I need enlightenment on how ICAN application works. Am a graduate.
My questions are;

* As a graduate which do i apply for (Skilled or professional)?
* How much does it cost to run the program. ( please be kind enough to break it down)
* What is the duration?

I see a lot of people linking TIN to automatic tax payment but it isn’t. The tax act has a threshold for salary that can be taxed and even gives different forms of relieves.
So if you are unemployed, you should apply for TIN and you will get one because you are unemployed and exempted. They need to make the process of getting TIN easier though.

Also, the whole idea of this update is to bring more self employed people into the tax net.
Self employed people are required to self declare tax and a lot of people don’t do it unless they want to travel or business needs arise.

It’s still sad that we don’t get value for all the tax we are paying.

I'm in total support of this because it will give me the chance to fight my company seriously.

The company has been deducting tax on my behalf for quite some years now and I've never seen the record.

It was funny when the Human resource department called recently to ask for my TIN to include on a document.
I was surprised � How can you claim to be helping me pay my tax and you don't have my TIN number?

Is Spending 6years in Primary school 6years in Secondary School 4, 5, 6years in Higher Institution, 1 year Internship (for some), 1year of NYSC and at the end you still roam about looking for non-existing job not the REAL Scam����?

Meanwhile someone somewhere is making millions, driving brand new cars etc all in just few years of starting his own business�������� without submitting CV, NYSC discharge Certificate etc....

and you still say its a scam?�

Ignorance is a deadly disease,you better find someone to explain to you the world most profitable business plan today, so that your precious life don't end in scam .... *stand out and succeed*
