, with speed of Leopard; dominating force of bear.

-Rev. 17. The great LovePeddler of Babylon represent the mysterious driving spiritual force and vigor associated with the beast system. In all likelihood, this is where the religious component of the deception of antichrist comes in. This is that great deception spoken of in 2 Thes 2 by Paul and by Yeshua in HIS sermons. A great deal of apostate Christendom will fall into this great deception and believe in lies, thus be given over to grand delusion. A lot of this apostasy and grand delusion are already apparent today by the many false ministers and doctrines abounding in Christendom; and will yet increasingly worsen as we approach the latter end of days. *More on this great harlot of Babylon and what makes this end time Babylonian system a ‘mystery’.*

# The Relevance of Revelation to AD 70.

-Of note, just as many of Messianic prophecies in the books of the prophets and of Daniel, the book of Revelation has dual applications. In that some of the events (hence the letter to 7 churches) occurred in AD70, 30+ years after Christ’s ascension; yet some portions of the prophecies are reserved for the last days. A great deal of bible expositors include the Papacy (Roman Catholicism) as the major instigator of the apostacy prophesied by Yochanan in the book of Revelation’s account of the beastly world systems. Yet, careful analysis and exegetical study and considering the entire counsel of eschatological scripture will reveal, the events described here are yet to have their complete and ultimate fulfilment in the latter end of the time. According to historical records and accounts, the following are evidence of (partial) fulfilment of John's visions in the events leading to and during AD 60-70 or thereabouts.

-In Revelation 11. Jerusalem is to be trampled for 42 months ."From Spring of 67 to August of 70, the time of formal Roman imperial sieging against Jerusalem lasted for a period of 42 months. The city called Sodom and Egypt represented desecration of Jerusalem. In Revelation 13. The beast wars with the saints for 42 months. Nero's persecution was from Nov. 64 - June 68. In Revelation 14:20. Trampled in the winepress "outside the city", i.e. where Jesus was crucified (Jn. 19:20; Heb. 13;11-13). 1600 stadia is the length of the land. The Itenerarum of Antonius of Piacenza says the length of Palestine was 1664 stadia.

-In Revelation 17:7 . The seven heads are seven kings, 5 have been, one is, one is yet to come for a short space. The first seven Caesars of Rome: Julius, Augustus, Tiberius, Gaius, Claudius already dead. The sixth, Nero, was alive when John was given the Revelation; and the seventh was Galba who reigned only 7 months (June 68 - Jan 69). This order of the Caesars is that taken from standard works: Suetonius (Lives of the twelve Caesars); Dio Cassius (Roman History 5); Josephus (Antiquities 19.1.11 cp. 18.2.2; 18.6.10). The beast's war with the saints for 42 months was the Neronian persecution which lasted for 42 months. Note how 13:12,14 interchanges the head with the whole beast. Mosheim confirms this: "The dreadful persecution which took place by order of this tyrant, commenced at Rome about the middle of November in the year of our Lord 64…this dreadful persecution ceased but with the death of Nero…in the year 68 [June], when he put an end to his own life" L. von Mosheim, Historical Commentaries vol. 1, tr. Robert Vidal (NY: Converse, 1854) pp 138,139.

-In the same way as the 1st century believers could not have accurately predicted how all the events would come about, in the same manner, we will see may not be able to predict all the events of last days, but they will unravel as they occur. Remember the law of dual fulfilment; which explains why when the disciples asked Christ signs of the destruction of the 2nd temple, they were in essence equating the destruction of the 2nd temple by Romans as their own ‘last days’. And this is why when Yeshua answered, HE gave them both the signs of the trouble of 2nd temple destruction which effectively answered their question though a partial fulfillment. Which indeed, history holds the early Christian converts and Jews experienced severe persecution at the hands of few of Roman emperors with subsequent destruction of the temple. However, Yeshua extended HIS answer to include the ultimately fulfilment in the last days; thus we expect a repeat of the similar events that occurred in AD 70 in the last days by an ultimate anti-Messiah figure. Except that in the last days, it will be 'like tribulation the world has never seen since the beginning of time' (Matt 24.21).

-It is important to keep in mind the multi-fulfilment inherent in many biblical prophecies. There are some false heretical and deadly theologies out there that hold these events are past, irrelevant and that we are indeed living in the millennial reign of Christ. Yikes. How anyone can honestly read scripture and believe these false theories and doctrines is quite astonishing; only something the devil can manufacture and thus keep people bound in deep deception as such.

#13. The first sibling rivalry & the first murder. Abel = type of Christ. Cain = an anti-Christ spirit.

-Kayin (Cain) comes from “have acquired”. Havel (Abel) means “breath.” Cain aptly named ‘have acquired’ and as tiller of ground represents ‘acquired’ by works of flesh and solely by labour of man. Havel (Abel) aptly named breath is a shepherd and represents breath given to man by the Ruach. Havel also means vanity, suggests the transitory fleeting nature of life and toils of man under the son. Here, displayed in their names, HaShem was establishing right from the start HIS pattern: that man works and chooses after flesh; but Yahweh works after the Ruach. Cain out of jealousy murders Abel. Cain here foreshadowed the adversary, the spirit of antichrist, satan who was murder from the beginning (John 8.44). The ‘way of Cain’ mentioned in the epistle of Jude and by Peter describes a murderous anti-Christ spirit present in Cain at the beginning and continues to infect humankind. Abel foreshadows Christ, the better sacrifice (Heb. 12.24); And as alluded in Heb 12.24, ‘the blood of Havel still cries out today whenever the righteous are murdered for righteousness sake by the wicked. The blood of Havel still cries out in the gospel of salvation, of repentance from sin, works of flesh and of vanity of life.

- In Abel’s offering, we see Christ, the Lamb of Yahweh; Christ begin the sacrifice of a better covenant (Heb. 7.22). Here, right at the start, we are informed the importance of blood; for the life is in the blood. This idea was further codified in the law of Moses in the book of Leveticus. Modern science reveal certain amount of loss of blood is incompatible with life. It is established here the principle of life for life; blood is shed for atonement of sin; hence the death of Christ as sacrifice for our sins. Abel offers animal sacrifices while Cain offer produce of vegetables. Interestingly, hundreds of years later, as the TORAH was given to Moshe, animal & grain sacrifices are approved by EL, but not vegetables. Cain banished to wander earth, but first EL marks him so that he is not murdered by spirit of vengeance. That Cain was the one who cries out to be protected from being killed out of vengeance and EL complying foreshadows gentiles who in repentance receives Yeshua’s salvation marked by HIS blood and protected from penalty of sin, which is death.

