For someone like me kilometers away from my LG of residence, do I have to rush down today or will popping up on any of the stipulated days be fine?

Does this mean one can show up on any of the stipulated days if one gets the message or must show up right from the first day. Am kilometers away from where I reside. I need to know if I should rush down or take my time . Thanks!
