The landlord lives with us in the same compound. Our borehole just had a problem and the landlord has shared 2500 each...to get 10k for the repair.

My neighbour thinks the landlord should repair the sumur as landlord collecting rent... I was already thinking of paying my 2500 but what my neighbour is saying... Those he have a point?

Consent is an act of going into an agreement with the estate/agent you want to get the property from but those documents listed above is very Paramount. Consent given after being provided with fair and full disclosure of all the facts necessary to make an intelligent decision after weighing the relative pros and cons related to the property. It anyway helps to reduce fraud, mistake, undue influence.etc
