I am not the only one, other staff members are being owed salary. Only managers had their salaries cut by 50%.

Hello All,

I work for an IT company in Lagos and since January 2015, it has been a nightmare at work.
First of all, without any prior notice or discussion, my MD instructed our Finance manager to cut my salary by 50% until further notice. I protested but my MD refused to consider reducing the pay cut, he said it was necessary so salaries of all staff members could be paid on time, promising that it was only a temporary measure. But after cutting my salary, he still has not been paying salaries on time and he currently owes me one month's salary.
When I decided to leave the company, I realised that my pension had not been paid for over one year but it was deducted from my salary. Now, the salary arrears that is being owed to me for over a 4 month period is quite high and my MD has not even given me a date as to when it will be paid. I think he is trying to avoid paying me what is owed.
Please, can someone suggest what I can do to ensure my salary arrears and pension is paid in full. Many Thanks.