-It’s really the same principle in shown in the feast of Passover whereby blood of lamb is ‘marked’ on the door post of the Hebrews (and converted gentiles) such that the angel of death ‘passes over’ the marked. We see this pattern repeated in Ezekiel 9, where EL instructs a mark on forehead of those who grieve for the abominations, that they be not taken by the incoming judgement. In the book of Revelation, the 144 thousand of Israelite tribes are marked that the wrath of EL does not touch them. I have no doubt that Yahweh repeats and will repeat this pattern today and in the future judgement coming to try all men.

#14. The law of the seconds. Man chooses the 1st (after the flesh); and Yahweh chooses the 2nd (after the spirit).

-Illustrated here is the beginning of another pattern further elucidated in scripture, the law of the 2nd. In that, though Cain was the first born, Yahweh preferred Abel. This is also seen in Yitzchak chosen over Ishmael; Yaakov over Esev; Ephraim over Manassaeh; Peretz over Zerach; the 2nd Adam (Christ) over the 1st Adam; the church (spiritual Isreal) over ethnic Israel; the priesthood of Christ over the priesthood of Levi; the 2nd covenant over 1st covenant; the new heaven/earth over the first. In line with this, Yahweh will once again revisit this pattern and choose women, the 2nd in order of creation to lead the end time harvest of souls. Despite haShem’s preference for the 2nd in order, it is worth to note that later on in the law of Moses, Yahweh establishes the primogeniture; that inheritance of a man belongs to the first born and not the 2nd son.

#15. Toldot (genelogy) of mankind from Adam (via Seth & Cain) to Noach.

Adam begat Seth at age 800, and died 930 years and fathered many more sons and daughters. Adam—Seth (died 912)—Enos (dies 950)—Cainan (died 910)—Mahalalel (dies 895)—Jared (dies 962) —-Enoch (Enoch lived only 365 yrs., and EL took him. Did not die)—Methuselah (died 965 yrs. as the oldest) —-Lamech (died 777)—Noach—Cham, Shem, Yephet. Adam-Kayin-Enoch-Mathushael-Lamech. Notice the two descendants (Seth & Kayin) share names (Enoch & Lamech). Kayin’s Enoch (hb:Chanokh- disciplined) is different than the Enoch from Seth (hb: Shet- appointed), Adam’s third son. Shet was appointed to replace Havel whom kayin slew. Also one can even say, appointed at this time spoke of the Messiah to come, who is appointed to ‘save’, ‘redeem’ and ‘mend’ broken relationship between man and EL initiated by Adam and Eve. Shet was appointed to be that bearer of the Messiah to come.

-Adam’s third son, Shet was ‘appointed’ to replace Havel whom Kayin slew. Appointed to be of the patriarchal lineage of the Messiah to come, who is appointed to save and restore mankind’s fallen nature. Even their names tell a story. The ancients did not just name for naming sake. Names carried meanings and often times can even determine, project future. The names together Adam (hb: Adamah -man) & Eve (hb chavah-life); Kayin (acquired), Havel (breathe) & Shet (appointed) together proclaim a message: Adam the ‘man’ and Eve, ‘the mother of all living’, have ‘acquired’ ‘breath’; and are ‘appointed’…….(seed to bear life, reproduce, restore).

- The Enoch from Seth was the righteous man; but then the Enoch from Kayin is the less righteous equivalent- reminds of “Balaam” being prophet of the gentile as equivalent of Moshe; which is also dichotomy between Messiah vs. Anti-Messiah types being foreshadowed. Methusaleh’s name is prophetic; which meant ‘when he dies, He will comes. It is thought that the great flood began shortly after Methusaleh died. Lamech 183 yo when begat Noach. Noach 500 yo when he begat sons Yephet, Shem, Cham. And Hashem decides, His Spirit shall not always strive with man, and cuts shot lifespan to 120 years; and that man’s heart is just continually wicked and evil, and a determination is made to destroy all creatures and begin again. But first, Noach along with 7 family members are chosen as the righteous ones to be spared. Noach is instructed to build ark to save himself and family from the incoming destructive flood.

B. Questions & Answers.

#1. Why ever did satan chose to manifest physically as ‘snake’ out of other more magnificent creatures? And why was the actual creature snake cursed to crawl on belly and eat dust? Did the snake have a choice to be used as tool of satan in this matter? Simple answer: the nature of snake before the fall. We are told in Genesis 3.1, ‘the snake was more subtle (crafty, deceitful) above all other creatures’. It is as if we are being informed that animals or at least the snake had certain awareness that enables them to participate or refrain. In other words, the serpent knew exactly what satan was offering and yet chose to corporate. Is this so shocking? Not really. Consider or observe domesticated animals such as dogs or cats, or observe elephants, dolphins, monkey/chimps, you know animals do have certain level of consciousness or awareness that allows them to freely choose to do something or refrain; though as advanced as humans. Perhaps this animal awareness was more developed pre-fall and post-fall was down-graded. How can I verify this biblically? In the matter of Balaam and his donkey. The donkey was aware of the angel and refused to proceed further. We are told in the book of Ecclesiastes, that animals have souls. (Psalm 104:29-30, Eccl. 12.7), thus having soul implies certain free agency even if limited compared to human soul.

#2. *Why did Yahweh allow evil? Evil is result of human choices; free to love, obey or not. Why didn’t Yahweh destroy satan right away? Again, the simplest answer to this is this: EL preferred humans as free moral agents, to love, obey freely not out of fear, obligation or compulsory. If satan the adversary was eliminated, the choice of evil vs good is thus eliminated as well = automaton & robots; which isn't what Yahweh desired. Yahweh wants people to freely choose to believe, worship, obey and love HIM.

#3. *But where did Cain get his wife? Adam & Eve obviously had many more children including females. Thus, Cain married his one of sisters. Obviously they had to marry their siblings even for to populate the earth at first. However, later when the law of Moses was given, there were prohibitions given against marrying ones close siblings.

