Lagos state must pass a law that will create a sub national grid and allow it to generate and distribute power within Lagos and sell to Ogun and probably Oyo state. They should use the largesse from the VAT to develop a lagos state monitored nuclear plant with partnership with some europeans, away from the control of fulanis.
