And therefore, there is no way they can check that people voted multiple times, or that people from other States came into Rivers State Just to Vote.

Other states that conducted LG election uses updated voters registers of 2023 election. So why will Rivers State be different? INEC doesn't even have materials to supply those states

Medical report? No. Autopsy which is the most important thing? No. And they provided only one eye witness. Lol.

The number of witnesses doesn't really matter!!
The only thing the court needed to set him free is iota of doubt. Even if the evidence you highlighted about were provided, an iota of doubt in those evidence will still set the accused free!
State prosecutors are very lazy with thier profession. I have never lost any case against the state!