Christianity EtcRe: False Prophet or Conditional Prophecy? Reconciling Deuteronomy 18 & Jeremiah 18 by SeraphEl(op):
# On the series Prophets & Prophesy. The conditional nature of prophesies. Part 2 of 5. Biblical evidence for conditional nature of prophecies.

To reiterate critical points contrary to popular misunderstandings and faulty teachings: 1. Much of biblical prophecies are conditional upon human response (or lack thereof). 2. Accuracy is not the goal to biblical prophecies. 3. Yahweh can change HIS mind, plans or word or prophecy if certain conditions change or do not change.

Please take time to really read, study, meditate and think critically about information presented here and the implications thereof concerning today’s faulty prophetic experience. Without much further ado, let’s dive into some biblical examples of conditional prophecies in scripture in orderly fashion beginning from Genesis.

Grab your bible, get out a pen, put on your thinking cap and read on. For brevity, you may focus on the highlighted portions as high yield scenarios. Though for best result, read them ALL.

#1. Genesis 18.18-20. When Avraham was given promise of seed, he believed (had faith) and it was counted to him as righteousness. We could thus say the fulfilment of this prophesy was predicated upon Avraham’s faith. The promises were certain on Yahweh’s side, however, its ultimate fulfilment was yet dependent on Avraham’s ‘believing’ & both his and Sarah’s obedience to ‘make’ the seed.

#2. In Exodus 4.24, Yahweh almost killed Moses for failing to circumcise son. What if his wife Zipporah didn’t rescue him? Moses would have been killed and thus the deliverance of Israel would have been delayed or post-phoned as Yahweh raises another to take Moses’ place. Thus, Moses prophetic word to deliver Israel was entirely dependent on his obedience to the instructions of Yahweh all thru the Hebrews journey in the wilderness. If Moses had failed at any one time, it would have necessarily caused some delay (or post-phoned) in fulfillment of prophecy of Israel’s inheritance of the land of Canaan.

#3. In Exodus 9, it wasn’t explicitly stated, but clearly, the 10 plagues were conditional on Pharaoh letting Israel go. If Pharaoh let the Israel go after the 3rd or 5th or 7th plague, it would have ended sooner or even not happen at all. Yet, the prophecy when given at first was specific that it seemed there was no conditionality. Pharaoh had a choice to comply or not. One thing though: the LORD already warned ahead of time that Pharaoh would refuse (hardened heart) and in this, Yahweh’s handiwork is revealed to the Hebrews by Pharaoh’s rebellion. Yet it is clear in the account of the 10 plagues that Pharaoh had a choice to let them go after each plague; he did not have to wait till the death of his son as the 10th plague.

#4. In Exodus 14:13: “The Egyptians you see today, ye shall see them again no more forever.” This looks like a definitive prophecy, but it is actually rather more of a command not to return to Egypt in Deut. 17:16- and because Israel disobeyed, they ended up in Egypt (Dt. 28:68). Deut. 33:17. Likewise Moses prophesied that Israel would “push the Gentile inhabitants of the land to the ends of the earth / land” (Dt. 33:17). And yet in the book of Joshua, these gentile nations were not completely pushed out of the land. Moses’ prophecies sound like predictions; but they were actually commands which the tribes had the freewill to obey or not. In Numbers 14.34, earlier Israel had in their disobedience, altered Yahweh's Word, in that the first generation to enter Canaan actually didn't; the perished in the wilderness for disobedience.

#5. Exodus 29.9. The Levitical priesthood was to be an eternal service and seemed unconditional (Ex 29.9). Yet, the family of Eli were disbarred from being priests due to corruption (1 Kings 2.27; 1 Sam 3;1 Chron 24.3). How to reconcile this? Though the priesthood of tribe of Levi as a whole was forever, however, each individual family of Levi’s continuing in the priestly duties was conditional upon obedience of each family of the tribe of Levi.

#6. Deuteronomy 2:4,6: “Command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau...and they shall be afraid of you...ye shall buy meat of them for money....ye shall also buy water of them for money”. This all sounds like definite prophecy. And yet when Israel came to these people and tried to pass through, and offered them money for bread and water, they were rejected by them (Num. 20:16-21; Jud. 11:17). The condition- that Edom had the freedom to reject them- isn’t mentioned, but it nonetheless was conditional.

#7. In Deuteronomy 3.20: Reuben and Manasseh and Gad were promised that they could return to their possessions in the east side of Jordan only when the others had possessed the land. Consider that the whole people of Israel would have been left in the wilderness, if the 2.5 tribes refused to cross the Jordan river (Num. 32:15). But this would have broken the Divine promise of Num. 14:31 that all those under 20 would enter the land. Even this promise, therefore, had unstated conditions attached to it. And yet Yahweh had yet later modified the prophesy that if they refused to go over Jordan, then they would forfeit their land and receive inheritance on the west side of Jordan with the rest of the tribes (Num. 32:30).

#8. In Deuteronomy 28, 29 especially, it becomes clear that inheriting and dwelling in the good land of Canaan was entirely conditional upon Israel’s obedience to the law of the Lord. But, when this initial promise was made, there was no emphasis on conditions placed (Deut 7.12; Deut 13.17, 2 Sam 7.10, 2 Chron 33.8. It was later that conditions emerged (2 kings 21.8, also See Deut. 28 & 29). Yahweh tells the people in Dt. 28.68 that they shall never return to Egypt, yet, later on when the people corrupted, at the destruction of Jerusalem, the people did return to Egypt as part of their judgement.

#9. Joshua 1.5-9: “There shall not any man be able to stand before thee;” and yet He goes on to stress that this was dependent upon Joshua’s personal obedience to the Law. “Thou shalt drive out the Canaanites, though they have iron chariots, and though they be strong” (Josh. 17:18) was prophecy, but it was actually a command, not a predictive prophesy. For those tribes proved too strong for Israel; and so the gentile nations were not all pushed out. And so in that sense the ‘prophecy’ wasn’t fulfilled.

#10. Judges 13.7, an angel said, Samson shall be Nazarite from birth to death. Yet, he wasn’t Nazarite thru his life for he later ate unclean thing, touched a carcass and shaved his head. The prophecy of him being Nazarite to death was conditional on him keeping the requirements of Nazarite vows.

#11. 1 Sam 9 and 10. Saul’s kingship assumed to be generational, and no condition given when Samuel anointed him. Yet, he was stripped of it and kingship given to David when he disobeyed and rebelled (1 Sam 13.13-15, 1 Sam 15.26-28).

