There is nothing that the embassy can do about this - you have to request a waiver from the Department of Homeland Security since they are the ones who entered the ineligibility.

As for the waiver, when can i request for it? is it after the five year ban

Hello...Do you need the scratch card, contact me cos av got an extra one. I actually got the wrong card since i was applying through Direct Entry.
