It is more a psychological thing. Your friend needs a psychologist. Your friend has this idea/belief which he has nursed over time after being discharged from the hospital and his mind is now messing up with him. From a scientific standpoint, I doubt if there is any scientific evidence that supports this idea if any one has seen any, he should kindly bring it forward so we all can learn from it. Are we nigerians thinking at all? During votings we become ZOMBIES by exchanging our vote/pvcs for akara, maggi, salt, half kg of rice peanuts name them. And elderly men and women are not even helping matters at all. Couple with us youths that are supposed to think upright are becoming something to kick about like balls by politicians without positive visions when in power.

I think it is time to hold current government accountable and not when they are out of power. Nigerians are so educated to in blaming past regime instead of current leaders and ministries.
What happend to 2016 budget? Where are the projects from various ministries?