#12. 2 Sam 7.10. Yahweh says, HE will plant Israel and they no longer be moved nor oppressed by enemies. David was promised to never want a man to sit upon his throne. In these two examples, no conditions was initially given. Later on, it became clear that Israel remaining in the land of Israel, not being oppressed by enemies, and the throne of David continuing was predicated upon them keeping the law of the Lord and IF they walk in HIS ways (1 kings 3.14, 6:12, 11.38). Else they would be plucked out (Jeremiah 12:14-17); and in the subsequent Assyrians and Babylonians captivity and exile, Israel was dispersed, Jerusalem destroyed, and Davidic kingship ended. Yet, this prophecy was only post-phoned in fulfilment in the person of Messiah of the lineage of David, whose throne continues forever; and in Messianic reign all Israel would once again dwell securely in the land of Israel.

#13. In 2nd Sam 7.11. Peace assured to David in his reign, yet, when he committed adultery with Bathsheba and murdered husband Uriah, the prophesy was modified to include continuous war and unrest for rest of his days ( 2 Sam 12.10-14, 2 Sam 20). David was promised a stable kingdom and forever, yet the kingdom split in the days of Solomon for his apostasy with foreign wives and gods ( 1 kings 11.11).

#14. In 1 Kings 11:38. Yahweh was willing to transfer the kingdom of David to Ephraim if he would keep HIS covenant though it had originally being promised forever to David by prophesy. **Though it is critical to understand the David’s kingship was foreshadowing and pointing towards the Messiah, of the descendant of David, the King of Kings whose kingdom is eternal and forever. So, while the human aspect of prophesy failed, the divinity portion was fulfilled and continues forever in the person of Christ. When the kingdom of Isael split, Yahweh left Judah (along with Benjamin and Levi) to continue in order to fulfil the prophecy of the Messiah of David’s seed.

#15. 1 kings 21.2-29. Judgement issued upon house of Achav. Elijah brought word that his entire house will be killed off, yet this prophesy was postponed to his sons days because he humbled self and repented. Ahab modified his behavior (even if temporarily) and Yahweh post phoned the judgement on his family. Later on, Jehu understood the prophecies about the destruction of the house of Ahab meant he must get on and do the work of destroying them (2 Kings 10:10,11,17). Likewise, in 2 Kings 8.19. when evil king Manasseh repented after great evils, he was brought back from captivity.

#16. 2 Kings 8.19, Yahweh says HE would not let Judah be destroyed by her enemies for the sake of David, yet later, both kingdoms of Isreal were destroyed and people taken captive by the Assyrians and the Babylonians and other smaller gentile nations. This prophecy was entirely on Israel keeping their end of bargain- obeying the covenant of the law of the Lord; which they didn’t and were subsequently dispersed.

#17. 2 Kings 13.17-19. Elisha prophesied he would totally consume the Syrians, yet the king was only able to partially defeat the Syrians. The statement ‘consume’ was only partially true as long as the king was willing to continue warring against the Syrians. As the king of Judah stopped after 3 attempts, he only partially defeated Syrians.

#18. 2 Kings 20. Hezekiah’s death prophesied by Isaiah, and no condition given initially. Yet, when Hezekiah prayed and cried to the Lord, his life extended by 15 years.

#19. 2 kings 22.20, Huldah the prophetess prophesied Josiah the king would die in peace, there were no conditions given; but later, Josiah meddled in a war against Pharaoh Necho in rebellion against the word of the Lord, and was killed in battle. Dying by the sword in battle is not dying in peace (see also 2 Chron. 35.20-24).

#20. In 2nd chronicles 7.14-16. Yahweh declares ‘if My people humble themselves turn from wicked ways, I will hear and heal…’. But this healing depended upon Israel repenting and staying faithful to the covenant and the law. When they disobeyed, Israel was cast out of temple, Jerusalem destroyed, and the people exiled.

#21. In 2 chronicles 12.1-7. , EL threatens to abandon Israel to Shishak of Egypt, but this was conditional upon them repenting, and they did, and EL offered help.

#22. Proverbs 3. 9, 10: “Honour the Lord with thy substance…so shall thy barns be filled with plenty” appears an unconditional offer of material prosperity in response to human obedience. There shall no evil happen to the just” (Prov. 12:21). But we know in reality, this is not always so. There are conditions to this promise; scripture notes also that the righteous sometimes suffer. “

-There are many other such examples in the book of Psalm, and Ecclesiastes about righteous inheriting good; and the wicked likewise evil. However in reality, we often see the opposite. Even in scripture, there are often counter sides, where the wicked flourish-at least here on earth; and the righteous suffer. And often, There are no conditions or explanations given in the actual text in these places. We are to employ the whole counsel of scripture in filling the blank and in correctly interpreting. Prophecies which seem to be predictive, but have unspoken conditions is to be considered in prophetic utterances unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Christianity EtcRe: How An 11 Day Journey Became 40 Years of Circling the Arid Wilderness. by SeraphEl(op):
A Midrash (bible study): Shadows of the Messiah in Bereishit (Genesis) 1- 6.8 Part 3 of 4.

#10. The fall. The origin of free will & choice. Enters sin, sickness, decay, disease & death.

-The tree of knowledge of good and evil represented EL presenting man with freedom to choose to obey (life) or disobey (death); to have free moral agency. EL didn’t set out to make ‘automatons’. *Satan cloaks himself as ‘serpent’ beguiling the woman, yet one wonders why serpent? According to scripture, serpent was the most cunning (and wise) of all creation. But what does this mean? That serpent had a choice to be used of satan? Yes, exactly. This is why serpent was also cursed to crawl on belly. First trick of devil was to question and twist what EL said: “did EL say….but surely you will not die.” Beware. Satan still uses this oldest trick today by the various false doctrines that has crept in the church. For example: “did EL really say you must endure to end, or be holy to see HIM, surely you cannot lose your salvation?. OR surely, a loving God cannot punish eternally in hell” Or “did Christ really say you will suffer the great tribulation, surely, God will not bruise and batter HIS bride”.

