evening, quick question is using your uncle as a legal guardian backed with an affidavit put you in any danger?

good morning, pls i applied for my visa 7 working days ago tier 4 stdent visa i am not sure if i submitted my letter of sponsorship/attestation/consent. Pls what do i do, trying to be calm. Pls help.
