checked 'My payment' though I saw one approved payment but what was written beside it was that it has not been used...

I don't know what to do coz jamb already sent me my acknowledgement letter through mail the problems is that it is not reflecting in my jamb profile

It is general error, i experienced it yesterday but i finally got it done at a cbt center close to me and thank God have done it.

I accessed the jamb efacility website with my android phone.
