Yes you are guaranteed freedom of speech by the constitution of federal Republic of Nigeria. But note that your freedom is not guaranteed after speech.
You can't hide under the guise of freedom of speech to cause unrest.

Dangerous Fulani Herdsmen operating from the Ayaran Ikakumo axis of Akoko Edo Local government council of Edo state Nigeria has invaded a farm land yesterday and cut off the right hand of a farmer who dare challenge the damage done to his crops by the grazing cattle.

Trouble started when the farmer saw a retinue of cattle devastating his cassava plantation, vegetable and other seasonal crops. The Farmer was said to have protested the invasion of his farm by the conglomerate of herdsmen and cattle when suddenly as usual one of the cannibalistic Fulani drew out his cutlass and ensure that he cut and remove the farmer's right hand.

The victim who now has one hand is currently receiving treatment at MacDonald Hospital Ibillo. Meanwhile some Fulani Herdsmen have been arrested and are currently giving useful statement to the Ibillo police station.

In another development, Fulani Herdsmen have macheted an Imoga man to near death somewhere around Imoga bush leading to serious uproar in Imoga community.

Youths of Imoga community have also mobilized a reprisal attacks on the Fulani Herdsmen leading to serious injury on the side of the Fulanis. Also some Imoga youths have been arrested giving useful information to the Ibillo police station.