-Adam & Eve were given the first law, Eve disobeyed, and Adam follow suit. And so spiritual and physical death came into the world and passed down to humanity thereafter. Beyond the ‘curses’ outlined in Genesis 3, there were obviously other impact of Adam & Eve’s disobedience initiated sequences of curses on all of creation. Many animals became ferocious towards humans and towards other animals; certain organisms ‘evolved’ into toxic and deadly in nature such as certain bacteria, viruses, parasites (hence HIV, Coronavirus, Measles, Meningitis etc). Along with natural disasters such as volcanoes, earthquakes, storms, wild fires. Man also began to physically age biologically, and body systems began accelerated decay, malfunction & genetic mutations all leading to disease states, illness and to an eventual physical death. In the millennial reign of Christ, there is restoration to the ideal state; and ‘they shall no longer destroy nor harm on my holy mountain’. The lion and the lamb will lie together (Isa 11.6-10). Humans will acquire glorified bodies; that even an 100 years old person is still a babe. Isa 65.20-25.).

- Adam blames on the woman; and the woman blames the serpent. Neither took responsibility of guilt. Adam is as much to blame as Eve, yet women are castigated for being easily deceived. Perhaps if Adam didn’t partake, he could have redeemed Eve and humanity from its curses. Adam and Eve died that day- spiritual death was instant, that is cut off from Yahweh; but then physical death was set in motion though they did not die right at the moment; aging began. Does this mean men were never meant to die? Or was it that that lifespan was cut short? It seems it was rather the longevity that was cut short such that rather than living to be 1000 years, we now barely live 100.

-Serpent tricks her “surely you will not die, eat and your eye shall be opened and be like gods.” Pride and arrogance still the prime way serpent tricks today. Pride is what got Satan thrown out of heaven; it is what he uses today to destroy peoples. Desiring to be like gods, to be wise, Eve ate and gave to Adam. The scale of innocence fell off their eyes as sin and death both physically and spiritually ensued and passed down to humanity. Notice how both enjoyed freely the communion with Yahweh and heard HIs audible voice…until they disobeyed. The intimate communion was severed; and the barrier between realms thickened.

#11. The origin of sin & the etiology of humankind’s woes: patriarchy, supremacy, subjugation, slavery etc. And, Yes, Satan tells truth, but not the whole truth.

-The curse of satan “enmity between man and her seed” implies this is the start of adversarial nature of satan and man. So, EL covers up their shame with clothes made of animal skin, drove them out of garden to go fend for themselves. Much same as HE drove Israel out of promised land for polluting HIS land. Because of Adam and Eve’s wrong choices, Sin is inherent in our nature (chet Kadmon). After eating of the tree, their eyes were opened, they did become aware of good and evil, and indeed did become like ‘gods’ though not as satan implied or the way Eve thought. So, the serpent told some truth but hid the other truth; that is the consequences thereof; of death, pain, chaos, strife- in fact the evil and woes of humanity- the chet kadmon (original sin) or yetzer hara (evil inclination) passed down to humanity. “Who told you were naked,” as their innocence had vanished by their actions. They both ate and shame entered, afraid and naked- result of fallen nature.

-One can say the knowledge of right and evil now imbedded in every man’s conscience. The curses that ensue were the origin of all of societal woes namely: patriarchy, supremacy, subjugation, slavery; woman’s labour pains & man’s general laboring; domination of woman by man, incessant obsession & pressure for women to marry and procreate, and alas, the adversarial nature between man and the devil. As a result, serpent cursed to crawl, and eat dust, bite man and be crushed by man (which ultimately pointed to Yeshua who gave satan a crushing blow in HIS death and resurrection); woman cursed to pain in childbirth, man indirectly cursed to eat by sweat of brow because of the cursed land till death.

#12. Yeshua, the 2nd Adam is the ultimate seed of the woman who crushes serpents head.

The curse of satan “enmity between man and her seed” implies this is the start of adversarial nature of satan and man. This passage also speaks ultimately of Yeshua being the seed of the woman whom by HIS death (satan bruising HIS heels), destroyed power of sin and death (=crushed satan’s head). Even now, as EL declares the end from beginning, HE is saying, in these last days, it is the seed of a woman that shall crush serpents head. It’s a woman that began the downfall of man by allowing satan to trick her. In these last days, Eve shall redeem women (hence Jeremiah 31:21-22: return backsliding woman), for HaShem shall use women to crush satan’s head; and once again turn men around back to salvation- which is the new thing spoken of in Jeremiah for it certainly is a different order. This same woman is spoken of symbolically in Revelation who also brings forth man child that is taken up into heaven and that will shepherd the nations. I sense there’s something behind this ‘seed of woman’ and ‘her children’ and ‘end times’. Though I am well aware this speaks of Yeshua clearly as elucidated in Heb 2.9-14. But inasmuch as scripture ultimately points to Yeshua does not mean the events and stories didn’t have other applications and multi-fulfilment which clearly they did; and yet can have applications for the future.

# What is the ‘mixture’ in the 10 mixed toes of clay and iron.

- Daniel 2’s image presents the 10 toes of iron and clay mixture which denotes that the 10 nations of the final beast empire will have a strong unifying element as an iron and yet weakened by some factor. According to book of Daniel, as iron and clay do not mix well, these 10 nation coalition will be strong yet brittle. Meaning, these 10 nations will comprise of a group of people who will be united and strong thru a common link yet are divided by another factor. But wait, what then are these factor (s) that unite and yet divide them. Interestingly, in Hebrew the word ‘mix, mixture’ is ‘Arab’, also ‘Aram’; and means to co-mingle. Is Daniel hinting who or where this 10 nation come from? It seems so.

-I like to posit two factors or two separate parts: both ethnic heritage and of religious background as the two elements that both unite and divide. There are strong biblical evidence that the antichrist is of mixed heritage: Hebrew, specifically of tribe of Dan; and also of Arab descent. . I will present these biblical evidence in another post.

-For one, for antichrist to be able to successfully appeal to and win over the Jews at the first 3.5 years, he has to be identified as ‘Jewish’ ethnically and/or by strongly rooted associations to Jewish faith and culture. He will even recite the Torah as if a bona fide rabbi. The antichrist must also be able to convince mainstream evangelical Christians that he is friend of Jews for this mass deception to work well (think Trump evangelicals). In other words, antichrist will come as ‘lamb’ but is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Contrary to popular imagery, antichrist is not present (at least not at first) uncouth evil monster with pitchfork, horns, a tail and tattoo of 666 on his forehead. Think about it logically. The other ‘mixture’ component of the 10 nation armies of the antichrist is that of religion.

