Hi everyone,

I have an acre of land in Ofada inside an estate with proposed perimeter fencing (building work will start soon). Already has motorable road and has the electricity grid just adjacent to it with a small community (and a church) within a radius of 500 meters. It has a road link beside it straight to the chinese village if you want to avoid the expressway traffic at Redemption camp area. I reaaly love it (Very good location!!!!!).

I need cash to kickstart a new project without increasing my borrowings.

I want to sell half of it (3 plots) to any interested (SERIOUS) buyer for a cash price of 1.5 million ONO. My Lawyer will handle all transactions for me.

If you are serious and interested pls contact me via e-mail sessygee74@yahoo.com. We may then talk later.

Cheers.

Sessy,
