Please whats the feeling of this wise house on Bagco shares? people are skeptical considering their huge debts but am thinking it's sweet on mid to long term.

You are right but in all the other cases the reconstructions were made before the public offers but in Fidelity's case they are planning to do that after the PO. Do you still see it as a recommendable??

Yeah it was supposed to be out on Nov 1 to run till 30 but they are probably waiting for Fidelity and FCMB to leave the stage. The proposed price is N17 against the suspension price of N25. Will it really be a wonderful buy?

This is considering the upward trend in other banks' share prices. Sentiments though! Do you suspect reconstruction of shares post offer??

Please, Can anyone advise me on Fidelity offer, I don't know what the house feels about it. I've heard so much about reconstruction after the public offer. Does any one know what effect this is likely to have on the share price? Considering the volume of shares they are selling, I feel their EPS might go down if they dont compete well with others.

Well I think it's more than wise to invest especially in stocks if u get a good mentoring on the rudiments. For things like Club Freedom and the rest, people should know it's all pyramid marketing and could possibly get saturated. so be careful with them!!
