I have never met Larryshow and Benvin, But in the course of this matter, I have discussed with them, Larry was paid 25,000 Naira for the alloy Wheels and he admitted to me, But because the driver demanded more funds, He took it out of the Alloy Wheels and Didn't Inform Benvin Appropriately.

Long Before now Benvin has agreed to settle the matter amicably and after waiting for 3 weeks without any response he Opened the thread again, it was Only Fair.

Your Posts were deleted because you insulted a member that he is a psychotic patient with having psychotic Symptoms, it is against the rule to insult, or throw mud slings at fellow members, Lets learn to respect members at all times.

When you see an inciting Post or you have a Complain, You can Use the Report to Moderator Button to report to the Mods and the Admin about your grievances.

please house i didn't fight on thread & how i wish i have the previous post which inspired deleted because i didn't save it. this issue will not and will never end here. i am a human right activist and i hate seeing people intimidated. i aired my view on inspired judgment instead of him to clear himself he deleted my post and on thE thread at the auto section he removed my reply tab i cant reply to it at all.

its only on nairaland that i see where a moderator will say you are harrassing him without saying it on the same thread and marking or circling the words you used. i used psychotic patience because my post was deleted earlier and the psychotic patient was in my second post. i was so much angry and i need all my deleted posts to be restored or an explanation through mail be sent to me and i demand justice to be done here

Inspired M you will and must surely have a good fight with me on nairaland and off nairaland because this is not ending here am taking it to 5 forums in Nigeria, on facebook, LEGALLY and also creating a website for this if its not resolved and apologies tendered.

How can a moderator hear from people and said they acknowledge. larry was to pay Benvin 12,000 of which benvin agreed now benvin didnt get proofs of what he said damaged and you asked him about how much he is owed he said 25,000 you commanded larry to pay 25,000 or else his posts will be flagged. why do you have to take such decision. are you happy? may be because he is a fellow car dealer taking your customers because he deals cheap and with more credibility and you have to handle that issue this way?

Nairaland should have a scam center or a case resolution center,  emails of conversation from the 2 aggrieved parties should be sent and also proof for you to take decision should be with screen short of anything any one is claiming.  when Benvin car arrived he should have taken a short of it and also when larry sent it he should have taken a snap short as well in case anything happens. now if this case is handled well and larry have to pay more than 25,000 he should if not then the matter should be handled well.

why did you pass such a judgment? may be you want to please Benvin because you know him and you want to make him your customer? please we aren't fools here. you need to trace your steps back for the actions you took and then for causing me pains in this forums deleting my posts and banning me from replying aaaahhh this will not and never just die this way because you just touched the lion/lionesses tail.

i don't mind opening a website about my issue with inspired m and telling the whole world whats happening on nairaland.

what a mess this is. is it a crime to tell someone that the judgment he passed wasn't good. he harrased a fellow member by passing judgment without jetting proofs from members involved he didn't see that when i told him the truth he started deleting my posts and banning me from posting in the particular thread?

seun pls come and get this issue resolved because i can go a long way and bring this moderator to book.

I came back again today and asked why my post was deleted and what i posted again in response to this issue was below.

@Benvin am not supporting anyone. i came here to look for a cheap car to buy. i have not seen chelseabmw neither have i seen larry or yourself. i have seen many cases in life and after ready everything i know your a trouble customer period.

@Inspired M. your ability to moderate this forum is like that of a psychotic patience. am sorry making it this way but you need to upgrade your experience by visiting foreign forums in cameroon, uk, costa rica etc. the moderator gets proof from the people involved at a separate case thread. he values the proof which is screen short and then gives his judgment and people will see it clear with no shady deals. may be u and benvin are in alliance.

SEUN pls come into this matter because it has gotten out of hand. how can a moderator just come without seeing and requesting for proofs and give a command for an amount to be paid and because larrys biz is centered here he has to pay it else he may be banned and named a scammer and this is doing something against his will.

I respect you so much for your logistics in the car business Inspired but this single judgment has shown amy be how you treat your clients thats not in Nairaland.

I still want this post to be deleted so i can take this issue singled handely to the whole of nairaland and then outside nairaland and this might result to another thing. If after the proof and larry is to pay BEnvin 100,000 naira its ok  but if not then its also ok as far as there was enough proof for this to take effect.

I stil have to score your judgment as 5% over 100. and 2/10 (two over 10).

Chelsea, it appears you are not intune with the issues here and it is surprising cos you are a moderator here. From the initial thread opened by Benvin, he is asking Larryshow, to refund him an agreed amount to cover the cost of alloyed wheel that failed to come with the car and not the broken windscreen or bashed fender. So there is no need for him to post any pics here, since he has commenced repair on them. To me this issue has drag too long and it is in the best interest of Larry to refund Benvin immediately. I dont believe he has got nobody on ground in Nigeria to assist him credit Benvin account.

why do you blame the moderator when he is in charge and oversees every typed word in this auto section. do you know what it means to say that someone sent you a damaged goods not to talk of car that involves huge amount of money? this is a dent to larryshow business and the guy knows it. i hope he is not trying to spice of something but if am the one that he did this to i must sue him for spoiling the reputation which is taking long to build in business. if he said anything is damaged let him provide the pics simple. his phone can even do that.

Hmnn. Na wa o!  From the latest expose by benvin that the car was delivered in bad condition, it confirms my stand that Larry is a bad omen for car dealers on Nl. It is obvious that Larry made a kill from that deal hence his decision to go and celebrate ABROAD.

Let this be an eye-opener to wouldbe car buyers to be wary of LARRYSHOW4U.

I will say that you have symptoms of psychosis. have you ever done any business at all before. you must have issues in business and that means your biz is going. mtn and glo and airtel sometimes misbehaves does it make them to be 419 or what? if your doing business and you haven't gotten any criticism at all then your not in business. The young lad has refused to even give pics of what he said is damaged and this situation here has nothing to do with Larry show misbehaving. so larry should wait for him and his 1 car business. he wont do other business abi? pls never come here to post rubbish again.

am not either supporting larry but after clearly reading all here the Bevin is a problematic customer and larry give him the date you will refund him so this issue can be settled. Period.

Yes i support you in this. the guy is really a bad customer and am sorry to say it but some customers like i have said above can be trouble some and the best way to avoid them is not to do business with their type anymore. cos if you have their type like 10 and they come here to open threads and say man trash then this forum will exceed its allocated monthly bandwidth and will close down before Seun knows it. na wa for some people.

There are cars of 100k/270/220k on Nairaland.
They may not be your Spec, But they are there.
Dont be afraid to get to Pages 20 & Above.
The best Deals are often tucked away.
On this Forum there is a QX4 for 800k asking Price
A Skoda Octavia was just sold for <270k
There are BMWs for slightly above 200k
Nissan Almerias for under 300k.

some customers can really be problematic. but resolving the issue is just the main thing needed to be done. and Bevin don't use because you can talk here in the forum to exercise your full authority trying to spoil the name this young man has toiled many years to build.

Larryshow resolve this and try to give him a date his or her money will be sent and make sure you don't fail on that date. this shouldn't be a headache for you at all.

When I say low budget Please don't laugh at me. i have been a guest on this forum for long and searching for listing of cars but never seen any cheap listing. all have been seeing is 1mil, 2mil, 500k, 900k, 3.3mil etc.