-Which religion is most likely then? Well, you recall from previous post, in Daniel 2, how the Roman empire (leg of image) fell to the Ottoman empire (the feet of the image)?

-Historically, Ottoman-Turks empire was an Islamic caliphate. So, logically then, the 10 toes off this feet that is Ottoman Empire are mainly composed of Arab nations. So, then, the prominent religion would logically be Islam. And so this makes the religion of Islam both the strong uniter and ironically, also divides them. How so? How would Islam be both uniter and divider? Well, you see if you think about it, humans are rarely completely united on any one thing, religion the chiefess of all source of conflict. So, it’s only natural that there will be even division.

-To date, there are 2 main divisions of Islam: the Sunnis & Shiites. My best hypotheses point to the fundamental differences in practices and beliefs between these two main divisions of Islam that is the bone of contention among these 10 nation coalitions. Perhaps in another post, I would outline the major differences and beliefs between the 2 sects of Islam that would likely cause substantial conflict amidst as to make the 10 nation coalition brittle and thus weaken them.

# The he-goat with 1 great horn and 4 horns.

-Daniel 8’s he-goat with 1 great horn and 4 other horns. Per history, Alexander the great of Macedon (Grecia) empire conquered Persia, but at his death, his kingdom was split by his generals into 4 kingdoms (Egypt, Syria, Macedonia, Pergamon) with Egypt and Syria the 2 main kingdoms. Egypt became the “king of the South”; and Syria became “king of the North” with land of Israel as the point of reference.

# The 4th beast with 10 horns.

- Daniel 7, The first three beasts represent the 3 previous empires: Babylonians (or Medes), Persian, Grecian. The 4th beast in Daniel 7 is the Roman empire, and the 10 horns represent the 10 nations of the beast. The Roman empire later split into two kingdoms: the western and the eastern parts (=the 2 legs of iron). The western portion fell to a Germanic tribe in west Europe. However, the eastern portion of Roman empire carried the essence of Roman empire (Byzantine era); led by Constantine with the capital known as Constantinople. When eastern Roman empire fell to Ottoman-Turks, Constantinople was renamed Istanbul, which is today, is the modern day capital of the country of Türkiye (Turkey). The Ottoman-Turk empire is the revived 7th empire of Revelation, which becomes the 8th empire according to the book of Revelation. This revived 7th empire is just the alliance of the 10 nations of beast empire; and will then become the 8th empire when revived. Ottoman-Turk empire is the healed ‘head’ wound in the book of revelation.

# The king of south (Egypt) and king of north (Syria).

-Daniel 11, Egypt is south of Israel; Syria is North of Israel. The little horn arises from the north country. Both nations of Syria and Egypt has been applied to denote Israel’s relationship with its Northernmost and Southernmost borders. Syria is north of Israel, which was historically assimilated by the Assyrian empire. Assyria biblically has been Israel’s long time enemy and the archetype of many antichrists types and shadows seen in the many biblical adversaries of Israel. For example, King Sennacherib of Assyria in the time of Hezekiah, king of Judah who sought to destroy the Jews and besiege Jerusalem. See Isaiah 37. King Sennacherib was a type of antichrist just as Antiochus Epiphanes was. Please read the bravado and speeches of Sennacherib’s right hand man Rabshakeh (=false prophet of antichrist), King of Assyria & compare to the ‘bold blasphemous speeches of anti-Christ against Yahweh in Isaiah 36, 37; 2 Kings 19.27-28. This gives us hints as what THE antichrist’s blasphemous speeches would sound like.

# Antiochus Epiphanes, the little horn from Syria.

-Daniel’s prophesy had multiple applications or multi-fulfilments. Historically, the little horn of Daniel was fulfilled in the person of Antiochus Epiphanes, the Syrian captain of Seleucid kingdom of Grecian empire who desecrated the temple and massacred many Jews. But what about future king of north? Careful reading of this chapter gives us indication of origin of the antichrist of the last days. Though, historically, this prophecy of ‘little horn’ was fulfilled in Antiochus Epiphanes, the Syrian captain of the Seleucid kingdom of the split Grecian empire who desecrated the temple and murdered many Jews. However, because the overall tone/context of Daniel's visions suggests end of time, we are to extrapolate that these events are to repeat towards end of time. There’s dual-fulfilments or multi-fulfilment in its application.

# The antichrist: the little horn and the king of north in the last days.

-The later fulfilment of Daniel’s prophecies will be in the person of THE antichrist of the end days. This means, in the last days, both the antichrist and events described in Daniel will repeat. It’s also most likely that the king of North (of Israel) will hail from Syria (formerly Assyria). See Assyrian beast references: Micah 5:1-9; Yeshayahu 14:22-27, 30: 3-6, 27-33; Yechezkel 31:2-18; 32; 21-30; Tehillim 83; Daniel 11: 36-45. In that, this latter king of North will come from same location of Syria, and in the same spirit of antichrist, and many of the events of the past will share similarities with the future events. But this time, key differences are that the antichrist will work his deceit with those who forsake the (new) covenant rather than old covenant (the Jews). In the future, this ‘covenant’ will be believers in Christ; and those who forsake the covenant are deceived apostate believers (think Trump's evangelicals)

# The dual nature of prophetic fulfillment.

-Overall, The visions of Daniel and prophecies are dual in that it prophesied of events of both short and long term fulfillment all merged into one continuous flow: following middle east pattern of storytelling at the time. The short term part occurred shortly after time of Daniel when Epiphanes of Syria invaded Israel and desecrated temple. The long term is likely kept till the time of the end, when transgression of gentiles reaches its limit. Much like when the disciples asked Yeshua what will be the signs of the end. Yeshua answered giving both the short term and long term events. The short term being the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple by Romans in 70CE few decades after HIS ascension into heaven; and then HE extrapolated into the future events of the latter end of time. The writings of the prophets also illustrate this type of storytelling or prophecy whereby a single story merges both past and present and future.

As it is written “what is and what will be, already have been…there’s nothing new under the sun... HaShem revisits the past". What multi- fulfilment prophecies tell us is that in the spirit realm, these events are the same and ONE because there’s only one devil (spirit) behind them.

