Yes the addyzoa is quite effective. It improved my motility, morphology and count as well.

I was taking it 2 tablets, twice a day for about 90 days straight.

I stopped taking it in November when I travelled and could not get more where I was. I did SFA last week and the count was 25m, motility was 35% for active, morphology was 29% for normal.

I plan to buy and continue it next week since I'm back in the country.

I have been taking addyzoa, Vit E, Vit C and zinc supplement to treat low sperm count, low motility and bad morphology. When I started addyzoa a month ago, sperm count was 16.6 million,progressive motility was 35%,non motile was 42%, normal morphology was 23%, abnormal was 72%.

Now after 1 month of taking addyzoa,Vit E, Vit C and zinc supplement, sperm count is 30 million, progressive motility is 15%, non motile is 60%, normal morphology is 4% while abnormal is 96%.

I am still taking addyzoa, vit E, vit C and zinc supplement to continue to improve sperm count but I need suggestions on how to rapidly boost the motility and morphology.

I will really appreciate any advice given.

Is a good count.. although is somehow low but it is still above average and can pregnant a woman if other factors are good.
A normal count is from 15.010×^6

Please what does the semen count below mean. Thats what I had in my SFA as total semen count

Hope you did the test in a reputable hospital lab and not this roadside labs in town that manipulate data and dish out to patients.if not,go and do another test in a well equipped lab in a hospital.

Because some persons shared their experience in a faceless forum then you want to start consuming guava juice relying on hearsay.That's very weird.

If you did the SFA test in a known hospital lab take the report to a fertility expert in the health facility.he will prescribe appropriate supplements even guide you on how best to take them + natural fruits and vegetables to be taken along to achieve your prime aim.

I suggest that a combination of veges and natural organic fruits taken for several weeks can do wonders to your overall immune system because they contain necessary vitamins to improve your male hormones, improve your blood and give you sound sperm cells.

Finally,make sure you overhaul your internal body system I mean detoxified your entire system to prepare your body for the supplements and organic veges/fruits.

The result shows that you don't have either varicocele or hydrocele. Stop bothering yourself. You can be taking addyzoa and boil guava leaves sieve out the water and be taking it on daily basis for 3-4 months. U will see d difference.

After my sperm analysis results..
I started taking zinc and vitamin c 1000mg..
I took both once daily.
Even the vitamin c and zinc still remains.

I took Fruits...banana, watermelon and cucumber.. I took alot of them.. my wife usually mixed all for me..infact, I made it my night food..
I equally consume 1 boiled egg every day, I made it compulsory because doctor said I need to improve my protein level..

Finally, I read here where someone advised you take 1 glass of boiled guava leave morning and night as it help boast sperm motility and have no effect on the medication you're taking.
Same time, I was also taking infections medication as prescribed by doctors...

Although, when my results came out, doctor said my case is very minimal as everything is almost normal

My wife on the other hand was taking folic acid before we visited the hospital.
After every test, the only thing discovered is that her womb is okay, but is blocked. An injection was given to her which my wife said, she felt it like something tear up in her stomach immediately she recieved the injection...
