Politics / Re: One Million-Man March: FG Floods Major Cities With Policemen by seunayantokun(m): 6:54pm On Aug 10
One million march go where? Instead of protesting for change of constitution, they are looking for confusing that will lead to end of Tinubu's government. Oh no! Now , ask them how does that solve the present political arrangement which has been bastardising our economy? Arrant nonsense! Protest and shout for a change of the 1999 constitution which we can't tell how it came into being yet it is holding our lives to ransom. Press the necks of all your lawmakers who ironically are not representing you. Hold the governors by the jugular so that all of them will rise for change of constitution. Protest and demand state and local council policing so that insecurity will end and economy can breathe a fresh air. You are being uprooted economically yet you misdirecting your energy. Your ain't wise, men.

Politics / Re: Economy My Priority Now, Tinubu Tells Anyaoku, Others Seeking New Constitution by seunayantokun(m): 7:05am On Aug 10
Sustainable growth and development CAN NEVER HAPPEN where a slaving, oppressive and keep-them-down constitution is operating. 1999 constitution is a bondage. People must rise and protest that now.

Politics / Re: Atiku to Service chiefs: Don't use lethal force on peaceful protesters by seunayantokun(m): 10:54pm On Aug 06
Nigerians don't deserve good governance if they are only concerned about 'my own people' must be president rather than aiming to uproot the root of bitterness in their lives called the 1999 constitution. My prayer is that God won't allow Atiku or another fulani to grab power, then you will shed real tears and blood. You ain't seeing nothing yet.
Politics / Re: Protesters Raze APC's Office In Daura, Buhari’s Village (Photo) by seunayantokun(m): 6:42pm On Aug 06
Organisers and pushers of the protest have provided an opportunity for display of right and ethnic anger for protesters and those who have refused to protest. And the results? What you have and what you will have.

Politics / Re: 'We Want Tinubu To Step Down & Atiku To Take Over' - Kaduna Protester by seunayantokun(m): 11:06pm On Aug 05
Can you see why they are protesting? Even in the midst of plenty there is no way such reasoning wouldn't hand you over to hunger. So, Atiku is the change they want, not the change of poverty-producing 1999 constitution. Nonsense! Is Atiku even a leader for any reasonable human being?

Nonsense.
Does that primate sound realistic at all?
We should all tell all arms of government at all levels to gun for change of the 1999 constitution that will see all powers stolen to the centre sent back to states or regions. The impacts will be immediate.

State and local council policing and the nonsense stops.
Tell your senators and reps to act now. Tell your governors to behave now.
Otherwise the crisis continues.

But the protesters have not been chanting those demands. All they've been saying is end 'hunger and bad governance', and 'Tinubu must go'. That is why some people wouldn't join them.

Politics / Re: This Is Not A Protest - Orji Uzor Kalu by seunayantokun(m): 8:11am On Aug 02
Yeah, there is hunger in the land but the ongoing protest really didn't come as a result of that. It is only being used to fuel misdirected political pains. If hunger came as a result of bad governance, then let's face it. Are we not supposed to look at the system or structure of government that pushed us into this problem? When did it start? Why did it happen? Who were/are responsible for it? Isn't it time to change it?

We all know the truth but are shying away from it because we are self-centred. A situation in which over 200 million people have been waiting on an 'almighty' Santa Claus in Abuja for many years to know whether there will be bread, clothing and shelter for them shows lots of things are wrong with their system. Unfortunately, their own solution is replacing the Santa Claus. And the opportunists who are pushing the protesters know if they get there the vicious circle of deceit and disaster will definitely continue. Our system is defective, let's restructure it but are not focused on that. Our security is gone, let's bring it back through state and local council policing but some feel it will take power to lord it over others away from them. Our economy is gone, let's restore it but many focus on personal 'breakthroughs' and ethnic lordship over others; etc.

The only key to change all this unpleasant story is going back to true federalism by throwing away that constitution whose writers did not represent our interests. Until that happens, nothing significant will change.

So, you can't even mention at least one wrong thing about a document you even labeled Satanic?

What a shame!
That shame must be a nice one for both the ignorant and the heartless. Just make sure you're not one of them, because no matter how self-assured they are Nigeria made by that constitution will happen to them one by one at due time unless it's thrown away quickly.

What exactly in your own opinion, is wrong with the 1999 constitution?

You can get a copy of it online or in any bookshop. If you read it and can't see anything wrong with it then you will enjoy its sweet products forever.
Politics / Re: Fubara’s Pure Water Money Offer Ignites Rivers Protesters’ Fury by seunayantokun(m): 9:26pm On Aug 01
If we really want an end to bad governance, then the 1999 constitution must go. To say Tinubu must go smacks of hypocrisy. Something produced your president, deal with that and there will be peace and plenty. All governors, lawmakers at all levels, council chairmen, and the president are all responsible for the past and the present of Nigeria and you will continue to have them until that satanic and poverty-unleashing 1999 constitution is done away with. Let's rise and fight for that.

Politics / Re: Atiku Condemns Genocidal Threat Against Igbos Living In Lagos by seunayantokun(m): 9:16pm On Aug 01
Honestly, Nigeria is a house of darkness. A place where someone like A-thief-ku should be rotting in jail, the shameless rogue veepee has become a human rights activist.

For protesting people out there, how I wish we could rise like this and compel the national assembly memvers to effect constitutional change so that we cease to look up to an 'almighty'
president to ease our hunger.

The root cause of hunger which you people don't want to change is the devil's book called the 1999 constitution. It is time we gunned for that. Back to regionalism or break up, please.
Tinubu, bring it up or face total failure.
