My Canada tourist visa application was refused because I did not declare my previous UK visa refusal. This was an honest mistake. I misunderstood the question and believed it referred only to visa refusals within the past five years, so I did not include my earlier UK visa refusal.
Can this type of genuine error be explained in a new application or reconsideration request, and what is the best way to address it to demonstrate that there was no intention to misrepresent my immigration history? Also, could I reapply ASAP