As the Messiah was foreshadowed by types and shadows and patterns, so, the anti-Messiah was foreshadowed. Really, in the spirit, there’s only ONE Spirit of Yahweh; and there is only one spirit of anti-Christ. Generation changes. Time passes. Events differ, faces change; yet it is the same spirit.

Christianity EtcRe: The Illusion of Being an Influencer: Your Followers Become Your Masters by SeraphEl(op):
As in the days of Noah, storm cloud is here. Seek shelter in the Ark (‘Word’) of the LORD.

During my meditation 4 days ago I prayed to the LORD concerning my posting in this site, that the LORD bless and work in the hearts of whosoever shall read. And the LORD spoke "I will give you the life of those aboard this ship, who sail with you in this journey". That is, I will spare the readers, those who go on this journey thru scriptures with you". These are they who hide themselves in HIS Word; who fear and honour HIS Word. HaShem has promised to protect and preserve them in the incoming deluge. Amen.

# Prophetic teaching.

Yeshua said in scripture, ‘as in the days of Noah’. Well, we are in the days of Noah, so like Noah, I echo the same words ‘come into the ark of the Word of the LORD; save yourself from the incoming storm’. Study the Word, in there is life, safety, peace, refuge, wisdom, strength and instructions for righteous and holy living.

The Hebrew word for ark, teivah, also means “word”. Today, HaShem is saying, “Come into the word”, enter within the words of this Torah study. Yeshua is the Word. Study the Word is as seeking shelter and refuge from the deluge to come.

Come journey thru the scriptures. It is where you will find a sanctuary, refuge, much wisdom & meaning, instructions on righteousness and holiness amidst the raging storm and overflowing tumultuous floodwaters of life. For man does not live on bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the LORD. Faith comes by hearing, hearing by the Word of the LORD. Hear and do. To know HIS Word is to know HIS ways. To know HIS ways is to know the LORD.

When you read HIS Word, the focus should be on Christ. THIS is like seeking shelter in HIM. HIS Word is as Ark of salvation; HE is that WORD = Ark of salvation.

And later that day, the LORD impressed upon me that ‘those with you aboard this ship, that sail with you’……that is those who go on this journey with you….are those who embark on the journey thru scriptures in studying, reflecting, meditating and are changed by what they are learning and the teachings of the Spirit.

# Here are biblical examples for illustration of this teaching.

1. Noah’s ark. The ark was a type of salvation; and for those who ‘come’ into it are spared/saved from coming destruction. Run to Yeshua, HE’s the only ark in the storm to come. HIS Word is the Ark of safety. Hide yourself in it; safety is assured.

2. Moshe and Israelites at Red Sea. Moshe as powerful as EL had used him to rescue Israel out of bondage, in displaying the 10 plagues, in the pillar of cloud/fire that followed, yet he still prayed and cried out to EL in the last hour forgetting the power and authority already given him. And the LORD says 'why cry out to me, take your rod, strike the waters'. For some, you need to stop praying in unbelief and leap to action.

3. Yeshua & disciples in the boat. They were in the boat with Master of life, after having seen the miracles and such power displayed, yet panicked during a turbulent storm rather than have faith.

4. Saul’s stormy expedition to Rome in Acts 27.22-25. Saul most likely prayed for those aboard ship with him and for EL to calm the storm, but EL answered Saul by telling him that the storm is sustained, but assuring him that the life of those aboard ship will be spared. The storm was allowed such that the miracle of being spared will serve as testimonial, a confirmation of Paul’s message. These 275 souls most likely heard the gospel.

One common theme or link is faith. Faith in Christ in the midst of stormy life circumstances. Here is the wisdom: when you embark on this journey thru scriptures, your sole focus should be on Christ; on finding Him thru HIS Word; on knowing Him and growing in Him. Amen. Like Peter, focus on Christ lest you sink down the waters of life. Amen.

Shalom. Make the Sabbath of the LORD a delight and study the Word of the LORD. It is your Ark of Salvation in the incoming deluge. Amen.

“Abraham rejoiced to see My day….Before Abraham was, I AM…..David called me LORD…..Moshe wrote of me... Then beginning with Moshe (Torah), and all the prophets, He (Christ) explained to them (disciples) all things concerning Himself in all the scriptures. Luke 24.27. “Search the scriptures…..they testify of Me; If you believed Moshe, you would believe Me also, for Moshe wrote about Me”. John 5.39, 46; 8.56; Matt 22.45.

Midrash (bible study). Today on Torah studies: Bereishit (Genesis) 1 thru 6; Part 2 of 4.

#6. Yeshua, is the first breath of Life.

Genesis 2: 7 “and the LORD formed man of the dust and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul”. At death, the body returns to dust; and spirit returns back to the LORD (Eccl 12.7, Psalm 104:29-30).The soul/spirit lives on.

#7. Both Adam & Eve made in YHVH’s image= equal. Eve from Adam's side = equal. ALL peoples from one man/blood = equal.

Genesis 1.27 , 2.22: “and EL created man in his own image; male and female in HIS image; and gave them dominion over earth. Notice: man and woman given dominion over created things, not over each other nor other people. Adam as the first man created sinned and by him judgement passed to all man; and in Christ, the 2nd Adam, in HIS obedience righteousness extended to many (Rom. 5.19). More than mere gender roles, the ‘maleness’ of Adam represented Christ, and the ‘femaleness of Eve’ represented the church, the bride of Christ (Eph.5.26-32

#8. Yeshua is the ultimate Sabbath (spiritual) rest.

Genesis 2.1-3: “and the LORD rested on the 7th day from all HIS work”. Let us keep the Sabbath day of the LORD as commanded. Yet, Christ is the essence and the ultimate spiritual sabbath from bondage of sin & works of flesh (Heb 4.9-11).

#9. Yeshua is the tree of life and the river of living water.

-Genesis 2.10-14; 3.24: -The river that flows out of Eden with 4 streams represent Yeshua, the living water that flows into 4 corners of the world. The tree of life represent Yeshua who indeed is the tree of everlasting life, and we the branches (John 15.5, Prov 3.18, Rev 2.7). And whoever eats and drinks of him shall never hunger, and thirst and rivers of living water shall flow from this one (John 4.14; 6.35; 7.38).

