Please help a brother. My number was banned from using telegram, there was a friend I was chatting with in USA so I created another account with new Sim I tried to message him and I'm been notified that I can only send messages to mutual friends. How do I go about it..?

you where not ban, your number was suspended for spamming. you where sending messages to groups and the admin reported you, the first time the suspension is few days, if they report you again the second time the suspension will last ×2, and the third time ×4
