The thing that most people commenting dont know is that jamb now keeps a record of all students who registers for the exam and you cant hold two undergradate admissions at thesamse time any longer in Nigeria unless you graduate from one to start the other. Thats the essence of the registar needing a formal clarification on that so that his portal can be updated to be out of school otherwise he will not be able to get any admission even with this good score.
