Go to Settings -->More-->Mobile Networks -->Data Connection, 3G Service -select Etisalat in the 2 instances.
And you can lock the network mode on WCDMA only on the. Etisalat SIM.

I have done that uncoutable times,it is more than that. Pls I think ETISALAT too is on 2100 MHz band 3g network?
