Better don't waste your money and do some other worthwhile thing with it. They clearly stated it in the registration instruction that awaiting result should bother not to apply, and those that even applied with their awaiting NECO results are not safe talk less of you that don't even know when your result is coming out.

my mentor a notable man of letters adviced that I just put C's there and then explain my situation after I have been given the admission just dont know if I should pay the acceptance fee or go to Ilorin