-Today, Yeshua offers us place of spiritual rest and salvation in HIM, the way of the tree of life. When we obey and abide by HIM in this “garden” with HIM as the tree of life, and we as branches; HE gives His ministering angels and His spirit (flaming sword- of the spirit) to preserve us and to keep in the way of Yeshua-the way, the truth and the everlasting life (Heb 1.14). Amen. This literal tree of life and the river of life would also be revealed towards end of messianic reign where river goes forth and fruits for the healing of the nation’s according to John in Revelation 22.1-2, 14, Ezekiel 47.10-12 and Zechariah 14.8.

*Prayer: LORD, draw the weary, the burdened, the tired that they may gain rest for their souls. Let us abide in you as branches, lest we wither and die; prune us that we may become more fruitful. Water us with your living Word that we may become rivers of life giving water to those around us; let your light shine upon us as we reflect you in the darkness around us. Amen.

Christianity EtcRe: False Prophet or Conditional Prophecy? Reconciling Deuteronomy 18 & Jeremiah 18 by SeraphEl(op):
On the series Prophets & Prophesy. The conditional nature of prophesy Part 1 of 5.

A. Introduction to The role of human response in prophecy fulfillment.

# Contrary to popular misconception (due to faulty teaching of the prophetic & the role of prophecies), prophecies are not set in stone but are heavily conditional upon human behavior and actions or lack thereof. Most times though the conditions are rarely stated, but are rather implied. When prophecies do not come to pass within certain time period, it could mean various things. It could mean that certain conditions have changed (or not met), a delay of fulfilment or a post-phoned fulfilment. Much of the time, one cannot understand prophecy spoken or how it would manifest until it has come to pass. At times, the immediate evidence of the prophet’s authenticity is that their message is in harmony with character and truth of Yahweh as already elucidated clearly in the law of the Yahweh (or scripture).

# So much misunderstandings and confusions abound in what is taught or practiced as the ‘prophetic’ in today’s church circus. It is critical to understand that a prophesy (assuming from a true prophet) that failed to materialize does not automatically make one a false prophet. You see this common misunderstanding about the prophetic amongst the American (false) prophetic network systems during American presidential elections..

Then you have the other extreme equally wrong and false ‘cessation-ism’ crews, heresy hunters and doctrinal watchdogs who immediately pounce and exploit the perceived failures of these so called prophets thereby blaspheming the prophetic ministry as a whole.

First, most of these popular characters in these prophetic circus networks are not prophets of Yahweh; secondly, both sides of the spectrum do not understand the prophetic. And thus, propagate false understanding of the prophetic amongst faux Christians, the immature and the biblically illiterate Christians alike. A severe case of the blind leading (teaching) the blind and both fall head on into a ditch.

In this section, I will be providing numerous scriptural evidence in the coming sessions that show that majority of biblical prophecies are conditional contrary to today’s misunderstanding of prophets and role of prophecies. Hopefully by the end of this section, your understanding of the role of prophecies would be different.

B. Accuracy is NOT the goal of biblical prophecies: a prophet is a mouthpiece, a spokesperson for the LORD. If prophesy is simply speaking forth the word of the LORD, then THAT word can be a command, a statement of ideal which may or may not be fulfilled depending on person’s behavior, response or lack thereof. Accuracy is NOT necessarily the goal of true prophesies. If accuracy were the goal, then most biblical prophets, Christ and the apostles would be classified as ‘false’ by today’s standards of what a prophet should be. In the following biblical examples of conditionality of prophecies, you will understand why accuracy is not the goal of true biblical prophecies.

# Based on biblical prophetical studies, there emerges categories of conditionality of prophecies. And I will provide ample biblical examples of each category later on. #1. Prophesies can be delayed, rescheduled, post-phoned in fulfilment if certain conditions change (or do not change). #2. There are Prophesies in which original fulfilment had been altered into another in application. #3. There are Prophesies with multiple fulfilments. #4. There are prophecies that are actually commands; and there are statements or commands that are actually prophecies. There are factors that play great role in conditionality of prophecies: obedience, repentance and prayer.

-The role of obedience. To Hashem, obedience is everything. “To obey is better than sacrifice; to harken better than fat of ram”. To determine the role of obedience in conditionality of prophecies, the first clue is the “IF and Then” statement. However, this is not always the case. Most prophecies in scripture come without stated conditions and must be implied. If blessings are promised with some conditions, then disobedience could negate prophecies fulfilment.

-The role of repentance: most often than not, predictions or warning of judgment were effectively calls to repentance. The predicted judgement need not actually happen. The conditions are implied that when Yahweh tells a prophet to go send warning of judgement, it is because HIS mind is not made up and can be changed IF the response is repentance and return to the right path by the people. Classic example of this is the story of Jonah and Nineveh. Note that at the initial announcement of judgement to Nineveh, Yahweh didn’t give Jonah conditions of repentance. Thus it was implied that judgement or not was dependent on Nineveh’s response.

-The role of prayer: we are admonished to pray always, unceasingly. In scripture, it’s clear that prayer changes things and moves the heart and the mind of Yahweh. Many great men and women of Israel interceded for Israel and was able to stay the hand of Yahweh or bring about His plans for the people. Classic example: Moses interceded for the Hebrews many times in the journey in the wilderness that Yahweh did not destroy the people; and in some instances, provided for their needs.

C. What is the goal of prophecy then? In a simple sentence: human response; to elicit change in behavior or motivate action in the present (=repentance) and thus avert future consequences (judgement) OR to bring about desired outcome. It’s pretty much common sense and logic that fulfillment of certain prophecies require certain human actions. Yahweh is not a magical genie; man is not a robot. A lot of prophecies still require human agency, free will, choice and actionable steps. Yahweh respects man’s free will and freedom to choose. Some prophecies simply won’t come true pending certain conditions being met by the people.

-Yahweh choses to partner with humans to bring about HIS plans; and can adjust HIS purpose in response to our actions or lack thereof. Yes, this means prophecies can indeed be delayed, post-phoned or be altered in fulfilment pending human actions or lack thereof. Still yet, There comes a time when EL’s conditional judgment of destruction becomes unconditional. This is when calls to repentance has gone unheeded for far too long. The LORD’s patience has reached maximum end. Take for example: Israel’s destruction and dispersion did occur even though thru certain times when they repented, EL offered deliverance.

Next: The conditionality of prophecies Part 2 of 5: Biblical evidence for conditional nature of prophecies. This section brings much enlightenment to your understanding of the prophetic and the purpose of prophecy biblically NOT per human definition and practices.
